| I purchased a Pioneer f90 from them a few months ago and started having boot issues a few days ago. I took it yesterday and asked for them to take a look at it. They ended up blaming a trojan on my SD card, which they promptly formatted without permission. If they had done any research at all they would have found out that cronic restarts on the F series of radios is common. I get a new radio, which they say they will not warranty if they "find any trojans on my SD cards," which is bullshit because Windoes CE and Windows XP viruses don't go hand-in-hand. I jump in the car to go home and notice the dash kit is a horrible fit and the air location switch won't go into the "head only" position. I dropped the car off at around 10 o'clock today and am hoping for the best but expecting the worst. If they manage to screw up my car any more I will be asking for a full refund. This place is not even worth one star. update- fixed the air problem and some of the fit problems. I guess they decided that scratching up the factory dash while installing the after market was okay. Whats worse it one of the guys was disgruntled at ME for their own mistakes. « Hide |
