Abstract

发明内容

具体实施方式
帽盖20带有锁紧机构24,其用于使帽盖20可选择地进入到锁紧状态和非锁紧状态,其中在锁紧状态,帽盖20禁止从开口28上取下,而在非锁紧状态,则可以将帽盖20从开口上28上取下。在一实施例中,使用帽盖20来闭合开口28,所述开口属于油罐(未示出)填料管32的一部分。在锁紧的状态下,帽盖20不容易受到包括偷窃帽盖20和/或罐子中容纳物之类的破坏。
如图1-3和图7所示,帽盖20包括一外盖部分36(或称为“盖”),操作者可抓紧外盖使帽盖20相对于开口28围绕轴A转动。帽盖20还包括一内螺纹部40。内螺纹部40是一形成有螺纹41的实体或部件,这些螺纹与开口28上形成的互补螺纹啮合。密封件48设置在盖36和内螺纹部40之间,垫圈52设置在用于接合开口28的内螺纹部40下面。在一些结构中,密封件48为毛毡防尘密封,该毛毡防尘密封不必是气密的。

锁紧机构24还包括诸如被支撑着与内螺纹部40一同转动的护圈68结构。例如,可以将护圈68焊接、粘结或扣合到内螺纹部40。在一些实施例中,护圈68成形为与内螺纹部40分离的单独部件,将其永久地连接于(如通过旋转焊接)内螺纹部40,这样就可以把护圈68当作内螺纹部40的一部分。滑块64和护圈68分别包括齿状物组72和76,所述齿状物可选择地将滑块64和护圈68彼此连接起来,借此将盖36连接于内螺纹部40。

在锁紧状态下(参见图5),锁紧柱组件56的凸轮部60移动到第二位置,这样就使滑块64保持在缩进的位置并断开与护圈68的连接,从而滑块上的齿72与护圈上的齿76脱离。在该实施例中,滑块上的齿72被阻止同护圈上的齿76接合,盖36可以相对内螺纹部40自由转动而不会向其传递扭矩或旋转运动。因此,当破坏者试图在锁紧的结构下旋出帽盖20时,盖36会转动,但不会把扭矩传递给护圈68或内螺纹部40,因此不能将帽盖20从填料管32上旋出。
应当理解的是,在另外的结构中,锁紧机构24可以包括不同的部件和/或具有能够以不同方式操作的部件。例如,凸轮部60可以以不同的方式(如侧至侧侧向地、上下竖直地之类的滑动,竖直地枢转等)在第一和第二位置之间移动。此外,滑块64还可以以不同的方式(如在伸长和缩进位置之间枢转,而不是沿着轴线滑动)在伸长位置和缩进位置之间移动以及沿着不同的轴线滑动(如上和下)。
此外,可以提供各种结构使盖36与内螺纹部40旋转连接。例如,可以在盖36和内螺纹部40之间提供摩擦接合(而不是齿啮合)。在一些结构中,帽盖20包括不同类型的齿啮合,如用以防止帽盖20被过紧地固定在填料管32上的棘齿组件,这种棘齿组件可以防止对帽盖20和/或填料管32造成损害,并且向使用者提供了听觉上和/或触觉上的反馈,以告知使用者已经达到了足够等级的扭矩(如达到或大于最小保持扭矩)等。棘齿组件包括在盖36和内螺纹部40之间形成棘齿啮合的组件。在这种结构中,滑块64被构造成能够与内螺纹部40形成棘齿啮合。例如,滑块64可以具有一个或多个柔性接合件,用以在帽盖20处于非锁紧状态下沿帽盖安装方向与内螺纹部40形成棘齿啮合。不管是否提供了棘齿作用,在可选的实施例中,帽盖20中的齿啮合可以具有不同的定位、数量和齿形72,76。
在一些实施例中,如图2,4和5所示,滑块64包括两个肋84,这两个肋与滑块成为一整体,并且从滑块64表面88向外凸出。肋84沿着面向着盖36的方向从平坦表面88伸出。肋84被构造成当滑块64从锁紧位置移动到非锁紧位置以及从非锁紧位置移动到锁紧位置时,能够扣合到盖36内部相应的肋92上。这就在锁紧的/非锁紧的帽盖20发生变化(即当滑块64从缩进位置移动到伸出位置,或反之)时,向使用者提供了触觉和/或听觉上的反馈。在一些实施例中,滑块64上的肋84和盖36上相应的肋92明确地将滑块64定位在锁紧位置或非锁紧位置上,并且还可以防止滑块64偶然运动离开所要求的位置。
如图1-3和7所示,在一些实施例中,防尘罩95被可转动地安装在盖36上,用以保护锁紧机构24不受到粗粒条件和碎屑。防尘罩95包括图示的实施例中可看到的标记98,其用以表示防尘罩95从密闭位置到打开位置的转动方向。

滑块208包括形成在中心孔252内壁250上的螺纹248。帽盖200还包括锁紧机构256,该锁紧机构带有一锁紧柱组件260和一致动件264。在一些实施例中,锁紧柱组件260与图2-5和7所示的锁紧柱组件56基本相同,其被容纳在盖204的开口262中。致动件264带有用以同滑块208的螺纹248相接合的螺纹268。锁紧柱组件260包括可与致动件264接合的凸轮部272。在一些实施例中,凸轮部272和致动件264彼此恒定地传动接合在一起,以便在锁紧柱组件260由键合件(未示出)制动时,致动件264的转动量基本等同于凸轮部272围绕轴A’的转动量。在图示的实施例中,凸轮部272容纳在致动件264的凹陷处276,并且凸轮部272和致动件264围绕轴A’的转动比为1∶1。
当致动件264在凸轮部272的带动下转动时,致动件驱使滑块208沿平行于轴A’的方向移动。滑块208经由凹口212和杆216受到固定不能相对于盖204转动。因此,致动件264的转动驱使滑块208沿轴A’与内螺纹部232上的齿228接合和脱离。
当滑块的齿224与内螺纹部232的齿228啮合时,帽盖200处于非锁紧状态,可以使盖204沿逆时针方向围绕轴A’转动,从而将帽盖200从开口28上取下。经由滑块的齿224和内螺纹部232的齿228,在盖204和内螺纹部232之间沿取下帽盖的方向形成了传动连接。当帽盖200处于非锁紧状态时,盖204沿顺时针方向(安装帽盖的方向)在开口上208转动,在盖204和内螺纹部232之间形成了扭矩限制的传动连接。当沿安装帽盖的方向向盖204施加的扭矩超过预定值时,滑块208的棘齿件240径向向内偏斜以允许棘齿件远端的齿224滑过内螺纹部232的齿228。
当滑块的齿224与内螺纹部232的齿228脱离时,帽盖200处于锁紧状态,并且在盖204和内螺纹部232之间的任一方向上都没有传动连接。因此,不能通过沿帽盖取下方向围绕轴A’的转动把帽盖200从开口28上取下。
这里公开的对帽盖附加的改进包括设置系绳把帽盖20或200保持在填料管,或诸如车架或车体之类的其它部件上。不同长度和结构的系绳都可以提供给帽盖20和200。帽盖20或200可以带有排气孔或不带排气孔,可以具有外螺纹或内螺纹,并且还可以具有不同尺寸和类型的螺纹。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于与螺纹开口可选择地结合的帽盖,所述帽盖包括:
外盖,该外盖限定出一轴线,并且手动使该外盖围绕轴线转动,所述外盖还限定出一内部空间并且提供导向部;
至少部分位于内部空间的内部,该内部包括可与螺纹开口啮合的螺纹和一组呈圆周间隔的齿;
滑块,与外盖恒定驱动接合,并且可选择地与内部的齿啮合,把扭矩从外盖传递给内部,该滑块具有带螺纹的轴向开口;
致动件,其具有可与滑块的螺纹相啮合的外螺纹;和
锁紧件,从外盖的外部达到并连接至致动件,其中在帽盖处于锁紧状态时,滑块通过锁紧件和致动件可从内部的齿轴向地移除,在帽盖处于非锁紧状态时,滑块与内部的齿啮合;
其中在锁紧件和致动件转动时,通过滑块与外盖导向部的滑动接触来引导滑块的轴向运动。
2.如权利要求1所述的帽盖,其中外盖包括垂直于轴线延伸的横向壁,导向部包括从横向壁凸出到内部空间的杆件。
3.如权利要求2所述的帽盖,其中滑块包括用来接纳杆件的凹口。
4.如权利要求3所述的帽盖,其中凹口圆周间隔在滑块的凸缘周围,并且每个凹口都开在径向外侧上。
5.如权利要求3所述的帽盖,其中滑块带有从凸缘部分径向向外延伸的棘齿件。
6.如权利要求1所述的帽盖,其中滑块带有棘齿件,所述棘齿件构造成在取下帽盖的方向上驱动内部而不会产生滑动,并且利用扭矩限制连接在安装帽盖的方向上驱动内部。
7.如权利要求1所述的帽盖,其进一步包括位于锁紧件上的凸轮凸角,所述凸轮凸角在锁紧件上的键合件转动时就可旋转,还包括形成在致动件中的凹陷,该凹陷用于接纳凸轮凸角,并且以1∶1的传动比可转动地连接到致动件上。
8.如权利要求1所述的帽盖,其中内部的螺纹形成在内部的内部侧壁上。
9.一种锁紧或松开螺纹帽的方法,该螺纹帽具有手动旋转的外盖和螺纹部,通过滑块使所述外盖和螺纹部可选择地彼此连接以实现扭矩的传递,该方法包括:
在外盖和滑块之间提供至少一种外/内螺纹连接,其中这种连接允许沿帽盖的中心轴在外盖和滑块之间滑动,并且防止外盖和滑块之间的任何相对转动;
提供致动件,其与键合操作的锁紧件相连接并随其旋转,和利用内接合螺纹与滑块相连接;
沿第一方向转动锁紧件和致动件,以便使滑块沿中心线移动并与螺纹部接合,以及在外罩和螺纹部之间形成传动连接,借此松开帽盖;和
沿与第一方向相反的第二方向转动锁紧件和致动件,以便使滑块沿中心线移动并与螺纹部脱离,切断在外盖和螺纹部之间传动连接,借此锁紧帽盖。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,还包括在松开和/或锁紧帽盖的过程中沿中心轴方向将致动件保持在一预定位置的步骤。
11.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中松开帽盖的步骤包括使滑块的齿与螺纹部的齿相啮合的步骤。
12.如权利要求9所述的方法,其中锁紧帽盖的步骤包括使滑块的齿与螺纹部的齿脱离啮合的步骤。
13.如权利要求9所述的方法,还包括通过内啮合螺纹将帽盖的转动转换成滑块的线性运动的步骤。
14.一种通过使外盖和螺纹部件可选择地连接或分离来改变螺纹帽的锁紧/松开状态的锁紧机构,该锁紧机构包括:
具有锁紧状态和松开状态的锁紧件;
连接到锁紧件的一部分,用于使锁紧件转动并带有螺纹的致动件;和
带有螺纹用于同致动件的螺纹啮合的滑块,所述滑块被固定不能相对于外盖转动;
其中当锁紧件处于锁紧状态时,滑块和螺纹部件分离,当锁紧件处于非锁紧状态时,滑块与螺纹部件连接,滑块可沿轴向移动,并且相对于外盖和螺纹部件固定在转动方向和横向位置上;和
其中致动件相对于外盖和螺纹部件轴向和横向是静止的。
15.如权利要求14所述的锁紧机构,其中滑块包括与外盖上的多个凸起相接合的多个导轨。
16.如权利要求15所述的锁紧机构,其中所述凸起是沿外盖的横向壁轴向伸出的与外盖成为一体的杆件。
17.如权利要求14所述的锁紧机构,其中致动件带有接纳锁紧件凸轮凸角的凹陷,用以实现1∶1的转动比。
18.如权利要求14所述的锁紧机构,其中致动件的螺纹形成在致动件的外表面,滑块的螺纹形成在滑块的内表面。
19.如权利要求14所述的锁紧机构,其中滑块和螺纹部件之间的连接是由滑块上的棘齿部件产生的扭矩限制以防止过紧。
20.一种同燃料管或罐子开口螺纹啮合的可锁紧燃料帽盖,其包括:
外盖,具有一横向壁和从横向壁伸出到外盖内部空间的多个杆件;
滑块,具有多个沿滑块外围开口的凹口,用于同所述的多个杆件接合,所述滑块还具有多个柔性棘齿件,每个棘齿件的远端都形成有棘轮齿;
锁紧件,通过具有锁紧状态和松开状态的键合件来操作该锁紧件,该锁紧件包括凸轮凸角;
螺纹致动件,其与凸轮凸角连接以便通过锁紧件的转动实现的转动驱动,该螺纹致动件通过内接合的螺纹与滑块连接;和
基本设置在外罩中的螺纹部,该螺纹部具有一组面向内的棘轮齿;
其中所述棘轮齿通过滑块的棘轮齿可选择的接合,从而在外盖和螺纹部之间形成传动连接,所述螺纹部用于燃料帽盖的取下和/或安装。
