We've detected a conflict between Gmail and some software running on your computer. A number of third-party firewall, pop-up blocking and ad blocking software, and browser plug-ins can interfere with your use of Gmail. I have McAfee Privacy Service or Home Security.
I have other Internet Security software on my computer. We suggest adding 'gmail.google.com' as an exception to any ad blocking, script blocking, or pop-up blocking rules. If that doesn't help, we recommend disabling the software, clearing your browser's cache, and logging in to Gmail again.
