技术领域
本发明涉及皮肤护理。
背景技术
面部皮肤的修复再生(skin rejuvenation)可以用称为“化学去皮”的化学护理法或称为“激光手术”的激光护理法来实现，并且皮肤脱落可以由机器驱动装置，如金刚砂纸来实现。在护理期间，这些方法一般需要医学监督，并且有产生有害副作用的风险，并伴随着疼痛和不舒适感。这些方法在多次护理之间都需要很长的恢复时间。
微晶磨皮法(Microdermabrasion，例如微脱落法、微粒皮肤复原)是一种皮肤养护技术，它采用一种受控制的皮肤脱落以改善和除去变异皮肤(skin abnormalities)。典型的微晶磨皮机器包括一个压缩机，它可以通过管腔将惰性的金刚砂(铝的氧化物或者钒土)晶体射入到一个由技术人员操纵的手杆，进而到达患者的皮肤上。当手杆接触皮肤时，该压缩机射出金刚砂以可变的压力越过皮肤。这导致除去皮肤表层的磨损作用。同时，通过在手杆内的另一个管腔，用过的金刚砂和磨掉的皮肤被真空吸入另一个容器中并废弃。可以理解，对压缩机的需要以及金刚砂、真空源和废弃容器的提供，对于一个拥有训练有素的技术人员的专业诊所是合适的。
人们想要的是一种廉价的方法，它可以安全地用于患者自身的皮肤，以获得想要的修复再生效果，而在护理期间没有疼痛或者不舒适感。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种包括一种基质和许多研磨微粒的组合物。一方面，该组合物包括一种基质和许多研磨微粒，该基质包括一种适于涂覆到人皮肤上的保湿剂作为主要成分。合适的研磨微粒包括无机微粒，如金刚砂(铝的氧化物、钒土、Al2O3)、石英、黄玉、钻石，和镁的氧化物(MgO)。在一个实施例中，研磨微粒是平均颗粒大小在约34微米(μm)到556μm(320到30粒度)范围内的金刚砂的微结晶。更优选地，微结晶的平均颗粒大小是在约42μm到198μm(280到60粒度)的范围内。
在组合物中的微粒的研磨性质使得该组合物适合作为脱落剂以改善一定区域内人皮肤的外观和手感，并且去除变异皮肤。更具体地，该研磨微粒有去除皮肤外层(表皮)而暴露出皮肤下层的趋势。人体通过生成新的皮肤层以进行响应。经过一次或者多次的(并且优选的是一系列)这种脱落护理，相信进行这种护理的患者皮肤可以得到改善。这样的改善包括细纹、皱纹、伸展痕、非炎性痤疮、痤疮疤痕、手术疤痕、凹凸或者粗糙纹理的皮肤、老年斑、疱状皮肤以及被阳光晒伤的皮肤的外观的改善。
在一个实施例中，所述组合物包括一种基质，它能使所述的许多研磨微粒在该基质中悬浮。一种特别的成分是保湿剂(moisturizer)，在一个实施例中含有它作为基质的主要成分。保湿剂被认为用来减少皮肤的水分的丧失，并且从内层皮肤汲取水分送到外层皮肤。在这点上，在一个实施例中所述的保湿剂包括一种吸引水分到皮肤表层的物质(湿润剂，humectant)。合适的湿润剂包括甘油、丙二醇、α羟酸、脲和乳酸。保湿剂还可以包括那些通过创建屏障以减少水分丧失的物质。这样的物质包括凡士林、矿物油、羊毛脂和硅酮衍生物。
合适的保湿剂可以以本领域公知的各种形式存在。这些形式包括但不限于液体，液体包括但不限于乳剂、凝胶、软膏和润肤剂(emolient)。除了保湿剂，组合物的基质还可以包括，但不限于，抗氧化剂、芳香剂/香味剂、维生素(特别是维生素A，C和E)、乳化剂、调色剂、酸(例如乙醇酸)、擦洗液、浆液、洗液、液体、酏剂、防晒剂以及滋补剂。
在另一个实施例中，组合物的基质是一种液体，该液体包括一种清洁成分，该成分包括但不限于，皂、水杨酸、十二烷基硫酸盐(例如十二烷基硫酸钠或者十二烷基聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(sodium laureth sulfate))。清洁成分基质还可以与一种保湿剂联用。还可以包括其它的成分如表面活性剂和乳化剂。还可以进一步包括抗菌剂或者杀菌剂。一种合适的组合物的例子是包括以重量计20-70％的金刚砂，20-70％的芦荟凝胶和5-20％的十二烷基硫酸钠的组合物。如需要，还可以加入增稠剂。
在一个实施例中，金刚砂(钒土)微结晶的研磨微粒与保湿乳剂基质联用，该基质在每盎司乳剂中有数量约为5到100克的金刚砂，优选地每盎司中有10到50克的金刚砂，更优选地为每盎司中有10到20克的金刚砂。
悬浮在保湿乳剂中的研磨微粒提供温和的皮肤微晶摩擦，用于皮肤复原/修复再生，在每次治疗后使其光滑柔软，无需任何恢复时间，因此可以天天使用，以便减少和去除细纹和皱纹、缩小毛孔、减少或者去除阳光晒伤、老年斑和变色皮肤、增强皮肤和肌肉张力，从而减少松弛，增强新的表皮细胞和解除痤疮皮肤充血状况。这种使皮肤，尤其是面部皮肤，修复再生的方法，对那些不愿或者不能进行激光手术、化学去皮或者机器驱动脱皮的人来说是理想的。

在另一个实施例中，公开了一种仪器。一个合适的仪器包括一个具有振动头的便携式器件和一个连接到该振动头上的涂药器。该涂药器具有适合接触人皮肤局部区域的尺寸。
参照图1和2，一个带有动力(直流电池或者交流电源驱动)的涂药器仪器(振动器)包括一个被装入到仪器(振动器)机架的头部10的振动器件。该仪器(振动器)还包括手柄部分11，它适合置入一个内部空间中；一个可移动/可替换的电源，例如电池(例如多节AA电池)；可选的用于连接到交流电源上的电路；以及操作电动机(例如直流的)驱动仪器(振动器)的电路。在一个实施例中，所述的仪器是由一种塑料成型的外壳形成的。
所述的仪器(振动器)还包括连接到所述的仪器(振动器)的头部10上的涂药器12。涂药器12是一种具有适于接触人皮肤的某个区域的大小的多孔性材料(例如布或者海绵)，例如海绵垫，如聚氨酯海绵垫、乳胶海绵垫，或者其它的密闭隔室(closed-cell)海绵材料。一种合适的海绵材料是在化妆领域所用的典型的称为“化妆”海绵的材料。其它的开放隔室(open-celled)海绵材料也可以使用。或者，涂药器12是一种非多孔性的材料，例如合成橡胶、塑料或者乳胶。
图3示出了图1的仪器的一个实施例的示意性的横截面图，特别是该仪器的振动器部分。在横截面上，说明了振动机构的操作。在这个实施例中，该仪器(振动器)包括一个可移动的电源。在这种情形下，仪器(振动器)包括手柄部分11，它具有内腔25以容纳所述的可移动电源。在一个例子中，带动振动器的电源是两个AA电池，它恰好置入手柄部分11的内腔25中。导体23和24限定了所述内腔的末端。连接到导体23上的导线26和28向/从电动机40传输电流。导线26被连接到电路板30上，电路板30包括开关35以控制电动机40的操作。开关35可以是二位开关(开/关)或者用于在多种速度下操作电动机40的多位开关。
电动机40被设置在振动器的头部10的内部20之中，并且包括从电动机40的一端延伸出来的轴42。轴42是随着电动机40的运转而旋转的(如图示)。
连接到电动机40的轴42的一端的是偏心块45。在这个实施例中，偏心块45是一个在其轴处连接到杆42上的半圆柱体。在这种方式下，当偏心块45旋转时，它的形状在仪器(振动器)的头部10处产生有节奏的运动进而产生振动。
图4示出了图1中仪器的分解侧视图。振动器包括手柄部分11，它的某个部分的尺寸适于人用手抓握。手柄11包括内部空间25，用于容纳一个可移动/可替换电源，如一个或者多个电池50(例如两节AA电池)。盖子55扣在手柄11的本体上，以盖住位于手柄11的内部空间中的电源。
图4还示出了仪器(振动器)的头部10的涂药器12的构造。在一个实施例中，涂药器12连接到帽13上(例如通过在涂药器12和帽13的一个面之间的粘合剂)。如图所示，帽13是一个圆环，它的直径类似于振动器的头部10的振动头27的直径。在一个实施例中，振动头27的直径在约一到二英寸(约2.5-5厘米)之间。在一个实施例中，振动头27的直径比头部10的主体部分的直径(由凸缘19来表示)略大，例如大0.01-0.03英寸(1-2毫米)。
帽13的下侧具有内部空间17。一个或者多个凸起18从帽13的侧壁(限定内部空间17)延伸出来，以便帽13不能容易地安装到头部10的凸缘19上。在一个实施例中，帽13由薄塑料材料制成，这允许帽能够变形并且扣到凸缘19、振动头27上，从而把帽13扣到头部10上并牢固地固定在适当的位置上。或者，帽可以具有凹槽，它可以扣在头部的内壁周围的凸脊上。
被固定到帽13的顶部的涂药器12可以在多次使用后替换。在一个实施例中，在使用和清洁后，涂药器12和帽13可以从仪器中移去。例如，当经过一次或者多次清洁后认为不再有用时，涂药器12(和帽13)可以丢弃和替换。
在参照图1到4描述的实施例中，描述了一个包括振动机械装置的仪器。人们相信，如图6和附注文字所描述的那样，将组合物涂覆到人皮肤的一定区域并使用振动仪器按摩(manipulate)该组合物时，仪器(例如涂药器)的振动作用帮助刺激皮肤、肌肉和组织以使被护理的区域再生。值得注意的是，在使用中振动机械装置可以使用，也可以不使用。在这点上，图5示出了另一个手动操作仪器的实施例。仪器50包括适合人用手抓握的手柄55。手柄55包括在一端的头部58，它的尺寸适合于容纳帽13和涂药器12，在一个实施例中，容纳方式类似于图1到4所描述的方式。

应该指出的是，在涂覆所述组合物到皮肤上时(方框440)，使用者可以在开启仪器(振动器)按摩皮肤上的组合物之前，轻敷所述组合物到皮肤的特定区域。或者，使用者可以在涂覆组合物到皮肤上的同时，按摩待护理皮肤区域上的组合物。或者，使用者可以同时将组合物涂覆到涂药器上，在待护理的区域打点并以旋转击打的方式按摩。使用振动涂药器，对于较轻柔的护理，使用者可以在振动器位于开(振动)或者关的位置操纵涂药器。
根据本发明所述的将研磨微粒悬浮于基质上，本领域那些熟练技术人员可以设想其它的合适的组合物配方，这些都包括在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims (5)

1.一种工具包，包括：
一个适合人手抓握的手柄，该手柄具有一个头部；
一个连接到该手柄头部的多孔性涂药器，该涂药器具有适合接触人皮肤的局部区域的尺寸；和
一种组合物，其包括一种基质和许多研磨微粒，该基质包括重量百分比至少为20％的保湿剂，所述的许多研磨微粒占该组合物的重量百分比不超过70％。
2.如权利要求1所述的工具包，其中所述的涂药器包括海绵。
3.如权利要求2所述的工具包，其中所述的涂药器还包括一个帽，该帽包括表面和限定内部空间的侧壁，该空间的大小对应于手柄头部的大小，海绵连接到该帽的表面。
4.一种工具包，包括：
一个具有可振动头部的振动器；
一个连接到该头部的涂药器，该涂药器具有适合接触人皮肤的局部区域的尺寸；和
一种组合物，其包括一种基质和许多研磨微粒，该基质包括重量百分比至少为20％的保湿剂，所述的许多研磨微粒占该组合物的重量百分比不超过70％。
5.如权利要求4所述的工具包，其中所述的涂药器包括海绵。
