Abstract

背景技术
本发明涉及运作保险方案以保障个人的业绩奖金的系统。
保障被保险人的收入的保险一般是一种收入置换产品或收益,其保障保险客户或被保险人可获得他们年薪的固定百分比,例如他们年薪的75%。这些产品没有考虑与他们已经挣得的奖金相关的任何业绩。
业绩奖金通常构成个人收入的很大部分,很多人依赖该额外收入来确保某些支出或补充他们的薪水。最好业绩奖金一般为个人年薪的一部分或更多。
由此可见在疾病或残疾期间,保险客户或被保险人可能不仅遭遇由收入置换产品支付的薪水不足,而且可能不能获得任何与业绩相关的奖金,而这样奖金在其他情况下可能支付给他们。由此断定,这可能导致在疾病或残疾期间在收入方面的重大损失。

Claims (7)

1.一种系统,该系统用于针对被保险事件运作保险方案以保障被保险人的业绩奖金,所述系统包括:
奖金百分比确定模块,配置用于确定表示作为在预定期间的业绩奖金被保险人所收到的年薪奖金的百分比的百分比信息;
健康方案状态确定模块,被配置为确定与被保险人有关的健康方案状态信息;以及
受保人业绩奖金确定模块,被配置为在发生了被保险事件时,使用至少奖金百分比信息和健康方案状态信息来以确定可支付的被保险人的年薪的一部分或更多。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述奖金百分比确定模块还确定表示被保险人的当前年薪的信息。
3.根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述奖金百分比确定模块确定表示年薪百分比的百分比数据,并且确定所接收的所述百分比数据的平均百分比,所述年薪是被保险人在本年度之前的预定期间中各年度所收到的业绩奖金。
4.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述预定期间是三年。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述被保险事件是死亡、疾病和残疾中一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述受保人业绩奖金确定模块使用所述健康方案状态信息,以确定关于健康方案的与被保险人特定状态相对应的百分比。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述系统使用确定的被保险业绩奖金来确定被保险人能支付的保险费。
