Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration, pattern and ornamentation of a container having a bowl portion and an annular rim portion; the bowl portion has a generally round and generally flat bottom surface, a tapered continuous side wall and a rounded lower corner between the bottom surface and the side wall; the annular rim portion has a pair of generally identical opposed downwardly extending outer lip portions situated between a pair of opposed generally identical outwardly and downwardly extending smooth curved outer lip portions each of which merges smoothly into the downwardly extending outer lip portions; the upper surface of the annular rim portion has a series of generally equally spaced-apart and generally identical protuberances extending upwardly therefrom; each protuberance has a generally rectangular shape, generally flat side surfaces, and has an upper surface which generally follows the contour of the adjacent rim portion; the spacing between adjacent protuberances closely corresponds to the width of the protuberances.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a top plan view of the design of a container;Fig. 2 is a side elevational view of the container of Fig. 1, the opposite side being identical;Fig. 3 is an end elevational view of the container of Fig. 1, the opposite end being identical;Fig. 4 is a bottom plan view of the container of Fig. 1; andFig. 5 is a perspective view of the container of Fig. 1.Diagrams of the design are included.
