ABREGE
L'invention concerne un circuit hyperfréquence d'émission/réception (E/R) pour antenne réseau avec synthèse de polarisation, notamment pour antenne radar. Selon l'invention, la polarisation voulue est obtenue en appliquant deux signaux à un élement rayonnant de l'antenne, sur deux voies d'accès orthogonales, ayant un déphasage commandable entre les deux voies, et les deux voies fonctionnant simultanément. Dans une réalisation préférée, les deux voies d'émission sont équipées de deux amplificateurs de puissance qui amplifient chacun un signal provenant d'un diviseur de puissance en phase ou d'un coupleur hybride, avec un déphasage commandable d'un ou deux bits, qui ajoute un déphasage de 0, 90, ou 180°, permettant la synthèse de polarisations orthogonales linéaires ou circulaires. Selon une réalisation préferentielle, le circuit selon l'invention est réalisé en partie ou en totalité en technologie monolithique (MMIC). L'invention porte également sur une antenne comportant un circuit E/R
ayant les caractéristiques ci-dessus.

L'invention concerne un circuit hyperfréquence d'émission/réception (E/R) pour antenne réseau avec synthèse de polarisation, notamment pour antenne radar. Selon l'invention, la polarisation voulue est obtenue en appliquant deux signaux à un élement rayonnant de l'antenne, sur deux voies d'accès orthogonales, ayant un déphasage commandable entre les deux voies, et les deux voies fonctionnant simultanément. Dans une réalisation préférée, les deux voies d'émission sont équipées de deux amplificateurs de puissance qui amplifient chacun un signal provenant d'un diviseur de puissance en phase ou d'un coupleur hybride, avec un déphasage commandable d'un ou deux bits, qui ajoute un déphasage de 0, 90, ou 180°, permettant la synthèse de polarisations orthogonales linéaires ou circulaires. Selon une réalisation préferentielle, le circuit selon l'invention est réalisé en partie ou en totalité en technologie monolithique (MMIC). L'invention porte également sur une antenne comportant un circuit E/R
