Abstract
The invention relates to a temperature-compensated pressure gauge comprising a pressure transmitting module (1) which consists of a pressure transmitting body (10) and a separation membrane (11) fixed thereto, a temperature sensor (40) for detecting a pressure transmission temperature, a sensor module (2) provided with a pressure measuring cell (21), a pressure pipe (12) which is arranged between a pressure chamber and said measuring cell (21) and used for feeding the measuring cell with measuring pressure, a housing (3) which is distant from the pressure transmitting module (1) and comprises a chamber (30) containing an electronic circuit (31) provided with inputs for signals of the pressure measuring cell (21) and of a temperature sensor (40) and a channel (5) which extends between the chamber and the temperature sensor and through which at least one electric line (42) passes and makes it possible to connect said temperature sensor to the circuit (21). The channel (5) and the chamber (30) form a closed volume protected from outside explosions.
Claims (8)
1. Pressure pickup for registering the pressure of a medium, comprising:
a diaphragm seal module (1) having a diaphragm seal platform (10) and a separating diaphragm (11), which is secured to the diaphragm seat platform to form a pressure chamber between the diaphragm seal platform (10) and the separating diaphragm;
a temperature sensor (40) for registering a temperature of the diaphragm seal module (1);
a sensor module (2) having a pressure measuring cell (21);
a pressure line (12), which extends between the pressure chamber and the measuring cell (21), in order to load the measuring cell (21) by means of a transmission liquid with the pressure existing in the pressure chamber;
a housing (3), which is spaced from the diaphragm seal module (1) and has a housing chamber (30), in which an electronic circuit (31) is arranged, which has a first input for signals of the pressure measuring cell (21) and a second input for signals of the temperature sensor (40); characterized in that the pressure pickup further comprises a canal (5), which extends between the housing chamber (30) and the temperature sensor (40), wherein at least one electric line runs through the canal (5) for the coupling of the temperature sensor with the circuit (31), wherein the canal (5) and the housing chamber (30) form an enclosed volume which is explosion-protected relative to the environment.
a diaphragm seal module (1) having a diaphragm seal platform (10) and a separating diaphragm (11), which is secured to the diaphragm seat platform to form a pressure chamber between the diaphragm seal platform (10) and the separating diaphragm;
a temperature sensor (40) for registering a temperature of the diaphragm seal module (1);
a sensor module (2) having a pressure measuring cell (21);
a pressure line (12), which extends between the pressure chamber and the measuring cell (21), in order to load the measuring cell (21) by means of a transmission liquid with the pressure existing in the pressure chamber;
a housing (3), which is spaced from the diaphragm seal module (1) and has a housing chamber (30), in which an electronic circuit (31) is arranged, which has a first input for signals of the pressure measuring cell (21) and a second input for signals of the temperature sensor (40); characterized in that the pressure pickup further comprises a canal (5), which extends between the housing chamber (30) and the temperature sensor (40), wherein at least one electric line runs through the canal (5) for the coupling of the temperature sensor with the circuit (31), wherein the canal (5) and the housing chamber (30) form an enclosed volume which is explosion-protected relative to the environment.
2. Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 1, wherein the housing is arranged directly bordering on the sensor module.
3. Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the canal (5) comprises a conduit (50), which is arranged between the housing (3) and the diaphragm seal module (1).

Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 3, wherein the sensor module includes a platform (20), which carries the pressure measuring cell (21), and the housing (3) has in a first housing wall an opening (26), through which the conduit (50) communicates with the housing chamber (30), wherein the platform (20) of the sensor module (2) forms the first housing wall.
5. Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein the connection between the conduit and the housing includes a gap satisfying the requirements for a flame penetration barrier.
6. Pressure pickup as claimed in one of the claims 3 to 5, wherein the temperature sensor for registering a temperature of the diaphragm seal module is arranged in a blind hole in the diaphragm seal platform.
7. Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 6, wherein the conduit has an end section in the blind hold connected gas-tightly with the diaphragm seal platform.
8. Pressure pickup as claimed in claim 6, wherein the conduit is inserted with an end section into the blind hole, wherein a gap remains between the outer wall of the conduit and the blind hole, which gap fulfills the requirements for a flame penetration barrier.
Pressure pickup as claimed in one of the preceding claims, wherein the pressure pickup is an absolute or relative, pressure pickup.
