背景技术

如计算机领域技术人员可以显而易见的,各种实施例可使用根据本公开内容的教导编程的传统的通用或专用数字计算机和/或处理器而实现。如软件领域技术人员可显而易见的,适当的软件编码可由熟练程序员基于本公开内容的教导而容易地提供。如本领域技术人员容易显而易见的,本发明还可以通过提供集成电路和/或通过互连传统组件电路的适当网络来实现。
各实施例可通过示例而非限制地提供如下服务:
VoIP服务,包括但不限于下述特征:
-基本特征。这包括标准服务,如语音邮件、呼叫者ID、呼叫等待、以及呼叫转移(将呼叫转移到不同号码的能力)
-高级特征。高级特征的列表是操作者特定的。下面是高级特征的简要列表:

·终生号:这是无论其客户在哪里,单个虚拟号都可以与客户一起旅行的功能。即使他们移动,旧的号码也继续工作,并且在其新的地点到达它们。这实际是静态IP地址在电话网络中的模拟。

依赖于用户愿意签定的服务级别协定,传送的媒体质量(例如,每秒的帧数)将变化。策略引擎使得能够将客户库按收益潜力划分,并且最大化在网络中进行的投资的回报。
上下文敏感的应用包括但不限于下面的特征:
这里的典型示例是对具有短寿命、在其寿命内极高的使用峰度和直接度(immediacy)的应用的需求。例如,在美国偶像真人秀期间或紧接之后对美国偶像的投票已经证明为非常流行的应用。
集成应用包括但不限于下面的特征:
最后类的应用是组合有线和无线终端使用情景的应用。示例集成应用如下:移动终端用户在其去工作的路上进行会议呼叫。当他到达他的办公室时,他输入特定键序列以将电话呼叫转移到他的办公电话。转移自动发生,用户无需再次以拨入信息拨打。重要的是,注意到该能力无需使用来自手机的任何特定支持(例如转移按钮)就可用。

Claims (22)

确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务;以及提供该至少一个服务的第三方是否被允许提供服务给与通信会话相关联的呼叫者;以及
管理至少一个通信会话并管理与该至少一个通信会话相关联的服务,由此使得呼叫者能够访问由与通信会话相关联的第三方提供的至少一个服务。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中从进入的呼叫者接收要求访问与通信会话相关联的至少一个服务的请求,该至少一个服务由第三方提供,包括:
接收要求访问服务的网络服务请求。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其中接收要求访问服务的网络服务请求包括:
经由IMS(IP多媒体子系统)、SMSC(短消息服务中心)、MMSC(多媒体消息传递服务中心)以及电话交换的至少一个接收请求。
4.如权利要求1所述的方法,确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务;以及提供该至少一个服务的第三方是否被允许提供服务给与通信会话相关联的呼叫者,包括:
在服务级别协定下确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务。
5.如权利要求4所述的方法,其中在服务级别协定下确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务,包括:
检查实现服务级别协定的服务策略。
6.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用网络级管理至少一个通信会话并管理与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务,由此使得呼叫者能够访问由与通信会话相关联的第三方提供的至少一个服务,包括:
确定呼叫者使用与该至少一个通信会话相关联的服务的费用。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其中确定呼叫者使用与该至少一个通信会话相关联的服务的费用,包括:
确定要被指派给提供服务的第三方的费用的分配。
8.如权利要求1所述的方法,还包括:
从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其中从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求包括:
从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求,该请求包括下述至少一个:短消息对等协议(SMPP)、口令认证协议(PAP)、多媒体消息传递服务(MM7)协议以及因特网消息访问协议(IMAP)。
10.如权利要求8所述的方法,还包括:
确定服务是否被允许建立与呼叫者的通信;以及
当服务被允许建立与呼叫者的通信时,提供呼叫者的位置给第三方服务。
11.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中管理至少一个通信会话并管理与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务包括:
使用网络级管理至少一个通信会话,并且使用应用级管理与该至少一个通信会话相关联的服务。
12.一种用于在通信网络中管理服务的系统,该系统包括:
网络级,耦合到从呼叫者接收至少一个进入呼叫的网络,其中网络级管理为该至少一个进入呼叫建立的至少一个通信会话;
应用级,耦合到至少一个第三方,该至少一个第三方提供至少一个服务给网络级中的至少一个通信会话;以及
网守,耦合到网络级和应用级,其中网守确定呼叫是否被允许访问该至少一个服务;以及提供该至少一个服务的第三方是否被允许提供服务给与通信会话相关联的呼叫;并且其中,网守使用网络级管理至少一个通信会话,并使用应用级管理与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务,由此使得呼叫者能够访问由与通信会话相关联的第三方提供的至少一个服务。
13.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中耦合到从呼叫者接收至少一个进入呼叫的网络的网络级接收要求访问服务的网络服务请求。
14.如权利要求13所述的系统,其中要求访问服务的网络服务请求还包括:
经由下述至少一个做出的请求:IMS(IP多媒体子系统)、SMSC(短消息服务中心)、MMSC(多媒体消息传递服务中心)以及电话交换。
15.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务、以及提供该至少一个服务的第三方是否被允许提供服务给与通信会话相关联的呼叫的网守:
在服务级别协定下确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务。
16.如权利要求15所述的系统,其中在服务级别协定下确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务的网守:
检查实现服务级别协定的服务策略。
17.如权利要求12所述的系统,其中管理至少一个通信会话的网守:
确定呼叫者使用与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务的费用。
18.如权利要求17所述的系统,其中确定呼叫者使用与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务的费用的网守:
确定要被指派给提供服务的第三方的费用的分配。
19.如权利要求12所述的系统,还包括:
网守从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求。
20.如权利要求19所述的系统,其中网守从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求包括:
网守从第三方服务接收要求发起与呼叫者的通信会话的请求,该请求包括下述至少一个:短消息对等协议(SMPP)、口令认证协议(PAP)、多媒体消息传递服务(MM7)协议以及因特网消息访问协议(IMAP)。
21.如权利要求19所述的系统,还包括:
网守确定服务是否被允许建立与呼叫者的通信。
22.一种承载用于管理通信会话的一个或多个指令序列的计算机可读介质,该指令当由一个或多个处理器执行时使得该一个或多个处理器执行下述步骤:
从进入的呼叫者接收要求访问与通信会话相关联的至少一个服务的请求,该至少一个服务由第三方提供;
确定呼叫者是否被允许访问该至少一个服务;以及提供该至少一个服务的第三方是否被允许提供服务给与通信会话相关联的呼叫者;以及
管理至少一个通信会话并管理与至少一个通信会话相关联的服务,由此使得呼叫者能够访问由与通信会话相关联的第三方提供的至少一个服务。
