Abstract

The invention aims at improving a method and a device (17) for the productio n of veneers (1) and veneered parts (13) and to veneers (1) and veneered parts (13). To this end, a sealing layer (2) is applied on the surface of the vene er (1) before further processing. The device (17) includes a veneer producing device known per se, a finishing station (6), a transporting device (5) and a polishing station (8).

Claims (31)

  1. Claims Method for producing single-ply or mufti-ply veneer which is produced in per se known manner, characterized by the fact that a sealing layer is applied to the surface of the veneer prior to further processing.
  2. 2. Method according to Claim 1, characterized by the fact that the sealing layer is applied as a water-free and solvent-free atmospheric moisture curing cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer on polyurethane basis.
  3. 3.Method according to Claim 2, characterized by the fact that the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer is polished after application.
  4. 4. Method according to Claim 3, characterized by the fact that between the application and polishing of the surface heat is added to the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer.
  5. 5. Method according to Claim 3 or 4, characterized by the fact that the polishing of the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer occurs by means of at least one roller.
  6. 6.Method according to Claim 5, characterized by the fact that a steel roller is used.
  7. 7.Method according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized by the fact that the roller exhibits a polyurethane coating.
  8. 8. Method according to one of claims 5 through 7, characterized by the fact that the roller is sprinkled with a stripping agent during polishing.
  9. 9. Method according to Claim 8, characterized by the fact that the stripping agent is applied as a solvent-free and low viscosity agent on a paraffin wax basis.
  10. 10. Method according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized by the fact that the stripping agent is applied to the roller in a spraying procedure.
  11. 11. Method according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized by the fact that the stripping agent is applied in the vacuum spraying procedure.
  12. 12. Method according to Claim 8 or 9, characterized by the fact that the stripping agent applied to the roller by means of a soaked piece of felt.
  13. 13. Single-ply or multi-ply veneer, which is produced in a manner known per se, characterized by the fact that a sealing layer (2) is applied to the surface of the veneer (1).
  14. 14. Veneer according to Claim 13, characterized by the fact that the sealing layer (2) is designed as a water-free and solvent-free atmospheric moisture curing cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer on polyurethane basis.
  15. 15. Veneer according to Claim 14, characterized by the fact that the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer (2) applied to the surface is polished.

  16. 16. Veneer according to Claim 15, characterized by the fact that the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer (2) is polished by means of at least one roller (10).
  17. 17. Veneer according to Claim 16, characterized by the fact that the cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer (10) is polished by means of a steel roller.
  18. 18. Veneer according to Claim 16 or 17, characterized by the fact that the roller (10) exhibits a polyurethane coating.
  19. 19. Veneer according to one of claims 16 through 18, characterized by the fact that cold-hardening hot-melt sealing layer (10) is polished by means of a roller (10) sprinkled with a stripping agent (12).
  20. 20. Veneer according to Claim 19, characterized by the fact that the stripping agent (12) is a solvent-free and low viscosity agent on a paraffin wax basis.
  21. 21. Method for producing a veneered part, in which a single-ply or multi-ply veneer is glued to a wooden support or timber derived product support with a sealing layer according to one of claims 13 through 20 applied to the surface of the veneer.
  22. 22. Veneered part with a wooden or timber derived product support, to which a veneer is glued, characterized by the fact that the veneer is formed according to one of claims 13 through 20.
  23. 23. Device for producing veneer with a sealing layer on a surface, which contains a veneer producing device known per se, a finishing station (8), a transporting device (5) and a polishing station (8).
  24. 24. Device according to Claim 23, characterized by the fact that a heating device (9) is arranged between the finishing station (6) and the polishing station (8).
  25. 25. Device according to Claim 23 or 24, characterized by the fact that the polishing station (8) contains at least one roller (10).
  26. 26. Device according to Claim 25, characterized by the fact that the roller (10) is a steel roller.
  27. 27. Device according to Claim 25 or 26, characterized by the fact that the roller (10) exhibits a polyurethane coating.
  28. 28. Device according to one of Claims 25 through 27, characterized by the fact that the roller (10) can be sprinkled with a stripping agent (12).
  29. 29. Device according to Claim 28, characterized by the fact that a spraying device is provided for sprinkling the roller (10) with the stripping agent (12).
  30. 30. Device according to Claim 28, characterized by the fact that a vacuum spray device is provided for sprinkling the roller (10) with the stripping agent (12).
  31. 31. Device according to Claim 28, characterized by the fact that a soaked piece of felt (11) is provided for sprinkling the roller (10) with the stripping agent (12).
