Abstract

一种能高精度的再生信息数据的数字数据传送方法。为将数字数据保存在包括多个同步帧的区段并顺序传送,此同步帧由同步信号和满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的极限的游程长度受限码组成,而此同步信号包含由一游程长度大于最大游程长度仅3T的位组合和配置在此位组合的前面和后面而每一个的游程长度大于最小游程长度的附加位组合建立的同步程式结构。此同步信号包含有一指明区段中一位置并使能执行DC控制的特定代码。

Description

数字数据传送方法
本申请是申请号为96114320.7、申请日为1996年12月5日、申请人为先锋电子株式会社的中国专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明是关于一种传送数字数据的方法,其中数字数据被保存在每一个均包括有多个同步帧的区段中并顺序传送(包括此数字数据的记录)。
背景技术
作为一种为传送表征信息的数字数据或将数字数据记录到一记录媒体而执行的RLL(游程长度受限(Run Length Limited))编码方法,被用于CD(激光盘)等的EFM(八至十四调制)是广为公知的。
在EFM中,8位(一字节)的数字数据被变换成一14位的游程长度受限码,它满足游程长度限制:
最小游程长度d=2T;
最大游程长度k=10T,
在各个被变换得的数据间的间隔中加以3位连接位,而最后所得数据即构成为EFM调制信号。而在此EFM调制信号的序列中,也设置连接位的位序列来满足前述的游程长度限制。
在CD中记录附加一同步信号到EFM调制信号后所得的信号。由EFM调制信号构成的序列的状态要使得在序列中不存在对应于最大游程长度k的最大间隔的重复程式,即类似11T—11T的重复程式,而是将11T的重复程式用作为一同步信号。
在CD重放机中,依靠在由CD读出的信号中检测重复程式11T来提取同步信号。
但是在以高密度记录记录信息的DVD(数字视盘)或高密度数据传送中,读取信息时会受到码间干扰的巨大影响。因此,作为同步信号的重复程式11T被改变成如11T—10T或10T—11T的程式而被读出。与此相反,会发生象10T—11T或11T—10T这样的作为EFM调制信号的数据程式被改变成重复程式11T而被错误地检测成为一同步信号的情况。
如上所述,在高密度记录或高密度数据传送中,在检测同步信号中发生差错的机率增加并很容易发生因失去同步所造成的猝发误差。
发明内容
本发明就是针对解决上述问题,目的在于提供一种数字数据的传送方法以使得即使在高密度记录或高密度数据发送中也能高精度地再生数字数据。
按照本发明所提出的数字数据传送方法,将数字数据保存在每一个均包括有多个同步帧的区段中而加以顺序传送,其中同步帧包括一同步信号和一对应于数字数据并满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的极限的游程长度受限码,因此同步信号包含一由具有游程长度比最大游程长度大3T的位组合和被配置在该位组合的前、后的而其每一个均具有大于最小游程长度的游程长度的附加位组合所组成的同步程式。
按照本发明还提供一种传送数字数据的方法,该数字数据存储在每一个均包括多个同步帧的区段中作顺序传送,其中该同步帧包括一同步信号和一对应于该数字数据并满足有关一最小游程长度和一最大游程长度的极限的游程长度受限码,而此同步信号包含一指明该区段中一位置和使能执行DC控制的特殊代码。
为了将数字数据保存进每一个均包括多个同步帧的区段中顺序传送,此同步帧由同步信号和满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的游程长度受限码组成,而同步信号则包含游程长度比最大游程长度大3T的位组合和被配置在该位组合的前、后和其每一个具有大于最小游程长度的游程长度的附加位组合组成的同步结构。此同步信号包含指明该区段中的位置并使能执行DC控制的特殊代码。

具体实施方式
图1为一表明为由按照本发明的数字数据传送方法形成传送信号的传送信号形成设备的结构的图形。
图1中,一8—16(八至十六)调制器10将欲传送的数字数据变换成一16位(一代码字)的8—16调制信号(游程长度受限码),以使得每八位能满足最小游程长度d=2T和最大游程长度k=10T的游程长度极限。
由此8—16调制器10得到的所有代码字均具有满足下列条件Next_State1至Next_State4中任一个的组成型式。
Next_State1:结尾处连续0的数量等于0或1的代码字。
Next_State2:结尾处连续0的数量等于2至5且下一代码字的第一位和第十三位等于0的代码字。
Next_State3:结尾处连续0的数量等于3至5且下一代码字的至少第一或第十三位之一等于0的代码字。
Next_State4:结尾处连续0的数量等于6至9的代码字。
此调制方法已由下列论文公开。

同步信号产生电路20产生如图2和图3中所示的具有不同位组合的32个同步信号,并将他们传送到一最好包含CPU和存贮器的合成电路30,如后面所说明的。
此32个同步信号被分成8组SY0至SY7,如图2、图3中所示。
图4为表明同步信号格式的图形。
图4中同步信号的位1至位3代表连接位,设置其是为了当此同步信号被连接到紧接其之前的一代码字时满足前述的最小游程长度d和最大游程长度k的极限。由位1至位3构成的连接位组合指明{000}、{001}和{100}中的任一个。
识别此同步信号的同步程式结构位于同步信号的位11至位32。
此同步程式结构是一如(4T(或更多)—14T—4T)配置的位组合,其中一比8—16调制信号中的最大间隔11T大3T的14T的程式被设置到核心部分,而一固定长度4T的程式和一4T(取更多)的程式分别被配置在14T程式的后面和前面,亦即是说,此位组合为

在此例中,此同步程式结构是一如图2和图3中所示的所有同步信号共用的固定程式。
在此同步程式结构中,即使在由于内部符号干扰的影响此8—16调制信号中的11T程式发生边位移且被改变成12T的程式,而且进一步此同步程式结构自身亦被边位移且被只缩短1T时,为了也能对他们加以区分,采用了比此8—16调制信号中最大间隔11T长3T的14T程式。此14T程式代表考虑到边位移时所能设置的最短长度。
以在此14T程式的后面和前面配置固定长度4T的附加位组合和4T(或更多)的附加位组合,得到比最短的3T位至少长1T的间隔,由此来降低由内部符号干扰影响相邻标志。
图5为以此同步程式结构传送信号的波形的图形。
如图5中所示,如果以一交替长和短点划线所示的限幅电平(slice level)检测上升沿(在波形倒转时为下降沿)的点,亦即点A与B之间的间隔的话,即使此限幅电平未经牵引操作等确定,也能稳定地检测得此边沿间隔。依靠检测一由14T程式与后4T程式相组合的18T程式并选择其中存在有14T程式的程式,此被选择的程式就可被用作一启动时的主轴(spindle)伺服机构的速度检测的信号。将此14T程式前和后的标志长度设定为等于或大于4T,其中振幅大于最短的标志长度,就可增大限幅电平的波动的允许的振幅。按照此实施方案当然也可能采用5T或较大的标志的组合,但由于要优选地考虑效率,而将后标志长度设置为4T和前标志长度设置为4T或较大。
将此14T程式的后程式设成为固定的4T长度而将前程式设置为4T或更长是因为,当在此14T程式之前再设置一特定的代码(对此将在下面说明)时,增加了前程式的自由度和足以保证欲取得作为一特定代码的程式的数量。
如图4中所示,此特定代码被置于同步信号的位4至位10。根据与存在于此特定码的紧前边的连接位的连接可识别一区间中的一个位置,这将在下面解释。
图1中的合成电路30对每一由8—16调制器10顺序供给的8—16调制信号序列亦即每91个代码字选择任一由同步信号产生电路20所生成的同步信号,并产生一将所选择的同步信号加到此91个代码字的标题所得到的信号作为对应于一同步帧的传送信号。
图6为每一由合成电路30所产生的区段的发送信号的格式图形。
如图6中所示,一区段包括13行。每一行安置二同步帧。置于每一同步帧的同步信号由图2和图3中所示的32种同步信号中选择。例如,被置于第一行的前同步帧的同步信号相当于从32种同步信号中选择的SY0。随第一行后,配置到前同步帧的同步信号按照行号的增加象SY1至SY4那样周期重复。SY1至SY4之间的差别由该特定码和连接位决定。
对组合电路30为形成一区段的传送信号的操作现参照图7的流程加以说明。
在组合电路30中包含一CPU(中央处理单元)和一存贮器(图中未示出)而在存贮器中预先存贮有图8中所示的信息。
图7的流程中,组合电路30中的CPU首先将1作为初始地址设置进一内装寄存器n(步骤S1)。此CPU由图8中所示的存贮器分别读出对应于存放在寄存器n中的地址的信息,并将此信息存贮进寄存器X和Y(步骤S2)。在例如已将1存放进寄存器n中时,被存放在图8中的存贮器内的地址1的SY0和SY5被读出并被分别存入寄存器X和Y。
CPU由同步信号产生电路20所提供的如图2和图3中所示的32种同步信号中选择对应于寄存器X的存贮内容的同步信号。在当例如SY0已存放在寄存器X中时,从图2和图3中所示的32种同步信号中选择对应于SY0的信号。当存在于此同步信号紧接前面的代码字为Next_State1(结尾处的连续0的数量等于1或0)或Next_State2(结尾处的连续0的数量等于2至5)时,CPU从图2和图3中所示的SY0选择由位1至3所组成的连接位组合被设置为{000}的同步信号。其中的连接位组合等于图2中的{000}的有下面二种同步信号SY0:

这就是说,相对二同步信号SY0在此特定代码中仅位10的值不同,而且在他被作NZI调制时他们的反相次数不同。CPU从此二种程式选择有利于DC压缩的程式并将所选定的程式作为最后的SY0。
CPU选择对应于寄存器Y中存贮内容的同步信号。例如,当SY5被存放在寄存器Y中时,即从图2和3所示的32种同步信号中选择对应于SY5的同步信号。当存在于紧接同步信号之前的代码字为Next_State3(结尾处的连续0的数量等于2至5)或Next—State4(结尾处连续0的数量等于6至9)时,CPU从图2和3所示的SY5选择其中的由位1至3构成的连接位组合等于{100}的同步信号。图3中的连接位组合等于{100}的有下面二种同步信号:

这就是说,相对此二程式仅仅此特定代码中的位5的值不同。CPU由此二种程式中选择利于DC压缩的程式并将所选择的程式设定为最后的SY5(步骤S3)。
CPU产生一程式作为图6中所示的一行传送信号(步骤S4),该程式是由将91代码字的8—16调制信号串联连接到如上述根据寄存器X和Y的存贮内容选择的每一同步信号获得的。
CPU判断寄存器n中的内容是否大于13(步骤S5)。在步骤S5中,在确定寄存器n中内容大于13之前,CPU对寄存器n中内容加1(步骤S6),并在此后重复执行步骤S2及其后步骤中的操作。如图中所示的(一区段的)第一至第十三行的传送信号由此重复操作顺序地产生。
例如,所假定16个区段被作为一纠错块加以纠错编码并将此结果块传输时,一按此结构接收此传送信号的译码器侧利用此每一个均是有如图6中所示区段结构并被由作为一纠错块的数目多达16个区段所收集的传送信号执行一纠错处理。在此译码器中,重要的是在完成此传送信号的接收之后,搜索区段的标题,然后立即读出被记录的地址,和采集纠错块的数据。在执行高密度传送时,存在着作为区段标题的同步信号SY0无法被读出的情况或者其他信号被错误地作为一区段标题被读出的情况,从而使得有可能发生无法纠正的致命的差错。
按照本发明的传选信号,如图2和3中所示,准备有32种具有不同位组合的同步信号,而且如图6中所示,欲被配置到一区段的各行的同步信号的复合程式被设置成每一行唯一的程式。如图6中所示,存在于各行的标题处的前同步帧中的同步信号按照行数的增加象SY1至SY4一样周期地重复。
在接收有此结构的传送信号的译码器侧,一区段中的行可由识别同步信号的复合程式来指定,以使能预测区段标题的SY0的位置。在行被指定时,可由识别SY1至SY4的重复程式来进一步提高对读同步信号差错的预防功能。由于是根据一行中存在的二个同步信号的复合程式指定行,所以采用8种SY0至SY7作为一区段的同步信号的种类就足够了。
因而,即使由于高密度传送的影响无法读出作为区段的标题的同步信号SY0,在译码器侧根据存在于SY0之后的同步信号识别区段的标题位置,借此使能识别正确的纠错块。
如将由图2和3还可清楚地理解的,SY0的选择是使得SY0与每一其他行的标题同步(SY1至SY4)间的码间距离成为最大。此码间距离是表示同步信号间的相似性。当存在着其中的1的数量与其它信号的1的数量不同的同步信号时,就确定此同步信号为最大距离的信号。在其中的1的数量等于其他同步信号的1的数量的同步信号的情况下,在此信号达到与一同步信号相重合之前1的位置的位移次数被设置到与此同步信号的距离。由如上所述那样确定SY0,使SY1至SY4被错误地读作SY0的概率即被降低。换言之,相对类似于SY0的同步信号被设置到各行的中间同步信号(SY5至SY7),而在各行的标题和中央部分不采用共用同步信号。在行的标题和中央部分不采用共用同步信号时,还具有减少因读数差错而造成的各行的标题和中央部分被错误地识别的可能性。
如图2和3中所示,即使在紧接同步信号之前的代码字的Next State指明或者为情况1或2中之一及或者为情况3或4中之一,分别不同的反相次数的奇偶数(1的数量)及奇偶符号(波形的正和负位间的差别)的32位程式中的两类也被配置到SY0至SY7。这就是说,与一程式相比较,由于另一程式自身的DC成分的极性和此另一程式的结尾处的信号波形与该一程式的这些相反,此信号的DC成分可由选择他们中的一个来降低。
如上所述,按照本发明的数字数据传送方法,当数字数据被保存在各自包括多个同步帧的区段中并顺序传送时,此同步帧包括同步信号和满足最小游程长和最大游程长极限的游程长度受限码,而此同步信号包含由游程长比最大游程长度大3T的位组合和被配置在该位组合的前、后且它们的每一个的游程长度大于最小游程长的附加位组合所构成的同步程式结构。
因此,按照本发明,即使在此同步信号和由游程长度受限码构成的信号因内部符号干扰的影响被分别作边位移1T,他们也能被正确地区分和检测。
在按照本发明的数字数据传送方法中,同步信号包含有指明在该区段中的位置和使能进行DC控制的特定代码。
因此,借助这种结构,即使在该区段的标题处的同步信号无法读出或其他信号被错误地作为区段标题读出时,此区段的正确标题也能根据其他的同步信号被加以预测,从而能恰当地再生数字数据。
上面参照优选实施例对本发明作了说明。可以理解本技术领域的熟悉人员可对之作出许多修改和变型。所有这些修改和变型均应包括在所列权利要求的范畴之中。

Claims (6)

1、一种信号形成装置,包括:
调制单元,用于将数字数据转换成游程长度受限码,该游程长度受限码满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的限制;
同步信号产生单元,用于产生同步信号;及
合成单元,用于合成该游程长度受限码和该同步信号,并产生若干个区段中的多个同步帧;
其中,该同步信号包括同步程式和用以确定所述同步信号在区段中的位置的特定代码,该特定代码具有若干个不同的类型,其类型的数目小于该区段中的同步帧的数目。
2、根据权利要求1的信号形成装置,其中,该同步程式比该最大游程长度更长。
3、一种信号形成方法,包括:
将数字数据转换成游程长度受限码,该游程长度受限码满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的限制;
产生同步信号;及
合成该游程长度受限码和该同步信号,并产生若干个区段中的多个同步帧;
其中,该同步信号包括同步程式和用以确定所述同步信号在区段中的位置的特定代码,及
该特定代码具有若干个不同的类型,其类型的数目小于该区段中的同步帧的数目。
4、根据权利要求3的信号形成方法,其中,该同步程式比该最大游程长度更长。
5、一种数字数据的传送方法,用于将数字数据保存在若干个区段中并顺序传送该数据,每一个区段包括多个同步帧,
其中,所述同步帧包括同步信号和游程长度受限码,该游程长度受限码对应于该数字数据,并满足最小游程长度和最大游程长度的限制;该同步信号包括同步程式和用以确定所述同步信号在区段中的位置的特定代码,及
该特定代码具有若干个不同的类型,其类型的数目小于该区段中的同步帧的数目。
6、根据权利要求5的传送方法,其中,该同步程式比该最大游程长度更长。
