技术领域
本发明涉及到一种通过焊接或粘结部件的表面而使两个塑料部件互连的方法。互连的部件可包括电子器件的外壳,特别是移动电话或用在这种器件上的内装一个或多个电池的外壳。
背景技术
上面提到的作为这种外壳的部件通过焊接或粘结互连时,其互连方式是在部件的边缘面上焊接或粘结来实现的。如果器件掉到地上,由于外壳受到震动而使部件之间的连接遭到破坏,将会造成外壳与内部之间的连接断开,以致会使外面的液体、灰尘、气体和污物等物质进入到壳体的内部,有损于接收元件及其功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要克服这种缺点,它是通过采用上面所说的技术方案1特征部分的特征所述的方法而实现的。采用本发明的方法,将两个部件互连而制成的外壳,当其在受到外界震动时,可以预料在两个部件之间的结合处,仅仅在沟槽的一个侧壁和其上的一个或两个间壁处可能会裂开,而整个部件的连接不会受损。这就意味着外面物质只会进入到少数几个间壁内就会被挡住,不会由于震动裂开的外壳部分而影响到周围部分。这样通过采用本发明的方法制成的密封的外壳,可在外壳裂开的情况下仍有效地保护接收元件。因此,该外壳很适于在不良环境下工作时使用。
本发明提供一种通过焊接或粘结部件的表面使两个塑料材料的部件互连在一起的方法,其特征在于:在其中一个上述部件上构成沟槽,该沟槽被间壁沿长度方向分成单个间隔,所述间壁和沟槽侧壁包括边缘表面,该边缘表面通过焊接或粘结与另一个部件连在一起。
本发明还提供一种通过焊接或粘结被连接到一个塑料盖上的塑料部件,其特征在于:在所述部件上构成沟槽,该沟槽被间壁沿沟槽长度方向分成单个间隔,所述间壁及沟槽侧壁包括被设置成与盖接触的边缘表面。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2所示的实施例中,一个塑料部件10形成有关槽,另一个塑料部件11,作为盖与部件10连接在一起,并与部件10一起构成防水的外壳,它将一个电子元件、一个电池或其它的精密的设备包在里面,使它们免于外界物质如液体、灰尘、气体和污物的侵害。它适合于在不良环境下工作时使用。在使用本发明的方法互连两个部件时,一个沟槽12形成在部件10的边缘上,所述沟槽是由底壁13和两个侧壁构成,而两个侧壁分别是外面壁14和内面壁15。在槽中有若干个沿槽横向延伸的间壁16,它与底壁及侧壁连接为一整体。每个间壁的上缘形成两个相交为钝角的边缘表面17和18,这两个边缘表面的位置都略低于侧壁14及15的边缘表面19和20。
在另一个部件11的下侧于边缘处形成有一个加强肋21。加强肋是连续的,并有与槽12相同的伸展长度。加强肋的宽度适合于侧壁14和15之间的宽度,而且加强肋顶端的表面22的角度应与间壁16边缘表面的交角相同。当两个部件10和11放到一起时,加强肋21的顶端表面22与间壁16边缘表面相接触,而且部件11的下面和侧壁14及15上的边缘表面19和20相接触。在此之前,为使接触表面牢固地粘结在一起,应在其中一个相互连接的表面上涂上粘结剂或涂上能使塑料部件10和11表面溶解的溶剂,或可在相互连接的表面接触之后采用超声波或摩擦焊接而使其互连。如采用焊接方法应在加强肋和槽之间提供一个正的公差,以弥补由于焊接而熔掉的材料。
加强肋可以沿着槽断续出现即加强肋部分只在相对于间壁的位置上存在。
在图3的具体实例中,间壁16的边缘表面23与侧壁14及15的边缘表面19和20齐平。部件11有一个平面下表面24,它与边缘表面19,20,23接触,并与它们粘结在一起。
图4显示了另一个具体实例。其中间壁部分被一个沿槽方向延伸的波状间壁25所代替,而且在其上缘的边缘表面26与侧壁14及15的边缘表面19和20齐平。波状间壁与底面13是一体的,而且在其波峰处与侧壁14及15也是一体的。
为了沿两个部件之间的接合部提供单个的封闭小空间,可以使用任何形状的其它构造。底壁可以横向弯曲并与沟槽的侧壁汇合,从而取代图1-3实例中的矩形横截面形状。

1.一种通过焊接或粘结部件的表面使两个塑料材料的部件(10,11)互连在一起的方法,其特征在于:在其中一个上述部件(10)上构成沟槽(12),该沟槽被间壁(16,25)沿长度方向分成单个间隔,所述间壁和沟槽侧壁(14,15)包括边缘表面(17,18,19,20,23,26),该边缘表面(17,18,19,20,23,26)通过焊接或粘结与另一个部件(11)连在一起。
