For squirmy toddlers, the best place ever | Our 2 year old toddler is deathly afraid of haircuts - the sound of scissors terrifies him. The barber at Cubby Cuts is incredibly strong, precise, and FAST. His haircuts are also so well done that as they grow out, they look fantastic. Last but not least, there are toys and videos for children you bring with you, and for waiting tots. My in-laws came with me, and were amazed that hair salons have gone such a long way. Last but not least, the people there are great people. The only place to go.... |

$20 for a 5-10 minute hair cut?? | I think this place is too expensive considering how long they actually spend cutting the hair. I understand it is very difficult to give an 11 month old a hair cut. They have nice seats (like cars or animals) and the kid can watch TV to be entertained. But I can stick my son in my high chair in front of the living room TV and give him a haircut too! So, it's okay. Maybe worth it if you don't feel like dealing with the stress of a squiggly toddler, but otherwise, I think you can do it better yourself if you have the patience and will to hold your kids head still while you snip. |
