CFLib.org - Welcome to CFLib.org

Welcome to the Common Function Library Project. The purpose of the Common Function Library Project (CFLib.org) is to create a set of user-defined function (UDF) libraries for ColdFusion 5.0 and MX. These libraries are open source and may be used and modified to your liking. Functions range from email format checking to encryption routines. These UDF samples can greatly speed up development time as well as add new and powerful features to your web site.

Anyone can add their code to the project by simply using our submission form. You must be running ColdFusion 5.0 (or higher) to run these libraries. For more information about ColdFusion, please visit Macromedia's ColdFusion product page. If you have any suggestions or comments, please email admin@cflib.org.

ColdFusion Mailing Lists

Welcome to the House of Fusion mailing lists. These lists are all designed to make the life of ColdFusion programmers easier.

To sign up to a mailing list, just select the list you want from the side bar and press the subscribe button on the list control bar that comes up. Note that you must be signed into the House of Fusion system to subscribe to a list.

To post to a mailing list, send a message to:

[Place Listname Here]@houseoffusion.com

For example, if you wanted to post to the CF-Jobs list, you would send a message to:
CF-Jobs@houseoffusion.com

Only those who subscribe to a list may post to it even if you are registered with the site. Postings are also restricted to a registered email address, though you can have more than one registered at a time.

Please try to keep your posts on topic for the list in question. The only exceptions to this is the CF-Community list and the CF-OT list. The former is designed for open talk by the CF-Community and the latter is for more one shot off topic posts. DO NOT subscribe to CF-Community unless you want a lot of mail talking about muffins, games, politics, cars, news or other strange things.

A compiled version of the CF-Talk list, known as the "Best of Talk" is available on a regular basis in the Fusion Authority tech magazine. This covers the most important threads from the CF-Talk list along with a small summary. Well worth the read.

I hope you enjoy your stay and if there's anything you need or would like changed about the site to make it easier for you, please let me know.
