Abstract

The present invention relates to a sound absorbing element (1), to a method for producing such a sound absorbing element (1), as well as to an aircraft in which at least one component is designed in the form of such a sound absorbing element (1). The sound absorbing element (1) according to the invention comprises a first wall area (2), a second wall area (3) as well as a plurality of spring elements (4). In this arrangement the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) are arranged so as to be spaced apart by a clear space (7), in which the plurality of spring elements (4) are arranged which connect the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) to each other. In order to achieve the best possible decoupling of the first wall area (2) from the second wall area (3) the spring elements (4) are pre-tensioned.

Claims (10)

1. A sound absorbing element (1) comprising:
a first wall area (2);
a second wall area (3); and a plurality of spring elements (4);
wherein the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) are arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other by a clear space (7), in which clear space (7) the plurality of spring elements (4) are arranged which connect the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) to each other, and wherein each individual spring element of the plurality of spring elements (4) is pre-tensioned for decoupling the first wall area (2) from the second wall area (3);, wherein negative pressure is applied to the clear space (7), as a result of which the plurality of spring elements (4) are pre-tensioned.
2. The sound absorbing element of claim 1, wherein each individual one of the plurality of spring elements (4) has a spring characteristic F(x) at least in part with a decreasing region.
3. The sound absorbing element of claim 1 or 2, wherein each individual one of the plurality of spring elements (4) has a spring characteristic F(x) with at least one region in which the gradient ~F/~x approaches zero.
4. The sound absorbing element of claim 3, wherein the plurality of spring elements (4) are pre-tensioned up to a region in which the value of the gradient ~F / ~x is less than 5% of the maximum value of the gradient ~F / ~x in the entire region of the spring characteristic F(x).
5. The sound absorbing element of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the plurality of spring elements (4) are formed as saucer springs.
6. The sound absorbing element of any one of the preceding claims, further comprising:
- a sealing element (5) that borders the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) and that seals the clear space (7) from the atmosphere.
7. A method for producing a double-shell sound absorbing element, comprising the steps of:
- connecting a first wall area (2) to a second wall area (3) by way of a plurality of spring elements (4) so that the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) are arranged spaced apart from each other by a clear space (7);
- pre-tensioning the plurality of spring elements (4) so that the first wall area (2) and the second wall area (3) are dynamically decoupled;
wherein pre-tensioning of the plurality of spring elements (4) takes place in that negative pressure is applied to the clear space (7).
8. The production method of claim 7, with the further step of:
- sealing the clear space (7) off from the atmosphere with a sealing element (5) that borders the first wall area and the second wall area.
9. The production method of claim 7, wherein the plurality of spring elements (4) are pre-tensioned up to a region in which the value of their spring constant is less than 5% of their maximum spring constant.
10. An aircraft comprising at least one component of the group of components consisting of an ice protection shield and a fuselage skin, of which at least one is designed as a sound absorbing element of one of claims 1 to 6.
