Google Notebook is a Firefox and IE plugin that let's you collate information from across the web, with the option of sharing it.

GMail and Calendar Integration

Only works with public notebooks (Google! Give us an link address for private calendars!)
Add a link to your notebook from the 'description' field in calendar or within your GMail message.

Collaborative Notebooks 
 
Create a new Google Account, and share the password between group members (May be against Google's TOS). Any notebooks created are now collaborative and shared between your group.
