背景技术
平板计算机监视器和平面屏幕电视机的发展提供了用具有相同屏幕面积但是仅具有较小深度和重量部分的显示器代替大的计算机监视器和大的电视机的机会。这使计算机监视器放置在书桌上不会消耗大部分的书桌顶部空间。类似地,平面屏幕的电视能够放置在先前曾不是实际场所的位置。
平板监视器和电视机的轻质和薄轮廓允许它们支撑在相对较小的底座上,悬挂在墙壁上,或由连接到诸如墙壁、柱或书桌或橱柜的顶面、底面或侧面的安装表面的支撑系统支撑。相对于观看者调节平板显示器的方位的能力是期望的特征。需要一种安装系统,该系统允许调节显示器的位置和方向。支撑系统应当简单并且容易使用,并且应当稳定,从而显示器保持在选择的位置和方向。
发明内容
一种用于诸如平板显示器(诸如计算机或电视)的接口(interface)装置的安装系统允许显示器绕穿过显示器重心的水平枢轴倾斜。该系统包括支撑架和安装座,所述支撑架和安装座连接在一起,从而它们能够通过在其中心具有枢轴的弧形路径彼此相对滑动。安装座连接到显示器的背面,同时支撑架直接或间接连接到支撑表面上。

图1A-1F示出了本发明安装系统10的第一实施例。在图1A-1F中,安装系统10在相对于垂线的三个不同位置支撑作为平板计算机监视器或电视的显示器12。
安装系统10具有三个主要部件,安装托架14、支撑或壁托架16和一对滑移件18。安装托架14连接到监视器12的被面,而支撑架16直接或间接连接到诸如柱P(或壁)的支撑表面上。
安装托架14具有一对弓形狭槽20,狭槽20限定安装托架14相对于支撑托架16的滑动运动范围。滑移件18由支撑托架16携带并且突出到狭槽20内。滑移件18骑在狭槽20内,以允许安装座14相对于支撑架16的滑动运动。该滑动运动的路径被狭槽20的圆弧限定。在图1A-1F中所示的实施例中,滑动运动所允许的角度转动范围大约是50度。

Claims (19)
