  • Google Apps
    • Sites - when to attach a .doc file and when to have the doc in Docs
    • What about Google's right to use anything on your site.
    • How to do specific things with Google Apps?
    • How to transition from disks to Apps?

Welcome!  This Google Site has been created as a active model of potential uses for a variety of Google Apps.  Specifically, the existing structure is a framework for a Community of Practice between librarians in Washington and Hancock counties.  I encourage group members to explore and test the features of this Site and not worry about "messing" things up.  Use the "Talk About It" page to share your ideas and feel free to add your favorite resources to the Classroom Links or Collaborative Curriculum Builder, etc.

Have fun, be creative and consider how much more you can achieve when you work collectively and how much richer ideas become when they are not kept in isolation.  This Site is intended to facilitate synergy and lead toward increased capacity and quality in your professional roles.

Thank you for inviting me today.  I hope that the time has been worthwhile and if you have further questions, please feel free to contact me.  ~Mark Arnold
