Therapy The treatment of disease or some physical, mental, or behavioural condition or ailment by a given approach or various approaches, involving the management and care of a patient or client for the purpose of remediating or at least moderating a diagnosed disorder.
Psychotherapy is a set of psychological interventions designed to help people resolve emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal problems and to improve the quality of patients’ or clients’ lives.
