发明背景-发明领域
本发明涉及一种供机器人地板清洁设备(robotic floor-cleaning device)使用的一次性的、无菌的筒(cartridge),以及一种在医院或实验室环境中使用所述一次性的、无菌的筒和所述机器人地板清洁设备的方法。
发明背景

发明内容和目的
一种自动化(机器人)地板清洁器例如商业上可用的Scooba或FloorGenieTM适合于提供敏感环境例如医院手术室的无菌清洁。尤其,地板清洁器底盘(floor-cleaner chassis)重新设计成安装在包含接触地板的清洁设备的平台(deck)上。安装在平台上的清洁设备可包含诸如真空头、刷子、清洁流体喷洒器(cleaning fluid spray)和可能的消毒设备例如UV杀菌灯的此类清洁设备,并且这些设备预先杀菌后被提供。所以,适合的地板清洁器底盘允许平台被安装在底盘的底部;然后地板清洁器用来清洁地板,这之后,平台被从底盘移出并被处理。机器人地板清洁器和杀菌系统在手术病例之间或甚至在手术病例过程中对地板进行清洁。该系统的一次性的、无菌的清洁箱(cassette)保证了无菌环境。此外,机器人地板清洁器减少了手术病例之间所需的“周转时间”,因为其可在工作人员为下一个手术病例准备房间时同时工作。

所以,本发明的一个目的是提供一种可在无人干涉下操作来清洁指定区域的无菌清洁设备。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种适合于容纳可连接到所述地板清洁设备的下端底盘的无菌的、一次性筒的自动化地板清洁设备。
本发明的又一目的是提供一种供自动化地板清洁设备使用的无菌的、一次性筒。

发明的详细描述
图1和2显示了一种改进的机器人地板清洁器,例如改进的FloorGenieTM、iRobotScooba、或iRobotRoomba。地板清洁器结合了无菌的、一次性的元件。图1显示了带有筒的机器人地板清洁器100,其中盖子110显示成剖切视图以展现其内部,并显示某些主要部件的布置。附图标记122是带有筒的机器人地板清洁器100的可再用部分的底盘。下面的部分102是在无菌包装中再供应的一次性的单元,与可再用的底盘部分122相连接。任选的缓冲器118可设置在带有筒的机器人地板清洁器100的周围。带有筒的机器人地板清洁器100的一次性的部分102在前面具有湿式硬毛刷子(wet scrubbing brush)120’且在后面具有刷子120。这些都连接到非一次性的、可再用的部分122内的电动机141且由其驱动。贮液器126中的清洁流体通过喷嘴128喷射,喷嘴128具有防回流装置(back-flow preventer)以防止流体供应贮液器126的反向污染。真空清洁器1 14也配备有电动机/推进器116,以及容器112在一次性部分102的前部和后部具有真空入口132。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于需要无菌环境的场所的机器人地板清洁器,其包括:
底盘;
电源子系统,其用于提供能量以驱动所述地板清洁机器人;
发动子系统,其可操作来推动和运转所述地板清洁机器人以用于清洁操作;
控制模块,例如机载计算机,其可操作来控制所述地板清洁机器人以实现清洁操作;以及
清洁子系统,其适合于在需要无菌环境的场所中清洁,所述清洁子系统包括:
无菌的、一次性平台,其闩锁到所述底盘中,并安装成与所述底盘枢轴组合,所述平台进一步适合于与相似结构的类似平台相互交换;
刷子组件,其安装在所述平台上,并由所述发动子系统供以动力以在清洁操作期间扫除微粒;
真空组件,其设置成与所述平台组合,并由所述发动子系统供以动力以在清洁操作期间吸收微粒;以及
喷洒器组件,其设置成与所述平台组合,并由所述发动子系统供以动力以在清洁操作期间分配流体,例如清洁流体。
2.如权利要求1所述的自动化机器人地板清洁器,其中,所述平台在无菌包装中预先杀菌。
3.一种清洁筒,其包括:
无菌的、一次性平台,其适合于闩锁到在机器人地板清洁器上的底盘中,并安装成与在机器人地板清洁器上的底盘枢轴组合,所述平台进一步适合于与相似结构的类似平台相互交换;

5.一种清洁地板的方法,包括:
提供如权利要求1中所述的自动化机器人地板清洁器;
提供具有地板的房间;
如果所述底盘上的所述平台未消毒,那么从所述底盘上卸下所述平台,并将新的、无菌的平台重新接合到所述底盘上;
将所述自动化机器人地板清洁器放置在所述房间内;
启动所述自动化机器人地板清洁器,并使所述自动化机器人地板清洁器清扫所述房间;
停止所述自动化机器人地板清洁器;
从所述底盘上卸下所述平台;
将新的、无菌的平台重新接合到所述底盘上。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述新的、无菌的平台在无菌包装中预先杀菌。
7.一种用于对自动化地板清洁设备的已经接触地板的构件进行消毒的方法,其包括:
提供如权利要求1所述的自动化机器人地板清洁器;
从所述底盘上卸下所述平台;以及
将新的、无菌的平台重新接合到所述底盘上。
8.如权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述新的、无菌的平台在无菌包装中预先杀菌。
