背景

现在参照图5A和5B,示出了用于治疗患者身上的组织部位的减压治疗系统300的一部分的另一个例证性的实施方案。减压治疗系统300在大多数方面与图1-3B的减压治疗系统100的方面类似,并且在本实施方案中,部件的相关性通常通过将图1-3B的参考数字调整200来表示。虽然创伤盖布316被示为具有用于连接于减压子系统(未示出)的减压接驳体350和导管348,但是应认识到,创伤盖布316可以也作为独立敷料使用。

通过为每个各向同性区324、326选择合适的弹性模量,使用者可以选择性地控制创伤盖布316在其被伸展并且粘附于患者之后试图返回盖布316的最初的大小所使用的速率或力。因此,组织的平移和/或靠近的速率或与组织的平移和/或靠近有关的力可以被调节。虽然例证性的实施方案示出了两个各向同性区324、326,但是应认识到,可以采用任何合适的数量的各向同性区。此外,应认识到,创伤盖布316可以包括任意数量的具有变化的弹性模量的各向同性区,或可以甚至被构造为具有遍及创伤盖布表面中的至少一个的连续可变的弹性。在一个实施方案中,与创伤盖布316的边缘最接近的各向同性区具有相对于创伤盖布316的其他各向同性区的最低的弹性模量。

可流体膨胀的囊560被配置为向创伤盖布516提供各向异性的性质。在例证性的实施方案中,可流体膨胀的囊560借助于它们提供的刚性向创伤盖布516提供各向异性的性质,使得创伤盖布516在功能上表现得与图1-3B的创伤盖布相似,由此当张力被施加于柔性片523时,柔性片523在囊560之间的区域伸展得更多。此外,应认识到,通过控制通过流体供应管564传送的流体的体积,控制创伤盖布516的各向异性的性质可能是可能的。例如,当流体被传送至可流体膨胀的囊560时,盖布516的各向异性可以增加。通过管564传送的流体也可以变化,以提供动态的各向异性的片。可以提供控制器以响应于在创伤部位处的条件来控制流体控制装置。此外,应认识到,在伸展和施用创伤盖布516之前使可流体膨胀的囊560膨胀可以进一步增强各向异性行为。此外,一旦可流体膨胀的囊560被膨胀,它们就可以可操作以提供可以在皮下组织中实现并且可能在治疗被破坏的皮下组织和消除空隙或类似物中有益的压缩力。

在一个例证性的实施方案中,可流体膨胀的囊560通过流体供应管564使用正压力膨胀,并且当减压被供应至减压接驳体550时,可膨胀的囊560用压缩力压住患者的表皮。当减压增加时,可膨胀的囊560被拉向减压接驳体550并且从而产生闭合力。闭合力在表皮处被实现并且可以在更深的水平例如真皮处被实现。
虽然已经在某些例证性的非限制性实施方案的上下文中公开了本发明以及其优点,但是应当理解,可以作出各种改变、取代、置换和更改而不偏离由所附的权利要求限定的本发明的范围。应认识到,结合任何一个实施方案描述的特征也可以适用于任何其他实施方案。

Claims (47)

第二各向同性区,以及
其中所述第一各向同性区和所述第二各向同性区被配置为向所述柔性片提供各向异性的伸展性质;
歧管,其用于布置在所述创伤盖布和所述组织部位之间;以及减压子系统,其用于向所述歧管传送减压。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减压创伤治疗系统,还包括耦合于所述创伤盖布的夹紧构件,并且其中所述创伤盖布和所述夹紧构件可操作以在所述组织部位上形成流体密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减压创伤治疗系统,还包括耦合于所述创伤盖布的夹紧构件,所述夹紧构件可操作以向患者的皮肤传输闭合力,其中所述创伤盖布和所述夹紧构件可操作以在所述组织部位上形成流体密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减压创伤治疗系统,其中所述第一各向同性区具有第一厚度(t1),而所述第二各向同性区具有第二厚度(t2),并且其中所述第一厚度大于所述第二厚度(t1>t2)。
