Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une composante catalytique solide pour la polymérisation ou copolyménsation des oléfines, menant à un polymère ou copolymère à la distribution des masses moléculaires élargies. De tels (co)polymères ont des propriétés rhéologiques avantageuses particulièrement lors de leurs transformation (par exemple lors de leur extrusion). Le procédé comprend une première étape comprenant une mise en contact entre: a) un support solide comprenant à sa surface au moins 5 groupements hydroxyles par nanomètre carré (OH/nm2) et b) un dérivé organique du magnésium, et éventuellement, de préférence, c) un aluminoxane, pour obtenir un premier solide, puis une seconde étape comprenant une mise en contact entre le premier solide et un agent chlorant pour obtenir un second solide, puis dans une étape postérieure, une imprégnation du second solide par un dérivé d'un métal de transition.
