Abstract

An electric lawn mower includes a cutter blade, an electric motor disposed above the cutter blade, and a battery unit for driving the electric motor. The battery unit is positioned above the electric motor to thereby achieve weight balance of the lawn mower. This arrangement allows air to f low smoothly between the electric motor and the battery unit.
