Description

为了说明和描述电机,首先将以一同步机为基础例举、给出对旋转电机的简介。该简介的第一部分基本上涉及这种电机的磁路以及如何根据传统技术来构造它。由于大多数情况下所指的磁路位于定子内,所以以下将把磁路通常描述为定子,该定子有一叠层芯,其绕组将被称作定子绕组,而将把用于绕组的叠层芯中各槽称作定子槽或简单槽(simply slots)。
多数同步机在其转子中有场绕组,在该场绕组中由直流产生主磁通,而在定子中有一交流绕组。同步机通常为三相。有时,将同步机设计成具有凸极。后者在其转子中有一交流绕组。
大型同步机的定子体常由具有焊接结构的片钢制成。叠层芯常由浸漆的0.35或0.5mm导电片制成。对于更大的电机来说,将这些片冲成节段,利用楔/榫将这些节段安装到定子体上。叠层芯通过压指和压盘卡住。
至于冷却同步机的绕组,可用三种不同的冷却系统。
在空气冷却的情况下,定子绕组和转子绕组皆受到流过的空气的冷却。把冷却空气管道建立在定子叠层中和转子中。对于利用空气进行径向式通风和冷却来说,把至少用于中等的或大的电机的片状铁芯分成一些叠层,该铁芯内设置有径向与轴向通风管道。冷却空气可由大气组成,但仅用于1MW以上的功率范围,基本上采用带有热交换器的闭合冷却系统。
氢冷却常用于约400MW以下的汽轮发电机组中和大型同步制冷设备中。其冷却方法的作用与带有热交换器的空气冷却方式相同,但是用氢气代替了空气作为冷却剂。氢气的冷却能力比空气好,但在密封和监控泄漏时很困难。对于功率范围在500-1000MW的汽轮发电机组来说,众所周知,加水冷却定子绕组和转子绕组。冷却管道呈管状,将它们置于定子绕组中的导体内部。
大型机的一个问题在于,冷却趋于不均匀,因此,在机器两端产生温差。
定子绕组位于铁片芯内的槽中,这些槽常具有矩形或梯形截面。每相绕组包括一些串联连接的线圈组,每个线圈组包括一些串联连接的线圈。将线圈的置于定子中的部分命名为线圈边和将位于定子外部的部分命名为端绕组。一个线圈包括一个或多个在厚度和/或宽度上装配在一起的导体。
在每个导体之间有一薄绝缘体,例如环氧树脂/玻璃纤维。
用一线圈绝缘体,即,用一用来承受电机对地额定电压的绝缘体使线圈与槽相绝缘。作为绝缘材料,可以采用各种塑料、浸漆物和玻璃纤维材料。通常,采用所谓的云母带,它是云母与硬塑料的混合物,专门生产用来防止局部放电,局部放电可迅速击穿绝缘体。通过将云母带在线圈上绕好几层,将该绝缘体加到线圈上。浸渍该绝缘体,然后用石墨基的油漆涂线圈边,以改善与接到地电位上的周围定子的接触。
绕组的导体面积由所考虑的电流密度和所采用的冷却方法确定。通常将导体和线圈制成具有矩形形状,以使槽中的导体材料量最大。典型的线圈由所谓的罗贝尔条制成,其中可将某些条制成用于冷却剂的中空形。一个罗贝尔条包括多个并联连接的矩形铜导体,将它们沿槽换位(transpose)360度。还可用换位540度和其他换位形式的Ringland条。从磁场的角度考虑,进行换位是为了以防止发生杂散电流,杂散电流产生于导体材料的截面中。
基于机械和电气的原因,不能将电机制成任意大小。电机的功率基本由以下三个因素决定:
-绕组的导体面积。在正常的工作温度下,例如铜的最大值为3.0-3.5A/mm2。
-定子和转子材料中的最大磁通密度(磁通)。
-绝缘材料中的最大电场强度,即所谓的介电强度。
可将多相AC绕组设计成单层或双层绕组。在单层绕组的情况下,每槽只有一个线圈边,而在双层绕组的情况下,每槽有两个线圈边。通常将双层绕组设计成菱形绕组,而可将单层绕组设计成菱形绕组或同心绕组,单层绕组与本发明的连接有关。在菱形绕组的情况下,只产生一个线圈跨距(或可能是两个线圈跨距),而将扁平绕组设计成同心绕组,即,它们具有变化极大的线圈跨距。所谓线圈跨距指的是属于同一线圈的两线圈边之间沿弧度测得的距离,它与有关的极节距或中间槽节距的数目有关。通常,采用不同的分距变量,例如短节距,从而使绕组具有理想的特性。
这种绕组基本上表现出如何将槽中的线圈,即线圈边在定子外部即绕组端部连接在一起。
在定子叠片的外部,线圈并未配有浸漆的半导电地电位层。端绕组通常配有所谓的电晕保护漆形式的E场控制物,它用来将径向场转换为轴向场,也就是说,在相对地的高电位处,端绕组上是绝缘的。这有时会在线圈端区域中引起电晕放电,电晕放电可能会产生破坏。所谓的端绕组上的场控制点给旋转电机带来问题。
通常,将所有的大型机设计成带有两层绕组和大小相等的线圈。将每个线圈的一边放入两层中的一层中,而将其另一边放入两层中的另一层中。也就是说,所有的线圈在端绕组中相交。若采用两层以上,则这些相交的部分使绕组工作困难并损伤端绕组。
众所周知,将同步机/发电机接到电网上必须通过一A/D连接的所谓升压变压器来进行,原因在于电网电压通常位于比旋转电机电压高的电压级上。该变压器连同同步机一起就此构成电厂的整体部件。该变压器产生额外的花费且具有使系统的总效率降低的缺点。若可以制造相当高电压的电机,则可以省掉升压变压器。
在最近的几十年间,对设计比以往可能获得的电压有更高电压的旋转电机的需求一直在增长。根据本领域的现状,已能使同步机在线圈生产上有较好产量的最大电压级约为25-30kV。
尤其在J.Electrotechnika,No.1,1970,PP6-8中题为“Water-and-oil-cooled Turbogenerator TVM-300”的文章中、在U.S.4,429,244“Stator of Generator”里和苏联专利文件CCCP专利955369中描述了在设计同步机方面对新方法的某些尝试。
J.Electrotechnika中所述的水油冷却(Water-and-oil-cooled)同步机的电压高达20kV。该文章描述了一种新的绝缘系统,该系统由油/纸绝缘物组成,油/纸绝缘物能使定子完全浸入油中。然后可将油用作冷却液,而同时将其用作绝缘物。为防止定子中的油向外漏到转子上,在铁芯的内表面上设置一电介质油分离环。定子绕组由具有椭圆形中空形状的导体制成,这些导体配有油和纸绝缘物。借助楔将线圈边的绝缘部分固定到槽上,这些槽具有矩形截面。作为冷却液,可将油用于中空导体中以及定子壁内的孔中。但是,这种冷却系统在线圈端引起许多的油与电的连接的问题。厚的绝缘物还使得导体的曲率半径增大,这使绕组外伸的尺寸增大。
上述U.S.专利涉及同步机的定子部分,它包括叠片磁芯,其上有用于定子绕组的梯形槽。使槽渐细,原因在于在绕组中跨中性点最近的部分所在的位置处,朝向转子对定子绕组绝缘的需要更少。另外,定子部分包括电介质油分离柱(cylinder),它距铁芯的内表面最近。该部分相对于不带此环的电机可以增大励磁需求。定子绕组由油浸电缆制成,每个线圈层的油浸电缆直径相同。借助槽中的隔片使各层相互隔离,并用楔将它们固定。该绕组的特点在于它包括两个串联连接的所谓的半绕组。两个半绕组中的一个位于绝缘轴套内部中央。定子绕组的导体由周围的油冷却。在该系统中有如此大量油的缺点是有泄漏的危险和因故障条件而可能导致的相当大量的清理工作。位于槽外部绝缘轴套的那些部分有一柱形部分和用载流层加强的圆锥形端部,其目的在于控制电缆进入端绕组区域中的电场强度。
从CCCP 955369中可知,在其它试图提高同步机额定电压方面,油冷定子绕组包括对于所有层来说都有相同尺寸的传统高压电缆。将该电缆置于定子槽中,定子槽被制成与电缆截面积和用于固定以及用于冷却液的必要空间相对应的环形径向设置的开口。该绕组的不同径向设置的层由绝缘管包围并固定于其中。绝缘隔片将这些管固定于定子槽中。由于用油制冷,这里也需要内部电介质环,用以使油冷却液封离内部气隙。上述系统中油的缺点也存在于该设计方案中。该设计还表现出不同定子槽之间的极窄径向腰部,这意味着有较大的槽泄漏磁通,这些漏磁通对电机的励磁需求有相当大的影响。
出自1984年Electric Power Research Institute,EPRI,EL-3391的报告描述了实现更高电压旋转电机的电机原理综述,实现更高电压旋转电机是为了能够将电机接至电网而无需中间变压器。这种根据研究推测的方案能产生良好的效益和极大的经济利益。1984年设想它来开始研制直接接到电网上发电机的主要原因在于,其时已制造出超导转子。超导场的大励磁容量使得采用具有能耐受电应力的足够的绝缘厚度的气隙绕组成为可能。根据该方案最具有希望的原理,通过设计磁路把绕组和所谓的整体圆柱形电枢结合起来,该原理即,绕组包括同心地包围于三个圆柱形绝缘壳体内的两个圆柱导体而且无需齿就将整个结构固定到铁芯上,推断高压旋转电机能直接连到电网上。该方案意味着必须将主绝缘做得足够厚以承受电网间和电网对地的电位。在对当时所有的技术进行评论之后,断定该绝缘系统对控制更高电压的增长是必要的,该系统常用于电力变压器,由电介质-流体浸渍的纤维板组成。关于该所提出方案的明显缺点在于,除了需要超导转子之外,它还要求有极厚的绝缘,这增大了电机的尺寸。必须用油或氟利昂绝缘和冷却端绕组,用以控制端绕组中的大电场。必须对整机进行气密性密封以防止液体电介质从大气中吸收潮气。
在1930年前后的几十年间,制造了一些高压达36kV的发电机,以便开发直接接到电网上的发电机。一种方案是基于使用同轴型导体,有三层导体包在绝缘物内,其中每层串联连接,且内层的电位最高。在另一方案中,电导体由扭绞的铜条制成,它们由专门的云母、漆和纸层隔离。
当根据本技术领域的当前状态来制造旋转电机时,分几步用导体和绝缘系统制造绕组,由此,必须在将绕组固定在磁路上之前预制成绕组。在将绕组固定到磁路上之后,执行制备绝缘系统的浸渍。
本发明的目的是获得具有一高压的旋转电机,具有这种高压能省掉上述Δ/Y连接的升压变压器,也就是说,获得其电压比根据本技术领域现状的电机电压高得多从而能直接接到电网上的电机。这就意味着对具有旋转电机的系统可实现低得多的投资成本,且可提高系统的总体效率。
可将该旋转电机接到带有最少连接装置的电网上,这些连接装置例如为断路器、隔离开关等。在将旋转电机直接接到电网上而无中间变压器的系统中,可以只用一个断路器进行连接。
根据本发明的旋转电机在定子上引起相当小的热应力。这样,该电机暂时过载的危险更小,而且可以在过载时驱动该电机更长一段时间而不会有引起破坏的危险。这意味着对发电厂的所有者有相当多的好处,在运行受干扰的情况下,发电厂的所有者不得不即刻迅速切换到另一设备,以便保证法律规定的供电需求。
采用根据本发明的旋转电机,由于变压器和断路器不再包括在用来将电机接到电网上的系统中,所以可大大降低维护成本。
本发明的另一目的是得到一种同步补偿器,它直接接到电网。
本发明一另外目的是能制造一种高压旋转电机,而无需任何对绕组的复杂处理,也不必在固定绕组之后浸渍绝缘系统。
为提高旋转电机的功率,已知交流线圈中的电流应增大。这已通过优化导电材料量来实现,也就是说,通过将矩形导体密排到矩形转子槽中来实现。其目的在于通过增大绝缘材料的量和采用更耐热而因此更昂贵的绝缘材料来控制由此引起的温度升高。高温和作用于绝缘物上的场还引起有关绝缘物寿命的问题。在用于高压设备的相对厚壁的绝缘层中,例如云母带渍制绝缘层,局部放电、电位差会产生严重的问题。当制造这些绝缘层时,将易于引起凹坑、孔等等,其中当绝缘物经受高电场强度时,引起内部电晕放电。这些电晕放电逐渐破坏该材料,并且可能引起绝缘物的电击穿。
本发明基于这样一种认识,即,通过保证绝缘物不受上述现象击穿,实现以一种技术和经济上合理的方法来提高旋转电机的功率。这可根据本发明,利用如下制作的绝缘层来实现,这种方法使有凹坑和孔的危险最小,绝缘层例如是挤制的适当的固体绝缘材料层,固体绝缘材料例如为热塑树脂、交联热塑树脂、诸如硅橡胶或EP橡胶之类的橡胶等等。另外,重要的是绝缘层包括内层,该内层包围导体,具有半导电特性,而且绝缘层还配备有至少一个附加外层,该外层包围绝缘层,具有半导电特性。内半导电层应以这样一种方式起作用,即,使内层外部的电场的电位平衡;外层一方面用作通过将其接至所选电位来使电位平衡,而另一方面用作通过封闭外层内部的导体周围的电场。在这方面,半导电特性是一种导电率比电导体低得多的材料,但它又不具有绝缘体那样低的导电率。例如,内半导电层和外半导电层的电阻率可在10-6Ωcm-100kΩcm的范围之内。仅利用制造得具有最少瑕疵的绝缘层,并且另外为绝缘层设置内、外半导电层,可以确保减少热负荷和电负荷。绝缘部分和半导电层应基本上沿其整个接触表面附着。另外,相邻层应具备基本上相同的热膨胀系数。在温度梯度下,由绝缘部分和周围各层之间不同的热膨胀所引起的缺陷不会发生。材料上的电负荷由于这样一个事实而减少,即,绝缘部分周围的半导电层将构成等电位面,而且绝缘部分中的电场将在绝缘部分的厚度上较平均地分布。可将外半导电层接到所选的电位例如地电位上。也就是说,对于这样一种电缆来说,可使绕组的外壳体在其整个长度上保持在例如地电位。还可沿导体的长度在适当位置截断外层,可以将每个截断部分长度直接接到所选电位上。在外半导电层的周围还可设置其他层、壳体等,例如设置金属屏蔽和保护套。
其他结合本发明所得到的认识是,增大的电压负荷引起电(E)场在线圈截面的拐角处集中的问题,这在绝缘部分上产生大的局部负荷。同样,在增大的电流负荷的情况下,定子齿中的磁(B)场将集中于这些拐角处。这意味着局部产生磁饱和,而并未完全利用磁芯,并且所产生电压/电流的波形将失真。另外,由导体中的感应涡流所引起的涡流损耗将在增大电流密度方面产生额外的不利影响,感应涡流产生原因在于与B场有关的导体几何形状。通过将线圈和其中放置线圈的槽制作到基本上为环形而不是矩形,使本发明的进一步改进得以实现。通过使线圈的截面为环形,这些将由一恒定B场所包围,而不会有可能出现磁饱和的集中区。而且线圈中的E场将在该截面上平均分布,绝缘部分上的局部载荷受到相当大的削弱。还有,更容易以这样一种方式将环形线圈置于槽中,即,每个线圈组的线圈边数可增大,且电压的增大可在不必增大导体中电流的情况下进行。其原因在于冷却导体一方面由于更低的电流密度及由此产生的绝缘部分两端更低的温度梯度变得更方便,而另一方面,通过能在一截面上产生更均匀的温度分布的环形槽变得更方便。通过用更小的部件--所谓的多股绞线组成导体还可实现其他改进。多股绞线可相互绝缘,而可以只剩较少的多股绞线不绝缘并使它们与内半导电层相接触,以确保其处于与导体相同的电位上。
使用根据本发明旋转电机的一个优点在于,该电机可工作于过载情况下达相当长的时间而不会受到破坏,该时间段比通常用于这种电机的时间段长得多。这是设计这种电机以及绝缘部分的有限热负荷的结果。例如,可以使电机工作于高达100%过载的情况持续15分钟以上的时间,该时间可长达两小时。
可以用作同步补偿器,尤其是不连接机械负载的同步电动机。通过配合励磁,同步调相机可给的感性或容性KVA。当将该补偿器接到电网上时,可以在一定范围内补偿电网上的感性或容性负载。由于必须通过一变压器将同步补偿器接到电压超过约20kV的某些电网上,所以其中可能为电网提供无功功率的同步补偿器范围受这样一种实际情况影响,即,变压器的无功电抗限制了电流与电压之间的滞后角。对于根据本发明的旋转电机来说,可以设计一种同步补偿器,可将它接到电网上而不用中间变压器,而且可以使它工作在所选定的欠励磁或过励磁状态,以补偿电网上的感性或容性负载。
可将根据本发明的旋转电机接到一个或多个系统电压电平上。由于可以将电机外部的电场保持在最小,使这一点成为可能。
通过在一个绕组上设独立的抽头,或通过为接至不同系统电压电平而设一独立的绕组,或通过将这些设置相结合,可进行接至不同系统电压电平的工作。
根据本发明的一个实施例是,旋转电机的磁路包括一根绞合电缆的绕组,它具有一个或多个带有固体绝缘部分的挤制的绝缘的导体,在导体和壳体上均有一半导电层。可将外半导电层接至地电位。为能解决将旋转电机直接接至所有类型高压电网的情况下出现的问题,根据本发明的电机有许多特征,它们区别于本技术领域的现有技术。
如上所述,可由一根电缆制造旋转电机的绕组,该电缆具有一个或多个挤制的绝缘的导体,在导体与壳体上均有一半导电层。一些典型的例子是热塑树脂或交联热塑树脂,例如XLPE电缆或具有橡胶绝缘部分的电缆,橡胶例如是硅橡胶或EP橡胶,导体可由多股绞线组成。可以使多股绞线相互绝缘,以便由此降低导体中的涡流损耗。应使一个或一些多股绞线不绝缘,以确保包围导体的半导电层与导体处于相同的电位。
已知用于传输电能的高压电缆由具有固体绝缘部分的导体组成,它还具有内、外半导体部分。在传输电能的过程中,要求绝缘部分应没有缺陷。当用高压电缆来传输电能时,其目的在于使流过电缆的电流最大,原因在于对于一传输电缆来说空间并无界限。
可用挤制之外的某些其他方法对旋转电机的导体进行绝缘,例如用喷镀、图形模制(figure moulding)、压模、注模等等。但是,重要之处在于,绝缘部分应在整个截面上没有缺陷,且应具有类似的热特性。连同加到导体上的绝缘部分,可为半导电层配备绝缘部分。半导电层可由含导电元素的聚合物组成。
优选使用具有环形截面的电缆。其中,为获得更好的封装密度,可采用有不同截面的电缆。为在旋转电机中建立起电压,依次将电缆设置在磁芯中的槽中。可将绕组设计成多层同心电缆绕组,以减小端绕组交叉的数目。还电缆制作上可锥形绝缘部分从而以一更好的方式利用磁芯,在这种情况下可使槽的形状适合于绕组的锥形绝缘部分。
根据本发明旋转电机的一个显著优点在于,在外半导电层外部的端绕组区中,E场接近于零;而随着外壳体处于地电位,电场无需受控。这意味着在片内、在端绕组区内或在二者间的过渡区内皆不会发生场集中的现象。
本发明还涉及制造磁路尤其是绕组的方法。该制造方法包括:通过将一电缆螺旋拧入磁芯中槽内的开口中,将绕组置于槽中。由于电缆是柔性的,所以可以弯折它,这可以使电缆长度能在一线圈中绕几圈。那么端绕组将由电缆中的弯折区组成。还可以这样一种方式连接该电缆,即,其特性在整个电缆长度上保持恒定。该方法与本技术领域的现状相比有相当多的简化。所谓的罗贝尔条并不是柔性的,而必须预加工成需要的形状。今天在制造旋转电机时,对线圈的浸渍也是一种过于复杂和昂贵的技术。
因此,总而言之,相对于相应的现有技术电机,根据本发明的旋转电机具备相当多的显著优点。首先,可在所有类型的高压下将它直接接入电网。在这一方面电压中的高压超过10kV,且高达出现于各电网上的电压电平。另一显著优点在于,沿整个绕组始终保持所选电位如地电位,这意味着可使端绕组区紧凑且可将端绕组区的支撑装置实际位于地电位或任何其他所选电位。另有一显著优点在于,没有以油为基础的绝缘与冷却系统。这意味着不可能出现密封问题,且不再需要前述电介质环。一个优点还在于可在地电位下进行强制冷却。从安装的观点看,用根据本发明的旋转电机能节省相当大的空间和重量,原因在于它取代了以前既有电机又有升压变压器的安装设计方案。本发明无需超导转子,没有与其有关的问题,如维持温度、密封等。由于可避免使用升压变压器,所以该系统的效率显著提高。
图1表示包括在目前修改的标准电缆中的部分。
图2表示根据本发明一磁路扇形(sector)间距/极距的实施例轴向端视图。
为了制造根据本发明描述的磁路,绕组可以是导体电缆的形式,在导体和壳体上有具有半导电层的固体电绝缘物。这种电缆可作为其他电力工程应用领域的标准电缆买到。以下首先给出对标准电缆的简短说明,其中描述了一个实施例。内部载流导体包括许多非绝缘多股绞线。在多股绞线周围有一半导电内壳体。在该半导电内壳体周围,有一挤制绝缘物的绝缘层。这种挤制绝缘物的实例为XLPE或橡胶,如硅橡胶、热塑树脂或交联热塑树脂。该绝缘层由一外半导电层包围,该外半导电层又由一金属屏蔽物和套所包围。以下将把这种电缆称作电力电缆。
根据图1可了解用作根据本发明旋转电机中一绕组的电缆。图中将电缆1描绘成包括载流导体2,载流导体2包括交叉的非绝缘与绝缘的多股绞线。也可以是机电交叉挤制的绝缘多股绞线。在这些导体周围有一内半导电层3,内半导电层3又由固体绝缘部分4所包围。该部分由外半电体层5包围。用作本优选实施例中一绕组的电缆无金属屏蔽,也无外套。为避免外半导电层中的感应电流及其相关损耗,优选在端绕组中,即,在从叠片到端绕组的过渡段中截断这部分。然后将每个截断的部分接地,由此将使外半导体层在整个电缆长度中保持在地电位或在其附近。也就是说,在端绕组处挤制绝缘绕组的周围,可接触表面和在使用了一段时间之后变脏的表面只有对地可忽略的电位,它们产生的电场也可忽略。
为优化旋转电机,分别就槽和齿的磁路的设计具有决定性的重要性。如上所述,槽应尽可能靠近接到线圈侧的壳体上。还希望,每个径向水平上的齿要尽可能宽。这对于使电机的损耗、励磁要求最少等等来说很重要。
至于利用根据权利要求15的导体和例如上述电缆,有极大的可能可以从几个着眼点使磁芯具有最佳性能。以下,讨论旋转电机定子中的磁路。图2表示根据本发明一电机中扇形节距/极距6轴向端视图的一个实施例。用7代表带有转子磁极的转子。在传统的方式下,定子由连续由扇形片构成的导电片(electric sheets)叠层铁芯构成。一些齿9从位于径向最外端的铁芯磁轭部分8向内沿径向伸向转子。齿间有相应数目的槽10。根据以上对电缆11的使用使得高压电机的槽深做得比根据本技术领域现有状态可能有的槽深大。这些槽的截面朝向转子逐渐变细,这是由于对电缆绝缘的需要对于朝向气隙的每个绕组层变得更少。如从图中所知,槽基本上由在绕组每个层周围的环形截面12组成,绕组在这些层间有更窄的腰部13。一般地说,可将这样一种槽截面称作“环链槽(cycle chain slot)”。在图2所示的实施例中,采用具有三种不同绝缘电缆尺寸的电缆,它们分别以三种相应尺寸的截面14、15和16分布,也就是说,实际上将得到改进的环链槽。该图还表示出,可以用沿整个槽深上的实际恒定径向宽度使定子齿成形。
在另一实施例中,用作绕组的电缆可以是如上所述的传统电力电缆。然后,通过在适当位置剥除电缆的金属屏蔽部分和套,使外半导电屏蔽部分接地。
本发明的范围适合许多另外的实施例,这取决于关于所涉及的绝缘与外半导电层等的有效电缆尺寸。而且,在超出这里已述的范围内可改进具有所谓环链槽的实施例。
如上所述,可将磁路置于旋转电机的定子和/或转子中。但是,对磁路的设计主要适于上述描述,而与磁路是否位于定子和/或转子中无关。
作为绕组,优选使用可描述为多层同心电缆绕组的绕组。这样一种绕组意味着,已通过将同一组内所有线圈逐一沿径向置于外部来使端绕组处的交叉数目最小。这也容许更简单的方法,该方法用来制造定子绕组和将它们嵌入不同的槽中。
本发明一般可用于电压超过10kV的旋转电机。在“技术领域”中所述的旋转电机是本发明可用的旋转电机实例。
Claims (9)
1.一种高压旋转电机,包括定子、转子和绕组,其中至少一个绕组包括一个或多个载流导体(2),其中在全部的导体周围设置具有半导电特性的内层(3),在该内层周围设置固体绝缘部分(4),而在该绝缘部分周围设置具有半导电特性的外层(5),该外半导电层(5)为等电位面,其中导体(2)包括许多绝缘的多股绞线,一些多股绞线并未绝缘,以便保证与内半导电层(3)的电接触。
2.根据权利要求1的旋转电机,其特征在于设置内半导电层(3)的电位与导体(2)的电位基本上相同。
