Expert testimony

This comprises of scientific, technical, or other specialized knowledge which will assist us in understanding available evidence or determine facts in a particular case, or clarify and explain a controversy, etc. To be considered expert testimony, the subject matter must fall beyond the lay person’s general knowledge.
