Abstract
Methods of detecting and/or quantifying an analyte in a single sample by using at least two labeled probes that specifically bind to different target regions of an analyte, and are labeled with labels that are distinguishable and/or present at different specific activities, are disclosed. Compositions comprising at least two labeled probes that specifically bind to different target regions of the same analyte and are labeled with labels that are distinguishable and/or present at different specific activities are disclosed.
