Abstract

专利号为No.4,196,835的美国专利在此合并作为参考,其公开了一种改进的包括订书机组件的配页机,该订书机组件装订一组当它们移动时的书帖。鞍形传送带经过排序台,单个的书帖从排序台供给到传送带上从而形成一组经过排序的书帖。所述传送带将该组排序过的书帖运送通过订书机组件,使每组中的书贴被装订在一起。

发明内容
夹持器垫的无法调整导致不匀磨损并阻止夹持器垫施加到产品上压力的调整。
本发明提供一种用于夹持产品的装置,其包括具有第一夹持器垫的第一夹持器臂和具有第二夹持器垫的第二夹持器臂,所述第一夹持器垫具有一孔和关于所述孔偏心的外表面。
通过方便地提供具有偏心孔的夹持器垫,所述夹持器垫可随着产品厚度的增加被调整以增加夹持器的夹持力,并被调节成适应不均衡产品的厚度。另外,夹持器垫可被旋转以产生均匀磨损。
本发明还提供一种方法,包括如下步骤:
移动具有第一夹持器垫的第一夹持器臂;
移动具有第二夹持器垫的第二夹持器臂;和
通过第一夹持器垫相对于第一夹持器臂旋转来调节第一夹持器垫同印刷品的接触点。

具体实施方式
图1显示了夹持装置14的一个优选的实施例,该夹持装置14具有带有夹持底座15的夹持臂16。夹持器20以这样的方式安装于每个底座15上,即,允许夹持器20随着夹持装置14的旋转而旋转。因而,夹持器20能够随着夹持装置14的顺时针旋转保持一个直立位置18。
随着印刷品40被沿着自动传送折页器12传送,自动传送折页器12将印刷品40向上传送至被夹持器20夹住。通过用于控制被独立驱动的伺服电动机82、84的控制器80,使夹持装置14同自动传送折页器12同步,但是所述自动传送折页器12也可以齿轮连接到夹持装置14上。夹持器20从自动传送折页器12处取走印刷品40并传送印刷品40至输送机10。输送机10进一步传送印刷品40。自动传送折页器12可以是类似于美国专利申请2005/0225023所公开的书帖传送装置,该申请在此合并作为参考。
图2显示了夹持装置14的夹持器20。夹持器20包括分别具有夹持器垫24、25和枢轴26、27的夹持器臂22、23。夹持器臂22的一端28连接至耦合连杆30,同时夹持器臂23的一端29连接至耦合连杆30的另一端。耦合连杆30在另一端部31连接至弹簧连杆32。弹簧连杆32通过连杆34和36被凸轮随动件72的运动控制。连杆38通过销172枢转地支承凸轮随动件72。
例如通过迫使连杆38在D方向上移动而迫使连杆30在图2中向下移动的凸轮弹簧,来使夹持器20在张开位置被弹簧加载。当凸轮随动件72在与D方向相反的方向上受力时,连杆38抵抗凸轮弹簧力绕枢轴138旋转,通过连杆36推动连杆34至抵消所述凸轮弹簧力,并向上推动整个弹簧连杆32。当弹簧连杆32向上移动时,耦合连杆30向上移动并且端部28、29被向上推动。因而,夹持器20随着夹持器臂22、23绕着枢轴26、27的旋转而闭合。
图3显示了促动夹持器20的示意图。当夹持器20闭合时,(实线、凸轮顶部)具有夹持器垫24的上臂22接触具有夹持器垫25的下臂23。随着凸轮随动件72跟随凸轮70至凸轮底部,连杆38、36通过凸轮弹簧运动,导致连杆34运动进入位置34′。通过向下拉动弹簧连杆32进入位置32′,连杆34促动弹簧连杆32。弹簧连杆32向下拉动耦合连杆30进入位置30′,引起上臂22围绕枢轴26旋转张开并且下臂23围绕枢轴27旋转张开。上臂旋转进入具有夹持器垫24′的位置22′,同时下臂旋转进入具有夹持器垫25′的位置23′。
图4A显示了上臂22和下臂23。夹持器垫24、25是可调的,并且可被例如是聚氨基甲酸酯的涂层覆盖。夹持器垫24、25通过夹持器杆62、63安装至上臂22和下臂23。各个夹持器垫24、25都具有供杆62、63进入的孔64、65。垫24、25能通过有环螺钉60旋转地被固定到杆62、63上。所述孔64、65可以与夹持器垫24、25的直径偏心。通过松开有环螺钉60,夹持器垫支承61可被松开从而松开孔64、65,从而垫24、25可被旋转。由于偏心允许垫24、25之间的接触位置的调整,这样可以增加或减小位于产品上的压力。另外,夹持器垫24、25可被聚氨基甲酸酯涂层覆盖,这样夹持器垫24、25可被转动以替换磨损的聚氨基甲酸酯部分。
图4B显示了夹持器垫24。夹持器垫24具有孔64和直径66。孔64相对于外径66偏心。夹持器垫24可通过固定的有环螺钉60绕孔64旋转到位置68,这样,因为夹持器垫24、25接触点的变化了,所以增加了施加到印刷品40上的压力。
Claims (6)
1.一种印刷品输送器,包括:
具有多个夹持器的旋转夹持装置,每个夹持器包括:
具有第一夹持器垫的第一夹持器臂,所述第一夹持器垫具有第一孔和相对于所述第一孔偏心的第一外表面,所述第一夹持器垫相对于第一夹持器臂可旋转;
具有第二夹持器垫的第二夹持器臂,第一夹持器垫的旋转通过偏心的第一外表面允许对位于第一夹持器垫和第二夹持器垫之间的印刷品上的压力进行调整;
自动传送折页器,其将印刷品向上传送至被夹持器夹住;以及
输送机,夹持器从自动传送折页器处取走印刷品并传送至该输送机,所述输送机进一步传送印刷品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的印刷品输送器,其特征在于,所述自动传送折页器被齿轮连接到所述旋转夹持装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的印刷品输送器,其特征在于,第一夹持器臂包括位于所述第一孔中的第一夹持器杆,且第一夹持器垫通过有环螺钉固定到所述第一夹持器杆上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的印刷品输送器,其特征在于,所述第一夹持器垫被聚氨基甲酸酯涂层覆盖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的印刷品输送器,其特征在于,所述第二夹持器垫具有第二偏心外表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的印刷品输送器,其特征在于,所述多个夹持器被可旋转地安装在可旋转的夹持底座上。
