Abstract

Le procédé selon l'invention utilise un système de gestion documentaire comprenant un processeur associé à des mémoires contenant au moins l'image mémorisée d'une carte de la région traversée par le véhicule et des informations relatives à une multiplicité d'objets localisés dans ladite région, ces informations étant réparties en ensembles d'objets ayant leur moyens d'exploitation respectifs. Ce procédé comprend l'acquisition de la position du véhicule, l'introduction de la trajectoire à parcourir depuis cette position, l'affichage d'une zone géographique incluant ladite position et une portion significative de la trajectoire à parcourir, l'affichage d'un symbole représentatif du véhicule, la sélection par l'opérateur d'un ensemble d'objets, la sélection par le système des informations de cet ensemble relatives aux objets localisés dans ladite zone, l'affichage en surimpression des symboles ainsi sélectionnés, la sélection par l'opérateur d'un des susdits ensembles et l'activation du moyen d'exploitation associé à cet ensemble. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'aviation civile et commerciale.
