Abstract

本发明提供一种使同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工自动化,实现该电连接端子的加工作业的省力化的加工方法及加工装置。该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工装置及加工方法中:工具装置(11)把同轴电缆(1)的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层(5)沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮、并支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分,旋转装置把所述工具装置的轴线(AX1)相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线(AX2)倾斜α角而旋转工具装置,进退装置使工具装置在同轴电缆的轴线上进退的;通过利用所述旋转装置使工具装置旋转,在内侧绝缘体层(3)和网状导线层(4)之间设置间隙,以圆锥状(6)展开网状导线层,通过进退装置的前进运动使展开成圆锥状的网状导线层向外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回,形成折回露出部(7)。

Description

同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法及加工装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信系统用电线,即、把一根芯线用另一根网状导线层以同轴圆筒状包住的型式的同轴电缆,并涉及该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法及加工装置。
背景技术
众所周知,通信系统中普遍采用同轴电缆。典型的同轴电缆具有在一根芯线(内导体)的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层(外导体),用外侧绝缘体层包围所述网状导线层的周围的结构。在该同轴电缆,尤其是在所述网状导线层上形成电连接端子时,由于下面等原因,具有电连接端子的形成作业复杂,作业时间长的问题:(1)网状导线层的层粘着于内侧绝缘体层而没有间隙,所以在网状导线层和内侧绝缘体层之间很难插入工具;(2)网状导线层编织成紧密的网状,所以不能简单地解开;(3)解开网状导线层时,若不对全周均匀地进行作业就不能均匀地解开,所以折回时很难折回。
发明内容
本发明提供一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法及加工装置,在该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工中实现自动化,使其更容易而且更可靠地进行,从而在该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工作业中达到省力化。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法,是基本上加工如下的同轴电缆的电连接端子的方法,即,在一根芯线(内导体)的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层(外导体),用外侧绝缘体层包覆所述网状导线层周围而形成的同轴电缆,该方法由以下工序组成:把所述同轴电缆的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮后,用工具装置支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分,把所述工具装置的轴线相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线倾斜α角而旋转所述工具装置,在所述内侧绝缘体层和所述网状导线层之间设置间隙并以圆锥状展开所述网状导线层的工序,和为使所述网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回而通过安装在所述工具装置上的进退装置,把所述展开成圆锥状的网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回的工序。
另外,本发明提供一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工装置,是基本上加工如下的同轴电缆的电连接端子的装置,即,在一根芯线(内导体)的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层(外导体),用外侧绝缘体层包覆所述网状导线层周围而形成的同轴电缆,该装置具有:把所述同轴电缆的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮、并支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分的工具装置,把所述工具装置的轴线相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线倾斜α角、旋转所述工具装置的旋转装置,和在使所述同轴电缆的轴线与所述工具装置的轴线吻合的状态下、使所述工具装置在所述同轴电缆的轴线上进退的进退装置;通过利用所述旋转装置使工具装置旋转,在所述内侧绝缘体层和所述网状导线层之间设置间隙,以圆锥状展开所述网状导线层,并通过所述进退装置的前进运动使所述展开成圆锥状的网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回。
另外,本发明提供一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工装置,所述工具装置包括工具部件,所述工具部件包括被所述进退装置支撑的外侧筒部件,和以在轴方向膨胀施力的状态支撑在所述外侧筒部件的内部、且支撑所述剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分的内侧筒部件。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图,说明本发明的同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法及加工装置的具体例。在本发明中,被加工物同轴电缆1是在一根芯线2(内导体)的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层3以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层4(外导体),用外侧绝缘体层5包覆所述网状导线层4周围而形成的。该同轴电缆1的网状导线层4是把多根细导线以网状编织的结构,不易被解开地组织,所述网状导线层4紧密地粘着于上述内侧绝缘体层3。
对具有所述构成的同轴电缆1,在其端子侧上形成用于电连接的电连接端子时,在内侧导体的一根芯线2上形成电连接部2a没有任何问题。与此相反,在外导体的网状导线层4上形成电连接部4a是非常困难的。在该同轴电缆1中,在网状导线层4的端子部上形成电连接部4a时,首先,把外部绝缘体层5沿轴方向按一定的长度进行剥皮而露出该网状导线层4,之后,必须一边在全周均一地解开网状导线层4,并向外部绝缘体层5的外侧折回,一边在该外部绝缘体层5的外周上形成由尽可能均一的网状导线构成的导体层。
本发明提供一种将所述的复杂、困难的作业极其有效地实现自动化的具体的加工方法及加工装置。按照图1说明本发明的同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法的基本的构成例。在该发明的同轴电缆1的电连接端子的加工方法中,首先,把同轴电缆1的端子部分中的外侧绝缘体层5沿轴方向以一定长度进行剥皮(参考图1A1,图1A2)。在该状态下,一边在同轴电缆1的内侧绝缘体层3和网状导线层4之间设置全周均一的间隙,一边将其逐渐展开成圆锥状6(参考图1B1,图1B2)。其次,对展开成圆锥状的网状导线层4进一步进行压展,最终是把所述网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回,形成折回露出部7(参考图1C1,图1C2)。
在本发明的加工方法中,有2个要点。其中第1是,一边在同轴电缆1的内侧绝缘体层3和网状导线层4之间设置全周均一的间隙,一边将其逐渐展开成圆锥状6。本发明中,作为把网状导线层4展开成圆锥状6的方法,采用如图2的各个图所示的方法。即,首先,用后述的工具部件支撑同轴电缆1的端子部分的、将外侧绝缘体层5沿轴方向按一定长度进行了剥皮的部分,并将该工具部件的轴线AX1相对于所述同轴电缆1的轴线AX2倾斜α角,使工具部件旋转,把网状导线层4全周均一地展开成圆锥状6。
本发明的加工方法中的要点之二是,把展开成圆锥状的网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回,形成折回露出部7。本发明中,作为将网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回的方法,采用如图3各图所示的方法。即,在上述的工序中网状将导线层4展开成圆锥状6之后,调整工具部件的轴线AX1使之与所述同轴电缆1的轴线AX2吻合,并推进该工具部件,压展所述网状导线层4,最终把所述网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回,形成全周均一的折回露出部7。
实现所述本发明的同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法的具体的加工装置的一个例如图4-图5所示,进而,图2-图3中表示该装置的工具装置的具体的构成例及通过该工具装置进行的加工次序。
本发明的同轴电缆的电连接端子加工装置M包括:把所述同轴电缆1的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层5沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮,并支撑被剥皮的同轴电缆的端子部分的工具装置11;把所述工具装置11的轴线AX1相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线AX2倾斜α角、旋转所述工具装置11的旋转装置12;和调整工具装置11的轴线AX1使之与所述同轴电缆的轴线AX2吻合,并使工具装置11在同轴电缆的轴线AX2上进退的进退装置13。工具装置11通过所述旋转装置12而旋转,从而在内侧绝缘体层3和网状导线层4之间设置间隙,将网状导线层4展开成圆锥状6,通过进退装置13的前进运动将扩成圆锥状6的网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回,形成全周均一的折回露出部7。
本发明中,所述工具装置11由工具部件14构成,工具部件14的详细结构示于图2及图3。所述工具部件14通过工具部件支撑臂15被支撑,所述工具部件支撑臂15如图2B所示,安装在旋转驱动源16的旋转轴17上,该旋转驱动源16使处于相对于同轴电缆的轴线AX2倾斜α角的状态的工具部件14在轴线AX2的周围旋转。
包括所述旋转驱动源16的旋转装置12安装在安装机体18上,所述安装机体18通过包括驱动器19的转动装置20转动并可定位地被支撑。所述转动装置20包括导轨机构21,可根据驱动器19的驱动,通过所述安装机体18、旋转装置12,把所述工具部件14定位于如图2A所示的位置(所述工具部件14的轴线AX1吻合于同轴电缆的轴线AX2的位置)及图2B所示的位置(所述工具部件14的轴线AX1相对于同轴电缆的轴线AX2倾斜α角的位置),并能够在其间进行往复转动。
而且,本发明中,电连接端子加工装置M包括进退装置13,所述进退装置13由例如进退用机台22、往复运动驱动源23、及进退用导向器24构成。所述进退装置13的进退用机台22上安装着所述转动装置20、安装机体18、旋转装置12,可通过上述部分使所述工具部件14在图3A所示的位置至图3C所示的位置上进行往复移动。
另一方面,本发明中,所述工具装置11包括工具部件14,所述工具部件14包括通过所述工具部件支撑臂15支撑在进退装置13上的外侧筒部件25;和以通过弹簧装置26沿轴方向膨胀施力的状态支撑在所述外侧筒部件25的内部,且支撑所述剥皮后的同轴电缆1的端子部分的内侧筒部件27。
具有所述构成的工具部件14通过所述进退装置13在与所述同轴电缆的轴线AX2吻合的位置,从图3A所示的位置前进移动至图3C所示的位置时,所述内侧筒部件27在图3B所示的位置上停止,而所述外侧筒部件25在所述进退装置13进一步前进移动时,抵抗所述弹簧装置26的膨胀力进行前进移动,使所述网状导线层4进一步压展,把所述网状导线层4向外侧绝缘体层5的外侧折回,形成全周均一的折回露出部7。图中,附图标号28是保持同轴电缆1的保持部件。
根据具有上述构成的本发明的同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法及加工装置,在一根芯线(内导体)的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层(外导体),用外侧绝缘体层包覆该网状导线层周围而形成的同轴电缆中,尤其是,在形成其电连接端子时,将极其复杂、很难处理的网状导线层的加工处理,即,在内侧绝缘体层和网状导线层之间设置间隙,并将该间隙展开成圆锥状,把所述网状导线层向外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回的处理,利用一连串的工序,连续地进行自动化,从而可以更容易且更可靠地进行该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工,而且,在实现该同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工作业的省力化方面极其有效地发挥作用。尤其,在本发明中,在所述内侧绝缘体层和网状导线层之间设置间隙,并把该间隙扩成圆锥状时,用工具装置支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分,并利用把该工具装置倾斜α角而使所述工具装置旋转的旋转装置来进行该作业,其结果,在能够把网状导线层的组织大致均一地展开并折回方面,也可以极其有效地发挥作用。

1. 一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工方法,是加工如下的同轴电缆的电连接端子的方法,即,在一根芯线的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层,以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层,用外侧绝缘体层包覆所述网状导线层周围而形成的同轴电缆,其特征在于,由以下工序组成:
把所述同轴电缆的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮后,用工具装置支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分,把所述工具装置的轴线相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线倾斜α角,而旋转所述工具装置,在所述内侧绝缘体层和所述网状导线层之间设置间隙,并以圆锥状展开所述网状导线层的工序,和
为使所述网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回而通过安装在所述工具装置上的进退装置,把所述展开成圆锥状的网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回的工序。
2. 一种同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工装置,是加工如下的同轴电缆的电连接端子的装置,即,在一根芯线的周围夹隔内侧绝缘体层,以同轴圆筒状组织另一根网状导线层,用外侧绝缘体层包覆所述网状导线层周围而形成的同轴电缆,其特征在于,
具有:把所述同轴电缆的端子部分的外侧绝缘体层沿轴方向按一定长度进行剥皮、并支撑剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分的工具装置,把所述工具装置的轴线相对于所述同轴电缆的轴线倾斜α角、旋转所述工具装置的旋转装置,和在使所述同轴电缆的轴线与所述工具装置的轴线吻合的状态下,使所述工具装置在所述同轴电缆的轴线上进退的进退装置;
通过利用所述旋转装置使工具装置旋转,在所述内侧绝缘体层和所述网状导线层之间设置间隙,以圆锥状展开所述网状导线层,并通过所述进退装置的前进运动使所述展开成圆锥状的网状导线层向所述外侧绝缘体层的外侧折回。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的同轴电缆的电连接端子的加工装置,其特征在于,所述工具装置包括工具部件,所述工具部件包括被所述进退装置支撑的外侧筒部件,和以在轴方向膨胀施力的状态支撑在所述外侧筒部件的内部、且支撑所述剥皮后的同轴电缆的端子部分的内侧筒部件。
