Abstract

一种发光二极管灯具包括一灯架,其包括一容置部及一悬挂部;所述容置部包括二开口相对的侧板,每一侧板具有一上固定部、一下固定部及连接上固定部与下固定部的连接部,所述悬挂部连接于二侧板的二下固定部之间,所述悬挂部包括一用于设置电源驱动模组的承载板及自该承载板的两端分别向上延伸的二支撑板,二支撑板分别于容置部连接;一散热板设置于所述二侧板的二连接部之间;一发光二极管模组设置于所述散热板的顶面;一反光模组设置于所述二侧板之间,用于给所述发光二极管模组反光;一灯罩设置于所述二侧板的二上固定部之间;及一电源驱动模组设置于所述悬挂部。

Description

发光二极管灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管灯具,特别涉及一种具有可适配多种散热器的灯架的发光二极管灯具。
背景技术
发光二极管作为一种高效的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用在各个领域当中。但是,发光二极管工作时会产生大量的热量,这些热量如不能及时散发,容易使发光二极管产生过热现象,进而导致其发光效率下降。传统的发光二极管灯具包括一板状散热体及若干安装于散热体一侧的发光二极管。这些发光二极管均匀地排列于若干直线上。当发光二极管被点亮时,其产生的热量经由板状散热体散发至周围的空气当中。
为了满足不同结构、尺寸的板状散热体的安装,发光二极管灯具的灯架也要相应的改变结构、尺寸。目前,灯架通常为挤型结构,其制作成本较高。因此,有必要提供一种发光二极管灯具,其灯架可适配多种结构、尺寸的散热器。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种具有可适配多种散热器的灯架的发光二极管灯具发光角度较大的发光二极管灯具。
一种发光二极管灯具包括:一灯架,其包括一容置部及一悬挂部;所述容置部包括二开口相对的侧板,每一侧板具有一上固定部、一下固定部及连接上固定部与下固定部的连接部,所述悬挂部连接于二侧板的二下固定部之间,所述悬挂部包括一用于设置电源驱动模组的承载板及自该承载板的两端分别向上延伸的二支撑板,二支撑板分别于容置部连接;一散热板设置于所述二侧板的二连接部之间;一发光二极管模组设置于所述散热板的顶面;一反光模组设置于所述二侧板之间,用于给所述发光二极管模组反光;一灯罩设置于所述二侧板的二上固定部之间;及一电源驱动模组设置于所述悬挂部。
与现有技术相比,容置部的二侧板之间的距离可以调整,以配合不同宽度的散热板,这样,二侧板的结构具有通用性。相对于散热板的制作成本来说,容置部的二侧板的挤型制程成本较高,因此,本实施例中,通过调整二侧板之间的距离,以配合不同宽度的散热板以及所需的发光二极管模组、悬挂部、灯罩等,便可得到不同结构的发光二极管灯具。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
以下,将结合附图及实施例对本技术方案的发光二极管灯具进行详细说明。
参阅图1至3,一种发光二极管灯具,其包括灯架10、散热器20、发光二极管模组30、反光模组40、灯罩50以及电源驱动模组60。
所述灯架10包括一纵长形容置部11以及一悬挂部12。所述灯架10为挤型结构,其可由塑胶材料如聚碳酸酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯制成,或由金属材料如铝等制成。
所述容置部11包括二相对的纵长形侧板111以及二相对的挡板112。每一侧板111横断面均为曲面结构,本实施例中,每一侧板111的横断面大概呈半椭圆形结构。二侧板111的开口相对且间隔一定距离设置,二挡板112分别设置于二侧板111的两端部之间,这样,二侧板111与二挡板112在水平方向上围合出一封闭空间。所述发光二极管模组30及反光模组40设置于该封闭空间内。
每一侧板111具有一上固定部1110、一下固定部1120以及连接在上固定部1110与下固定部1120之间的连接部1130。所述上固定部1110用于与灯罩50配合,所述下固定部1120用于与悬挂部12配合。所述上固定部1110的厚度大于连接部1130的厚度。所述上固定部1110延其纵长方向开设一纵长的沟槽1111,该沟槽1111具有上壁1112及下壁1113。所述二侧板111的二上固定部1110的二沟槽1111开口相对,用于收容灯罩50的二端缘,从而将灯罩50固定于所述二侧板111的二上固定部1110之间。所述下壁1113向下且向内倾斜延伸出一延伸板1114,以供反光模组40抵靠。二侧板111的二上固定部1110的二延伸板1114形成一个倒锥形的开口。
所述连接部1130靠近下固定部1120的内表面延其纵长方向凸伸出二纵长的凸板1131,该二凸板1131间隔设置,从而形成一纵长的凹槽1132,用以收容散热器20的二端缘。所述散热器20包括一散热板21及自该散热板21的底面延伸的多个散热片22。所述散热板21的二相对的端缘分别收容于二侧板111的二连接部1130的二凹槽1132内,从而将散热器20固定于二侧板111的二连接部1130之间。
所述发光二极管模组30设置于散热器20的散热板21的顶面。所述发光二极管模组30包括一矩形金属基板31,多个发光二极管32设置在基板31的顶面。所述基板31的结构、尺寸与散热器20的散热板21的结构、尺寸基本相同。所述基板31表面布设有线路,且该基板31的二对角处分别设置二接线端子33,以对线路通电。
所述反光模组40用于给发光二极管模组30反光,其包括纵长的第一反光板41及第二反光板42。所述第一反光板41与第二反光板42为矩形板体,其分别固定于所述二侧板111的二上固定部1110的二延伸板1114。由于二延伸板1114自下壁1113向下且向内倾斜延伸,从而形成一个倒锥形的开口,即,二延伸板1114之间的开口从发光二极管模组30到灯罩50的竖直方向上逐渐变大,这样,在避免发光二极管模组30所发出的光线因为散射而损失的同时,可以扩大从灯罩50发射出的光线的发光角度。
具体地,所述第一反光板41的横向上板体抵靠于所述一侧板111的上固定部1110的延伸板1114,该第一反光板41的横向下板体抵靠于二极管模组30的基板31。且该第一反光板41的横向下板体的一端角处切去一部分形成一缺口,以避让该第一反光板41所对应的接线端子33。同理,所述第二反光板42的横向上板体抵靠于所述另一侧板111的上固定部1110的延伸板1114,该第二反光板42的横向下板体抵靠于二极管模组30的基板31,且横向下板体的一端角处形成另一缺口,以避让该第二反光板42所对应的接线端子33。
为了更好的实现反光效果,该反光模组40可进一步包括一第一侧反光板43及第二侧反光板44。所述第一侧反光板43与第二侧反光板44设置于第一反光板41与第二反光板42之间,且位于该第一反光板41与第二反光板42的两端部。该第一侧反光板43与第二侧反光板44分别固定于容置部11的二挡板112。
所述第一反光板41、第二反光板42、第一侧反光板43及第二侧反光板44均由反光性能好的材料制成,本实施例中,由聚碳酸酯(PC)制成。
所述悬挂部12为一塑胶材质的一体成型结构,其包括一承载板121及自该承载板121的两端分别向上延伸的二支撑板122。所述电源驱动模组60设置于承载板121的顶面且位于二支撑板122之间。每一支撑板122包括一弧形本体122a及自该本体122a向外倾斜延伸的配合板122b。二支撑板122的二弧形本体122a开口相对设置,从而形成一个中间直径大,两端直径小的结构。所述二支撑板122的二弧形本体122a的上端夹设于二侧板111的二下固定部1120之间,且二支撑板122的二配合板122b的外表面分别与二侧板111的下固定部1120的内表面结合。
组装时,将悬挂部12与容置部11进行组装,即,将悬挂部12的二支撑板122的二配合板122b的外表面以锁螺钉的方式与容置部11的二侧板111的二下固定部1120的内表面进行固定。将散热器20的散热板21的二纵长的端缘沿容置部11的二侧板111的纵长方向滑进二纵长凹槽1132中,将发光二极管模组30设置于散热板21的顶面,将二挡板112以锁螺钉的方式分别固定于二侧板111的两端部,从而使得散热板21、发光二极管模组30的两端得以固定。将灯罩50的两端缘收容至二侧板111的二上固定部1110的二沟槽1111中。将电源驱动模组60固定于承载板121的顶面,从而完成整个发光二极管灯具的组装。
与现有技术相比,本实施例中,容置部11的二侧板111之间的距离可以调整,以配合不同宽度的散热板21,这样,二侧板111的结构具有通用性。相对于散热板21的制作成本来说,容置部11的二侧板111的挤型制程成本较高,因此,本实施例中,通过调整二侧板111之间的距离,以配合不同宽度的散热板21以及所需的发光二极管模组30、悬挂部12、灯罩50等,便可得到不同结构的发光二极管灯具。

Claims (9)

1.一种发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:该发光二极管灯具包括:
一灯架,其包括一容置部及一悬挂部;所述容置部包括二开口相对的侧板,每一侧板具有一上固定部、一下固定部及连接上固定部与下固定部的连接部,所述悬挂部连接于二侧板的二下固定部之间,所述悬挂部包括一用于设置电源驱动模组的承载板及自该承载板的两端分别向上延伸的二支撑板,二支撑板分别与容置部连接;
一散热板设置于所述二侧板的二连接部之间;
一发光二极管模组设置于所述散热板的顶面;
一反光模组设置于所述二侧板之间,用于给所述发光二极管模组反光;
一灯罩设置于所述二侧板的二上固定部之间;及
一电源驱动模组设置于所述悬挂部。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二侧板间隔设置,且每一侧板为断面呈曲面形的纵长形挤型结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述二侧板的上固定部延其纵长方向开设二纵长的沟槽,用以收容灯罩的二端缘。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一沟槽的下壁向下且向内倾斜延伸出一延伸板,所述反光模组包括二第一反光板分别抵靠于二沟槽的二延伸板。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一第一反光板的上板体抵靠于每一沟槽的延伸板,下板体抵靠于所述发光二极管模组。
6.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一侧板的连接部的内表面延其纵长方向凸伸出二间隔的凸板,散热板的二端缘收容于该二间隔的凸板之间。
7.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述灯架还包括二挡板设置于二侧板的两端,二侧板与二挡板在水平方向上围合出一封闭空间,所述反光模组还包括二第二反光板分别设置于所述二挡板,并位于封闭空间内。
8.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:每一支撑板包括一本体及自该本体向外倾斜延伸的配合板,二支撑板二配合板的外表面分别 与二侧板的下固定部的内表面配合。
9.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管灯具,其特征在于:所述散热板的底面形成多个散热片。
