Abstract
Dispositif de régulation et de contrôle de l'écoulement du liquide céphalo-rachidien dans un circuit de drainage chez un sujet atteint d'hydrocéphalie, comprennant une valve à transplantation sous cutanée, intercalée entre un conduit (3) amont issu de l'un des ventricules de la boîte crânienne du sujet et un conduit aval (5) de décharge du liquide dans un organe approprié du sujet, la valve comprennant un corps (1) délimitant un passage de liaison du conduit amont et du conduit aval, un clapet (14) de fermeture de ce passage de liaison et des moyens de commande (7, 15) accouplés à ce clapet (14) pour le déplacer entre une première position de fermeture du passage et une seconde position d'ouverture de ce passage, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande comprennant une prermière chambre (12) ménagée dans le corps (1) et fermée de manière étanche par une paroi mobile (7), une seconde chambre (6), ménagée dans le corps, séparée de la première par la paroi mobile (7), et dans laquelle débouche la partie (2) du passage de liaison situé en amont du clapet, des moyens d'attelage de la paroi mobile (7) au clapet (14) et un ressort (17) de rappel du clapet.
