Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及涂料组合物,尤其可以施涂于金属基材,从而提高耐腐蚀性的涂料组合物。本发明还涉及由该涂料组合物获得的涂层。
背景技术
通常将涂层施涂于金属基材,尤其含有铁比如钢的金属基材上,之后施涂保护或装饰涂层。如果和当金属基材接触湿气和氧时,该涂层最大程度减少了对金属基材的腐蚀量。许多目前涂料组合物以金属磷酸盐为基础,并且利用含铬冲洗液。金属磷酸盐和铬冲洗液产生了对环境有害的废料流。结果,具有与它们的处理有关的不断增长的成本。
涂料组合物可以不用铬冲洗液来施涂。例如,US专利3,966,502披露了用含锆的冲洗液后处理磷酸盐化金属的方法。然而,该施涂方法仅适用于在有限的金属基材上,并且金属磷酸盐废料流的产生没有减轻。
Dollman等人的US专利No.5,534,082和Dolan等人的US专利Nos.5,281,282和5,356,490描述了含有氟代酸比如氟钛酸,硅石和水溶性聚合物比如丙烯酸聚合物和/或具有羟基官能团的聚合物的非铬涂料组合物。通过加热硅石和氟代酸,将硅石溶解,或至少部分溶解,直到溶液变成透明为止。结果,在这些涂料组合物中使用的硅石颗粒不是酸稳定颗粒。这些组合物的pH是高酸性的,值为0-4,优选0-1。涂料组合物增强了钢和镀锌钢基材的耐腐蚀性。

Jones等人的US专利No.5,859,106描述了含有交联聚合物体系的非铬涂料组合物,它包括具有丙烯酸和羟基官能团的共聚物或丙烯酸系聚合物和具有羟基官能团的聚合物的反应产物。氟代酸比如氟锆酸或氟钛酸可以加入到这些组合物中。Jones等人的US专利No.5,905,105描述了包括在US 5,859,106中所述的涂料组合物并添加了分散硅石和含有IVB族金属的碳酸铵的非铬涂料组合物。
开发不产生金属磷酸盐和铬废液的涂料组合物和施涂这种组合物的方法具有重要意义。还优选的是,这些涂料组合物可有效将各种金属基材的腐蚀减到最小,因为工业上有价值的许多物体含有一种以上类型的金属基材。例如,汽车工业常常采用含有一种以上类型金属基材的金属组件。对一种以上的金属基材有效的涂料组合物的使用提供了流线化程度更高的制造方法。
本发明的概述
本发明涉及涂料组合物和制备涂料组合物的方法。该涂料组合物包括含有酸稳定颗粒和一种或多种氟代酸的水性混合物。本发明还涉及制备涂料组合物的方法。
本发明还涉及在金属基材上的涂层。该涂层包括通过金属氧化物基质附着于金属基材的酸稳定颗粒。颗粒在酸性含水涂料组合物中是酸稳定性的。金属氧化物基质包括一种或多种选自钛、锆、硅、铪、硼、铝、锗和锡中的金属。金属基材的涂层涂布率是5mg/sq ft到50mg/sq ft。

本发明的详细说明
该涂料组合物包括含有酸稳定颗粒和一种或多种氟代酸的水性混合物。该水性混合物还可以含有酸稳定颗粒和一种或多种氟代酸的产物。如果如在小标题“酸稳定颗粒的试验工序”下所述的对试样测定的粘度的变化是≤10秒,优选≤5秒,那么颗粒是酸稳定的。在大多数情况下,对应于本发明的酸稳定颗粒的试样具有≤3秒的粘度改变。在最优选的实施方案中,酸稳定颗粒具有≤1秒的粘度改变。典型地,粘度改变越小,颗粒在酸(即,在具有3-7的pH的水溶液中)中越稳定。
本文使用的术语“粘度改变”反映了根据所述试验工序进行的粘度测量。对于本发明的一些组合物,它们相应的试样事实上可以超过96小时才有粘度降低,这样,测定的粘度改变低于0。
另外,普通技术人员可以通过制备含有所述颗粒的酸化试样,以及简单观测在室温下在大约96小时中是否有任何可见增稠、沉淀或胶化的指征来确定颗粒是否是酸稳定的。
典型地,本发明的酸稳定颗粒在大约2到大约7的pH保持带负电。在某些情况下,酸稳定颗粒在大约3到大约6的pH下保持带负电。在其它情况下,酸稳定颗粒在大约3.5到大约5的pH保持带负电。
确定酸稳定颗粒保持带负电的一种方法是测量颗粒的ζ电位。该测量可以使用市购仪器比如出自Malvern Instruments Ltd.的Zetasizer 3000HAS来进行。测定的负电压表明颗粒带负电。用于涂料组合物的硅石型酸稳定颗粒的示例性ζ电位是-5到-35mV。用于涂料组合物的有机聚合物酸稳定颗粒的示例性ζ电位是-55到-85mV。
本发明的涂料组合物还含有水。水用来稀释本发明的涂料组合物,并且提供了为组合物提供了相对长期的稳定性。例如,在相同的储存条件下,与具有≥大约60wt%水的涂料组合物相比,含有低于大约40wt%水的组合物更容易聚合或“胶化”。虽然一般施涂于基材的本发明的涂料组合物含有≥92%水,但不用说,本发明的涂料组合物还包括具有60-92wt%水的浓缩配制组合物。最终用户用附加的水简单稀释浓缩配制料,获得用于特定涂料应用的最佳涂料组合物浓度。
本发明的涂料组合物可以作为即用涂料组合物、作为在使用之前用水稀释的浓缩涂料组合物、作为补充组合物、或作为双组分涂料体系来提供。在双组分涂料体系中,氟代酸与颗粒分开储存。氟代酸和颗粒然后在使用之前由最终用户混合。
涂料组合物的各组分的浓度当然取决于所要使用的涂料组合物是补充涂料组合物、浓缩涂料组合物、还是即用涂料组合物。补充涂料组合物可以提供给最终用户,当组分在基材的涂布过程中被消耗时,由最终用户用来为涂布浴恢复涂料组合物的组分的最佳浓度。结果,补充涂料组合物必需比用于涂布基材的涂料组合物具有更高浓度的酸稳定颗粒或氟代酸。
在本发明的组合物中的酸稳定颗粒的浓度取决于所用颗粒的类型和颗粒的相对粒度,即平均直径。涂料组合物含有0.005-8wt%,0.006-2wt%,0.007-0.5wt%,或0.01-0.2wt%的按干重基准计的酸稳定颗粒。
酸稳定硅石颗粒可以是铝改性的硅石颗粒。铝改性的硅石颗粒具有大约80∶1到大约240∶1,和大约120∶1到大约220∶1的SiO2∶Al2O3的重量比。在本发明的组合物中的铝改性硅石颗粒的浓度是0.005-5wt%,0.006-1wt%,0.007-0.5wt%,或0.01-0.2wt%的按干重基准计的酸稳定颗粒。
在一个实施方案中,用于涂料组合物的酸稳定颗粒是以TMA,AM,SK,和SK-G的商标作为胶态分散体由Grace Davison提供的硅石颗粒。这些特定类型的硅石颗粒用铝化合物处理,据信是铝酸钠。例如,AM具有大约140∶1到180∶1的SiO2∶Al2O3的重量比。还可以使用从Asahi Denka获得的铝改性硅石比如AT-20A。
酸稳定颗粒可以具有平均直径为大约2nm到大约80nm,或大约2nm到大约40nm的相对球形形状,根据透射电子显微镜检查(TEM)测定的结果。颗粒还可以是具有大约40nm到大约300nm的平均长度,以及大约5nm到大约20nm的平均直径的杆状。颗粒可以作为胶态分散体,例如作为其中颗粒具有相对窄的粒度分布的单分散体提供。另外,胶态分散体可以是多分散的,其中颗粒具有相对宽的粒度分布。
硅石颗粒一般以悬浮于水性介质的离散球体的形式存在。介质还可以含有聚合物以改进胶态悬浮液的稳定性。该聚合物可以是以下列举的聚合物之一。例如,某些市购配制料引入聚合物以保持分散体在储存过程中的稳定性。例如,SK和SK-G是两种含有聚乙烯醇聚合物的商品形式的胶态硅石。
应该了解的是,涂料组合物不要求存在聚合物以保持组合物在2-7的pH下的酸稳定性。然而,在某些应用中,聚合物可以加入到涂料组合物中以提供甚至更高的酸稳定性。
如由对比涂料组合物所表明,AS,HS和TM硅石颗粒的使用没有提供酸稳定的涂料组合物,因此不是酸稳定颗粒。这不是说这些非酸稳定颗粒不能以相对少的量存在于本发明的涂料组合物中。应该清楚的是,可以存在于涂料组合物中的非酸稳定颗粒的量或浓度取决于非酸稳定颗粒的类型,组合物的pH,所用氟代酸的类型,以及在组合物中的酸稳定颗粒的类型和浓度。当然,普通技术人员还认识到,一种或多种不同类型的酸稳定硅石颗粒可以在本发明的涂料组合物中合并。
在另一个实施方案中,酸稳定颗粒可以是非铝改性硅石颗粒。这些硅石颗粒通过某些方法,时常,不被本领域的那些技术人员认为是铝改性方法的专利方法来改性。非铝改性硅石颗粒是带负电的,具有例如被钠或氨中和的大量硅酸位点。可以在这些涂料组合物中使用的非铝改性的硅石颗粒的实例包括以O和N的商标由Nissan Chemical出售的胶体颗粒。在本发明的组合物中的非铝改性硅石颗粒的浓度是0.005-5wt%,0.006-1wt%,0.007-0.5wt%,或0.01-0.2wt%的按干重基准计的酸稳定颗粒。
在另一个实施方案中,选择的有机聚合酸稳定颗粒可以在涂料组合物中使用。例如,选自阴离子稳定聚合物分散体,比如环氧交联颗粒,环氧-丙烯酸混杂颗粒,丙烯酸系聚合物颗粒,聚偏二氯乙烯颗粒,和乙烯基丙烯酸/偏二氯乙烯/丙烯酸颗粒中的聚合物颗粒提供了酸稳定的涂料组合物。可以使用的三种市购聚合物颗粒包括出自HenkelCorp.的ACC 800和ACC 901,以及出自Avecia,Inc.的202。ACC 901包括环氧交联颗粒。ACC 800包括聚偏二氯乙烯颗粒。202包括乙烯基丙烯酸/偏二氯乙烯/丙烯酸颗粒。有机聚合物颗粒在本发明的组合物中的浓度是0.01-8wt%,0.01-5wt%,和0.1-3wt%,按干重基准计。
氟代酸是具有选自Ti,Zr,Hf,Si,Sn,Al,Ge和B中的元素的酸性氟化物或酸性氟氧化物。氟代酸应该是水溶性的或水分散性的,优选包括至少1个氟原子和至少一个选自元素Ti,Zr,Hf,Si,Sn,Al,Ge或B中的原子。氟代酸有时被本领域的技术人员称为“氟金属化物(fluorometallate)”。

在涂料组合物中添加儿茶酚化合物可以用来提供金属基材的确被涂布的可见颜色指示物。没有儿茶酚化合物,所得涂层有时可能太薄而不能看见。术语“儿茶酚化合物”被定义为具有包括位于芳环体系的相邻碳原子上的至少两个羟基的芳环体系的有机化合物。
用于制备本发明的涂料组合物的优选儿茶酚化合物是带负电或中性的,即,不带电荷。带负电的儿茶酚化合物通常作为金属盐获得,尤其作为碱金属或碱土金属盐获得。
儿茶酚化合物在本发明的涂料组合物中的浓度可以由本领域的技术人员优化,从而提供可见涂层。儿茶酚化合物的浓度将取决于所用儿茶酚化合物的类型。还有,可以预期各儿茶酚化合物具有与在涂料组合物中使用的各类酸稳定颗粒的不同相互作用。结果,儿茶酚化合物的最佳浓度取决于在涂料组合物中使用的酸稳定颗粒的类型。最后,因为在将涂料组合物施涂于金属基材之后用冲洗步骤可以除去任何过量儿茶酚化合物,所以儿茶酚化合物的浓度可以大于提供可见着色涂层所需的浓度。
在一个实施方案中,儿茶酚化合物选自茜素系列化合物。例如,茜素,茜素红,茜素橙和它们各自的盐可以用来制备本发明的涂料组合物。一种优选的茜素化合物是茜素红,即,3,4-二羟基-9,10-二氧代-2-蒽磺酸或它的盐。
在另一个实施方案中,儿茶酚化合物选自焦儿茶酚,以及共轭焦儿茶酚。术语“共轭焦儿茶酚”被定义为具有共轭环体系的焦儿茶酚。邻苯二酚磺酞,即邻苯二酚紫或它的盐是一种优选的共轭焦儿茶酚。
本发明的涂料组合物还可以包括一种或多种聚合物。该一种或多种聚合物优选包含选自羟基、羧基、酯、酰胺或它们的结合物中的官能团。在聚合物上的官能团据信起多种功用。首先,在形成涂层之前,这些官能团提供了在水中具有相对高的溶解度或混溶性的聚合物。其次,这些官能团提供了沿聚合物骨架分布的点,当涂料组合物固化,在金属基材上形成涂层时,通过这些点,可以发生在聚合物之间的交联。第三,在聚合物上的官能团据信增强了在金属基材和固化涂层中的颗粒之间的结合。
所使用的该一种或多种聚合物的示例性名单选自聚乙烯醇,聚酯,水溶性聚酯衍生物,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基己内酰胺共聚物,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基咪唑共聚物,以及磺化聚苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物。所使用的最优选的聚合物包括聚乙烯醇,聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基己内酰胺共聚物。和是两种可购买到的聚合物类型,可以用来制备本发明的涂料组合物。是可从BASF获得的乙烯基吡咯烷酮-乙烯基己内酰胺聚合物。是可从DuPont获得的聚乙烯醇聚合物。
在一种或多种以上聚合物的存在下,氟代酸可以用作固化剂以及粘结剂。据认为,氟代酸与聚合物的官能团反应,因此可以提供聚合物交联的手段。与氟代酸结合的聚合物的交联提供了使颗粒结合,从而在金属基材上形成涂层的水泥状聚合物-金属氧化物基质。
本发明的涂料组合物通过包括下列步骤的方法来制备:提供酸稳定颗粒和一种或多种氟代酸;以及将酸稳定颗粒和该一种或多种氟代酸在水中混合。酸稳定颗粒在涂料组合物中的量是0.005-8wt%,按干重基准计。涂料组合物的制备还可以包括在以上列举的一种或多种聚合物,并且将该聚合物与其它组分混合。
本发明的涂料组合物的pH是大约2到大约7,优选大约3到大约6,更优选大约3.5到大约5。涂料组合物的pH可以使用无机酸比如氢氟酸,磷酸等(包括它们的混合物)来调节。另外,可以使用额外量的氟代酸。还可以使用有机酸比如乳酸,乙酸,柠檬酸,氨基磺酸,或它们的混合物。
涂料组合物的pH还可以通过添加少量的碱性材料(通常以金属或铵的氢氧化物,碳酸盐,或碳酸氢盐的形式)。示例性无机和有机碱的包括氢氧化钠,氢氧化铵,氨,或胺,例如三乙醇胺或其它烷基胺。
该涂料组合物还可以包括一种或多种选自流平剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,和粘结剂中的辅添加剂(secondary agent)。然而,普通技术人员会明白,这些作用剂的使用以及它们的使用浓度必须在涂料组合物的pH范围内是适应的。添加太多的辅添加剂可能显著降低组合物的酸稳定性。
本发明的涂料组合物可以施涂于金属基材,形成耐腐蚀涂层。可以用本发明的涂料组合物钝化(提供增强的耐腐蚀性)的金属基材包括冷轧钢,热轧钢,不锈钢,电镀锌钢,galvalume,galvanneal,热浸电镀钢,铝合金和镀铝的钢基材。本发明还提供了含有一种以上的金属基材的组件可以在单一方法中钝化的优点,因为各种各样的金属基材可以用本发明的涂料组合物钝化。
虽然不必要,金属基材通常使用普通清洁工序和材料,例如,温和或强碱性清洁剂进行清洗,用于除去油脂,污垢或其它外来材料。碱性清洁剂的实例包括Cleaner ZX-1和Cleaner 315,二者均购自Henkel Surface Technologies。该金属基材然后用水或含水酸性溶液冲洗。金属基材还可以在使金属基材与本发明的涂料组合物之前用市购金属磷酸盐溶液,例如磷酸铁或磷酸锌溶液处理。
本发明的涂料组合物可以以本领域已知的众多方式施涂于金属基材。最优选的方法的两种是喷涂和浸渍。在金属基材上的固化涂层的厚度和组成取决于许多因素,包括粒度,颗粒浓度和曝露时间或与涂料组合物接触的时间。
图1提供用来显示由实施例1的涂料组合物制备的在CRS板上的干燥涂层的组成如何随喷涂时间而改变。如图所示,在涂层中的硅石(硅和氧的重量)的浓度相对独立于喷涂时间,即,在大约25到100秒的喷涂时间内,硅石的量相对恒定在大约14-17mg/sq ft。拟用的涂层的单层结构,这可以预料到。
图2和3描绘了对于选择的本发明的涂料组合物在大约25到大约125秒的喷涂时间内的涂层厚度的差别。
相反,显示出在涂层中的钛和锆的量随时间线性增加。在涂层中的金属的量是0.5mg/sq ft到6mg/sq ft。在许多情况下,在涂层中的金属的量是0.5mg/sq ft到3mg/sq ft。
与目前的涂料技术比较,由本发明的组合物获得的涂层是相对低重量涂层。本发明的涂层具有5mg/sq ft到50mg/sq ft的涂布量。在许多情况下,然而,涂层具有8mg/sq ft到30mg/sq ft的涂布量。事实上,具有8mg/sq ft到20mg/sq ft的涂布量的涂层一般由涂料组合物形成。
在用涂料组合物处理金属基材之后,该涂料组合物可以在金属基材的表面上原地干燥。另外,所施涂的涂料组合物可以冲洗,优选用水,用于除去过量涂料组合物,然后干燥。该干燥可以在任何温度下进行。通常适当的温度是100-300°F。所选择的干燥条件取决于用户的喜好,可利用的空间,以及所用修饰涂层的类型。例如,与水基涂层相比,粉末涂层一般在施涂之前要求干燥表面。
该涂层包括通过金属氧化物基质附着于金属表面的酸稳定颗粒。对于在金属基材上的固化涂层,用于描述在涂层中的颗粒的术语“酸稳定”颗粒是指提供了本文定义的酸稳定的涂料组合物的颗粒。金属氧化物基质包括一种或多种选自钛,锆,硅,铪,硼,铝,锗和锡中的金属。金属氧化物基质优选包括一种或多种选自钛、锆和硅中的金属。如果水溶性聚合物存在于涂料组合物中,该金属氧化物基质可以进一步含有该一种或多种聚合物和该一种或多种氟代酸或它们各自的盐的反应产物。本发明的涂层可以被描述为具有用砖(brick)表示的颗粒和用砂浆表示的金属氧化物基质的砖和砂浆涂层。
本发明的涂层的一个优点是它们提供了与目前的磷酸铁涂层技术相比可比的,在大多数情况下改进的耐腐蚀性。还有,该耐腐蚀性的改进用显著低于目前的磷酸铁涂层的涂层涂布率获得。例如,为了给CRS板提供可接受的耐腐蚀性,磷酸铁涂层以大约50mg/sq ft-150mg/sq ft的涂布率施涂。相反,本发明的涂层可以在8mg/sq ft-30mg/sq ft的涂布率下提供类似的耐腐蚀性。在大多数情况下,本发明的涂层显示了在8mg/sq ft-20mg/sq ft的涂布率下的可接受的耐腐蚀性。
在磷酸铁涂层上的本发明的涂层的另一优点通过它的相对高的柔性和耐久性来显示。在冲击试验和弯曲试验中,本发明的涂层一般保持它们的耐腐蚀性,而磷酸盐涂层没有保持。而且,这些试验用在低于20mg/sq ft的涂布率下的本发明的涂层进行,而磷酸铁涂层具有大约65mg/sq ft的涂布率。
参考以下实施例可以更好地理解本发明及其益处。这些实施例用来举例说明在本发明的总范围内的具体实施方案,决不认为限制本发明。
1、酸稳定颗粒的试验工序
通过用盐酸酸化该溶液制备具有大约5.0的pH的乙酸钠/乙酸缓冲液。向20mL的缓冲液添加20mL的选择颗粒分散体。作为试样,该颗粒分散体应该具有大约30wt%的硅石浓度。如果选择的颗粒分散体具有更高的wt%,将该分散体稀释至30wt%。将该溶液搅拌10分钟。观察该溶液是否保持为流体,即,在室温下在大约96小时的过程中是否具有任何可见的增稠、沉淀或胶化的指征。用于定量确定酸稳定颗粒的实验方法用来测量在室温下84小时之后以上试样的粘度改变。申请人使用出自Gardner Laboratory Division,Pacific Scientific Co.的察恩(Zahn)杯装置测量粘度改变。
察恩粘度杯是用线悬挂的小U形杯。该杯具有孔口,可以以各种底部尺寸获得。例如,在酸稳定性试验中使用的2号察恩杯根据ASTMD4212被鉴定为具有2.69mm的孔口直径。样品的粘度通过将杯完全浸没到试样中来测定。然后从样品中完全取出该杯。从杯的顶部从样品中浮现的时刻到一部分的料流与通过孔口下落的料流脱离的时间(秒)是样品粘度的测量值。
按照上述酸稳定性工序,制备具有大约5.0的pH的乙酸钠/乙酸缓冲液。将20mL的选择颗粒分散体加入到20mL的缓冲液中。该颗粒分散体应该具有大约30wt%的硅石浓度。如果选择的颗粒分散体具有更高的wt%,将该分散体稀释至30wt%。将该溶液搅拌10分钟。在大约此时进行新粘度测量。
然后让各样品保持在大约室温,直到进行下一粘度测量。如表1所示,在96小时,由实施例1-10的颗粒制备的试样的粘度变化是小的(如果有的话)。与之相比,对比实施例1-4经过96小时被发现增稠或胶化。因为这些样品在96小时已经胶化,所以在84小时之后进行最终粘度测量,表2。
2、金属基材的制备
用于测试固化涂层的耐腐蚀性的冷轧钢和电镀锌钢的板如下制备。这些板用Parco Cleaner 1523处理,后者是购自Henkel SurfaceTechnologies的碱性清洁剂。这些板用清洁剂(大约2%水溶液)在120°F下喷雾2分钟。清洗的板用温自来水喷射冲洗30秒。本发明的涂料组合物在环境温度下在冲洗的板上喷涂30秒。或者,将这些板浸渍在涂料组合物中。涂布的板然后任选用冷水喷淋清洗30秒来进行冲洗。通常,如果使用本发明的相对高颗粒含量的涂料组合物,进行水冲洗,从板上除去残留(未结合)颗粒。对于相对低颗粒含量的涂料组合物,水冲洗通常是不必要的。这些板然后在300°F下干燥5分钟。本发明的涂布量通过使用涂布板的X射线荧光测量金属含量,例如硅、钛和锆来获得。硅石涂布量还可以通过称重-涂布-称重-反萃取-称重(weigh-coat-weigh-strip-weigh)工序测定,其中本发明用在170°F下的45%氢氧化钾反萃取。

3、在涂布基材上的罩面漆的施涂
涂布并干燥的板用Duracron 200,购自PPG Industries,Inc.的聚丙烯酸搪瓷涂料,或Sunburst Yellow,购自MortonInternational的环氧-聚酯混杂粉末漆涂饰。涂饰的板根据生产商的推荐进行固化。
4、腐蚀试验
为了测试板的耐腐蚀性,将这些板划线,将盐溶液(5%NaCl)喷淋在划线的板上达500hr或750hr(ASTM B-117方法)。涂层板的耐腐蚀性通过测量由划线产生的蠕变(creepage)来评价。在表3中报道的数据是用喷淋溶液在CRS板上腐蚀之后的变宽的划线的距离(mm)。结果,数值越小,涂层的耐腐蚀性越有效。
实施例1
氟钛酸(0.4g,60%)和氟锆酸(0.4g,20%)加入到搅拌的蒸馏水(3989.2g)中。在搅拌该混合物的同时,添加10g的TMA(33%硅石)。通过添加碳酸铵和/或少量的其它氟钛酸将该混合物的pH调至大约4。将该混合物搅拌大约2小时。
实施例2-10
实施例2-10是根据实施例1的工序制备的涂料组合物,只是所用酸稳定颗粒的类型和浓度不同。实施例1-10的颗粒的类型和重量百分率在表4中提供。在实施例2-10中的氟钛酸和氟锆酸的重量百分率是大约0.01%。
