背景技术
处于仰卧或侧卧姿势的人的颈项常常不与该人的脊柱成一直线。一般情况是利用一个或多个枕头支承人的颈项，使该颈项处于由该一个或多个枕头的偏转高度所限定的角度，此角度通常不与脊柱共面。枕头的偏转高度与其抗挠性密切相关，该抗挠性通常经由设置在布罩内的填充材料来提供。传统填充材料包括羽毛、棉花或合成填充物。
发明内容
为提供一种更有可能适当的对齐用户的颈项与脊柱的枕头构造，本发明提供一种具有多个泡沫组件的枕头。
本发明的一个实施例包括这样一种枕头，该枕头具有限定一空腔的粘弹性衬套以及设在该空腔内的填充材料。
本发明的另一实施例包括这样一种枕头，该枕头具有外层以及由设在该外层之间的粒状粘弹性泡沫组成的填充材料。
本发明的再一实施例包括这样一种枕头，该枕头具有由加强织物构成的外层、由粘弹性泡沫构成的中间层、以及由设在该中间层之间的粒状粘弹性泡沫构成的填充材料。

优选实施例的详细描述
图1-3表示本发明的一种枕头10，该枕头10具有一种由多层构成的衬套结构。枕头10包括设在粘弹性泡沫层18之间的填充材料14。粘弹性泡沫层18拥有使枕头10与接触该枕头10的人体部分的形状一致的特殊热敏性。与在较低温度下的抗挠性相比，粘弹性泡沫层18在较高温度下具有较低抗挠性或硬度。相反，传统枕头的填充材料通常相对于温度变化具有恒定抗挠性。人的体热用于使与该人体接触的枕头10部分变软，同时不与该人体接触的枕头10部分保持较硬。结果，体现本发明的枕头10通过匹配每个用户的体形而比传统枕头更舒适。
在本发明的一个实施例中，填充材料14是粒状或者碎片状的，粘弹性泡沫具有大约85kg/m3的密度。但是，对于重量适中的枕头10来说，粘弹性泡沫填充材料14的适当密度可例如在大约30至大约140kg/m3之间。此外，对于重量轻的枕头10来说，粘弹性泡沫填充材料14的适当密度可例如小于大约40kg/m3。类似的，对于重量重的枕头10来说，粘弹性泡沫填充材料14的适当密度可例如大于大约130kg/m3。选择性的，用作填充材料14的粒状粘弹性泡沫可依据枕头10的预期特性而具有任意密度。另外，依据利用ASTM-D-1564标准执行的测试过程，适当粘弹性泡沫填充材料14在100-500N的荷重间拥有65％的压入荷重变形或者“ILD”以及最大10％的回弹。
粒状填充材料14可由再回收的、未用过的或者废弃的粘弹性材料构成。粒状填充材料14可由长度额定的料件组成，或者粒状填充材料14可由长度各不相同的料件组成。例如，粒状填充材料14可具有大约1.3cm的额定长度。粒状填充材料14也可具有在大约0.6cm与大约2cm之间变化的长度。粒状填充材料14可短达0.3cm以及长达4cm，或者填充材料14可依据枕头10的预期特性而具有任意长度。依照本发明的一个优选实施例，粒状填充材料14由16-20％的长度大于2cm的料件、38-42％的长度在12cm之间的料件以及38-42％的长度小于1cm的料件组成。通过采用废弃或再回收的填充材料14而不是未用过的填充材料14，能够显著地节省成本和减少浪费。用作填充材料14的粘弹性泡沫由一种聚氨酯泡沫材料制成，但是，该填充材料14也可由表现出类似热敏性的任何其它粘弹性聚合材料制成。

枕头10的总体抗挠性或硬度取决于单个粘弹性泡沫层18和填充材料14的抗挠性。因此，可通过改变单个粘弹性泡沫层18和/或填充材料14的抗挠性，来影响枕头10的总体抗挠性或硬度。
如图1-3所示，加强织物层22设在粘弹性泡沫层18的外侧。加强织物层22作为缝线26的系缚物，该缝线26把加强织物层22与粘弹性泡沫层18固定到一起。若无此加强织物层22，则没有加强织物层22耐用的粘弹性泡沫层18就不得不直接系缚缝线26以将填充材料14固定在粘弹性泡沫层18之间。在具有这种构造的枕头(未表示出)中，作为日常使用该枕头的结果是，粘弹性泡沫层18很可能在缝线26附近被撕开。此外，如果粘弹性泡沫层18被撕开，那么填充材料14将散出。因此，加强织物层22为枕头10提供了一项耐用措施。优选的，加强织物层22由耐用材料制成，例如棉/聚酯混合物。
一外罩30包裹并包封枕头10，且其遵循该枕头10的形状。该外罩30优选由一种耐用且可洗的织物材料制成，例如棉/聚酯混合物。如图1所示，一缝34沿着外罩的边缘延伸过该外罩30。枕头10可经由缝34插入外罩30内。还可经由缝34自外罩30中取出枕头10，以便于清洗该外罩30。缝34是可再封的，以围绕枕头10包封该外罩30以及为取出枕头10而打开该外罩30。一种闭锁装置用于打开和闭合该缝34。在该优选实施例中，闭锁装置是拉链38，但该闭锁装置还可包括按扣、钮扣、钩状及环状紧固件、搭接翼片、系带或其它类似紧固件。
在制造过程中，将粘弹性泡沫层18与加强织物层22缝合在一起，以形成一种具有一开口端的衬套或衬罩，这里，粘弹性泡沫层18构成该衬罩的内层，加强织物层22构成该衬罩的外层。然后，经由该衬罩的开口端填入填充材料14，直至该衬罩内的填充材料14达到预期量。接着，缝合该开口端，从而把填充材料14包封在衬套内并限定一枕头10。然后，把该枕头10插入外罩30内，并利用拉链38包封该外罩30。

Claims (28)

1.一种枕头，包括：
限定一空腔的粘弹性衬套；以及
设置在所述空腔内的填充材料。
2.权利要求1所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述衬套包括
第一粘弹性层；以及
第二粘弹性层，所述第一和第二粘弹性层连接到一起以在其间形成所述空腔，
其中，所述填充材料设在所述第一和第二粘弹性层之间。
3.权利要求2所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一粘弹性层和所述第二粘弹性层具有在大约5mm至15mm之间的厚度。
4.权利要求3所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一粘弹性层和所述第二粘弹性层具有大约10mm的厚度。
5.权利要求2所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一粘弹性层和所述第二粘弹性层具有在大约30kg/m3至大约140kg/m3之间的密度。
6.权利要求5所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一粘弹性层和所述第二粘弹性层具有大约85kg/m3的密度。
7.权利要求2所述的枕头，还包括
覆盖所述第一粘弹性层的第一织物层；以及
覆盖所述第二粘弹性层的第二织物层。
8.权利要求7所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一和第二织物层分别与所述第一和第二粘弹性层连接。
9.权利要求8所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述第一和第二织物层分别缝合到所述第一和第二粘弹性层上。
10.权利要求1所述的枕头，还包括一种包封所述粘弹性衬套的外罩，所述外罩具有一种可再封的缝。
11.权利要求1所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述填充材料包括粒状粘弹性泡沫。
12.权利要求11所述的枕头，其特征在于，所述粒状粘弹性泡沫具有在大约30kg/m3至大约140kg/m3之间的密度。

21.一种用于制造枕头的方法，所述方法包括：
提供一种限定一空腔的粘弹性衬套；
把填充材料填入所述空腔内；以及
包封所述衬套以保持所述填充材料位于所述空腔内。
22.权利要求21所述的方法，还包括
把第一粘弹性层放置在第二粘弹性层的上面；
使所述第一粘弹性层的一部分与所述第二粘弹性层的一部分连接，以形成容纳所述填充材料的所述衬套；以及
使所述第一粘弹性层的其余部分与所述第二粘弹性层的其余部分连接，以包封所述衬套并保持所述填充材料位于所述空腔内。
23.权利要求22所述的方法，还包括
用第一织物层覆盖所述第一粘弹性层；以及
用第二织物层覆盖所述第二粘弹性层。
24.权利要求23所述的方法，还包括
连接所述第一织物层与所述第一粘弹性层；以及
连接所述第二织物层与所述第二粘弹性层。
25.权利要求20所述的方法，还包括
经由一种可再封的缝把所述粘弹性衬套插入一种外罩内；以及
密封所述缝，以将所述粘弹性衬套固定在所述外罩内。
26.权利要求20所述的方法，还包括把粘弹性材料撕碎成为单独的条段以形成所述填充材料。
27.一种用于制造枕头的方法，所述方法包括：
提供至少两个相对的粘弹性泡沫层以及至少两个覆盖所述相对粘弹性泡沫层的加强织物层；
把所述粘弹性泡沫层与所述加强织物层缝合到一起，以形成一种具有一开口端的衬罩，所述粘弹性泡沫层构成所述衬罩的各个内层，以及所述加强织物层构成所述衬罩的各个外层；
经由所述衬罩的所述开口端注入填充材料；以及
把所述衬罩的所述开口端缝合到一起，以封闭所述衬套并将所述填充材料固定于其内。
28.权利要求27所述的方法，其特征在于把所述两个相对的粘弹性泡沫层包括第一粘弹性层和第二粘弹性层并且所述两个相对的织物层包括第一织物层和第二织物层，所述方法还包括
把第一粘弹性层放置在第二粘弹性层的上面；
用第一织物层覆盖所述第一粘弹性层；以及
用第二织物层覆盖所述第二粘弹性层。
