Relevant/relevance
Evidence is relevant to a conclusion if it tends to show that the conclusion is true (or false);
a consideration is relevant to an issue if it has some bearing upon the truth or falsity of the claim or claims in contention;
claims can be relevant to a topic without being relevant to the particular argument concerning that topic.
 

More generally:

That which has a logical or rational relation with something else, such as with the matter under discussion or a claim being investigated, etc., or has some bearing on or importance concerning real-world issues or current events, etc.
