Abstract
The invention relates to small aerogenerators, in particular to a small aerogenerator which has a nominal power ranging from 50 to 150 kW and can be mounted practically anywhere in the world with as little intensive machine support as possible. The aim of said invention is to simplify the erection of the aerogenerator, which consists of several components such as rotor, generator, nacelle, pier, wherein said components are arranged in a container for transporting to a construction site where they are assembled in such a way that an aerogenerator is formed. The container is constructed in such a way that it receives said aerogenerator and is used as the base thereof.
Claims (5)
1. A wind power installation comprising a plurality of installation parts such as rotor, generator, machine casing and pylon, wherein the installation parts are disposed in a container during transport to the building site of the wind power installation and are assembled to form a wind power installation at the location of construction of the wind power installation, wherein the container is such that it accommodates the pylon of the wind power installation and forms the foundation of the wind power installation.
2. A process for the production of a wind power installation comprising a plurality of installation components such as rotor, generator, machine casing and pylon, wherein the individual installation components are transported by means of a container or a plurality of containers of standard dimensions to the building site of the wind power installation and the container or containers are such that they accommodate the pylon of the wind power installation and form the foundation of the wind power installation.
3. A process according to claim 2 characterised in that the foundation container or containers are sunk into a hole in the ground prior to setting up the wind power installation.
4. A process according to one of the preceding claims characterised in that the pylon of the wind power installation is erected by means of a cable winch which has a motor or manual drive.
5. A wind power installation according to claim 1 characterised in that the container has a space for accommodating a transformer of the wind power installation and that an operating room with switching devices is also provided in the container.
