Fairness principle
The willingness to look at
all sides to an issue, even those with which an actor might (initially or currently) disagree, in association with the examination and evaluation of evidence and arguments – being ready to give real consideration to these different viewpoints and showing an openness to change one's view in the event that the available information warrants change prior to taking a decision about the conclusion(s) proffered.
