Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生设备/洁具用单柄混流器,该混流器具有:
a)具有向上开口的容纳腔的壳体;
b)布置在所述容纳腔中的控制装置,该控制装置具有至少一个确定水流的可动控制元件和一个向上延伸并可绕两个相互垂直的轴线摆动的调节杆;
c)一个在端部与所述调节杆相连接的手柄;
d)配设给所述壳体的封闭件,该封闭件覆盖所述容纳腔的上部开口,并具有中部通孔,调节轴或手柄延伸穿过所述中部通孔,并且所述封闭件具有从上方观察为凸状的截球形的上侧;
e)配设给所述手柄的覆盖件,该覆盖件具有与封闭件的上侧基本上互补的下侧,该下侧在手柄移动时在封闭件的上侧上滑动。
背景技术
在市场上可以购得多种构型的上述类型的卫生设备用单柄混流器。尽管在控制装置的设计和细部构型方面存在多种构造变型,但它们都存在一个问题:为了能够安装并维护控制装置,要求包含所述控制装置的容纳腔是可接近的。由于两方面的原因,必须以有利的方式覆盖为此而设置的容纳腔上部的开口。一方面,这是美观的要求;另一方面,必须防止污物和水进入单柄混流器的内部。因此,在容纳腔的开口的上方安装有具有截球形上侧的封闭件。调节杆或者手柄必须延伸穿过所述封闭件,因而该封闭件具有中部通孔。
为了使调节杆或手柄能够执行在调节控制元件时必需的运动,所述中部的通孔不可以太小。也就是说,还要求采取其它措施从而也覆盖封闭件的比容纳腔的上部开口略小的通孔。所述措施由与手柄相连接的覆盖件来实现,该覆盖件以其截球形的下侧在封闭件的上侧上滑动。覆盖件的尺寸设计为使其在手柄的所有位置处都覆盖封闭件的通孔。
因为与手柄相连接的覆盖件不可能在配设于壳体的封闭件上理想地、无间隙地滑动,并且总是会有极小的颗粒进入这两个元件之间的间隙中,所以在已知的单柄混流器中,在长期(使用)中不能避免该混流器在封闭件上侧的有时被覆盖件覆盖、有时不被覆盖件覆盖的区域中被刮伤,或以其它方式变得不美观。
出于这个原因,在同样也公开了一种这种类型的卫生设备用单柄混流器的WO 89/00275A1中提出,将配设于壳体的封闭件再隐藏在可见外壳的下面。当然,这比较昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,这样设计开头所述类型的卫生设备用单柄混流器,从而长期确保美观的外观。
按照本发明,所述目的这样实现,即:
f)配设于手柄的覆盖件由具有可见表面的外部可见部件和与该可见部件相连接的滑动部件组成,所述滑动部件由具有良好的滑动特性的材料制成并且在所述滑动件上形成有截球形的下侧。
通过配设于手柄的覆盖件的按照本发明提出的两件式结构(属性),将所述覆盖件的所述两种功能分配到不同的元件上,从而能够专门针对各自的功能来优化这些元件。
外部可见部件可由任意的、甚至硬质的最适于提供耐用的可见表面的材料制成。而本身从外部不可见的、与可见部件相连接的滑动部件则是鉴于获得良好的滑动特性来选择的。当滑动部件的截球形的下侧在配设于壳体的封闭件的截球形的、互补的上侧上滑动时,仅产生很小的摩擦力。滑动部件的材料也可--至少在支承在封闭件上的区域内--具有一定的软度,使得进入覆盖件与封闭件之间的间隙中的颗粒可稍微压入到这种材料中。由此有效地避免了封闭件上侧的刮伤。
可见部件优选由金属制成。而滑动部件则优选由塑料,特别是聚甲醛制成。
本发明的以下实施例是特别有利的,其中可见部件沿径向方向突出于滑动部件之上,又通过突出的边缘与封闭件的上侧保持距离。这里,即使从侧面观察也不能看到可见侧上未优化的滑动部件,因此非常好地保证了外观的美观。

具体实施方式
附图中示出的、整体上用附图标记1标识的卫生设备用单柄混流器包括铸造的壳体2,在该壳体上一体地形成有出口3。与传统的卫生配件不同,出口3不包括一直封闭到出口的孔处的水管,而是具有向上开放的出水槽4,也即从上方观察是凹状弯曲的出口区域。然而在本发明中,出口3的细节并不重要。
在壳体2内留有向上开放的杯状容纳腔5,在该容纳腔中布置有在附图中不可见的控制装置。在本发明中,控制装置是以已知的方式包括控制水流的元件的控制筒,该控制水流的元件通常为由陶瓷制成的控制盘。
调节杆34以已知的方式向上从控制筒中突出,该调节杆可绕垂直于图平面的轴线摆动以改变流出的水量并且可绕位于图平面内的轴线转动以改变流出的水的温度。在调节杆34上,以这里不具体关注的方式可拆卸地固定有手柄35,该手柄从盥洗台配件1的壳体2中向上伸出并用于供使用者操作。
在壳体2的容纳腔5的上端区域内,装入有环36,在该环的上端面上,例如通过卡扣(Verklipsen)或粘合,紧固有具有截球形上侧的封闭件39。该封闭件具有与容纳腔5的轴线同轴的通孔40,手柄35穿过该通孔延伸。
在手柄35上紧固有覆盖件42,该覆盖件在上侧和下侧都弯曲成截球形。该下侧的曲率半径与封闭件39的上侧的曲率半径基本上一致。该覆盖件42包括外部可见部件42a以及与该可见部件相贴合或卡扣的滑动部件42b。
可见部件42a优选由金属制成并设有可见表面,例如镀铬层。滑动部件42b由一种具有良好的滑动特性的塑料,特别是聚甲醛制成。滑动部件的直径略小于可见部件42a的直径。滑动部件42b以其凹状的下侧在封闭件39上滑动,而可见部件42a沿径向位于滑动部件42b外部的下部边缘略向上偏移,从而该边缘不贴合在封闭件39上。
通过卫生设备用单柄混流器1的上述实施形式,一方面充分保证了该单柄混流器的向上密封性,同时也确保了与手柄35相连接的覆盖件42在封闭件39的上侧上的运动不会导致该封闭件表面质量的损坏。

Claims (7)

1.一种卫生设备用单柄混流器,该混流器具有:
a)具有向上开放的容纳腔的壳体;
b)布置在所述容纳腔中的控制装置,该控制装置具有至少一个确定水流的可动控制元件和一个向上延伸的调节杆,该调节杆可绕两个相互垂直的轴线摆动;
c)一个在一个端部与所述调节杆相连接的手柄;
d)配设给所述壳体的封闭件,该封闭件覆盖所述容纳腔的上部开口,并具有中部通孔,调节轴或手柄延伸穿过所述中部通孔,并且所述封闭件具有从上方观察为凸状的截球形的上侧;
e)配设给所述手柄的覆盖件,该覆盖件具有与所述封闭件的上侧基本上互补的下侧,该下侧在手柄移动时在封闭件的上侧上滑动;
其特征在于,
f)所述配设给手柄(35)的覆盖件(42)由具有可见表面的外部可见部件(42a)和与该可见部件(42a)相连接的滑动部件(42b)组成,所述滑动部件由具有良好的滑动特性的材料制成,并且在所述滑动部件上形成有覆盖件(42)的截球形的下侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述可见部件(42a)由金属制成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述滑动部件(42b)由塑料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述滑动部件(42b)由聚甲醛制成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述可见部件(42a)的下部边缘沿径向方向突出超过所述滑动部件(42b),其中突出的所述下部边缘与所述封闭件(39)的上侧保持距离。
6.根据权利要求3所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述可见部件(42a)的下部边缘沿径向方向突出超过所述滑动部件(42b),其中突出的所述下部边缘与所述封闭件(39)的上侧保持距离。
7.根据权利要求4所述的卫生设备用单柄混流器,其特征在于,所述可见部件(42a)的下部边缘沿径向方向突出超过所述滑动部件(42b),其中突出的所述下部边缘与所述封闭件(39)的上侧保持距离。
