Abstract

背景

概述
本文中的例证性的实施方案处理用于对可活动的组织部位如关节进行伤口护理的设备、系统和方法存在的缺陷。根据一个例证性的实施方案,一种用于向可活动的组织部位提供减压治疗的系统包括柔性的敷料垫枕和在柔性的敷料垫枕上形成的多个弯曲式接合部(flexion joint),该柔性的敷料垫枕具有第一侧面和面朝内的第二侧面。该系统还包括用于在柔性的敷料垫枕上提供流体密封的密封子系统和用于将减压传送至密封子系统的减压子系统。密封子系统和减压子系统可操作来将减压传送至可活动的组织部位。柔性的敷料垫枕可操作来允许可活动的组织部位的活动。

如果盖布62还未被连接,那么盖布62将被置于柔性的敷料垫枕32的第一侧面34上,且额外的部分延伸出外周边缘38以形成盖布延伸部分64。接着,可以向下粘住盖布延伸部分64(参见图1中的71)或粘合剂70(图3)用于在盖布62与患者的表皮14之间形成流体密封。流体密封仅需要足以允许系统10在期望的治疗区域上在期望的时间帧内维持减压。确实,一些渗漏允许可能有助于愈合过程的低速空气流动。如果还未安装,则应用减压接驳体92,且减压传送导管90连接在一端。减压传送导管90的另一端连接到减压源82。随后,可以启动减压源且减压被传送至柔性的敷料垫枕32。减压可以使指向力在组织部位如伤口上产生,指向力可以包括压缩力或闭合力。力可以是压缩力或在一些情形中,可以是提升力,如将在下面讨论的。所显示的实施方案呈现了压缩力。
可能期望在手术室内应用系统10且允许系统保留在患者身上,直到发生足够的愈合。就此而言,可能期望形成盖布62、柔性的敷料垫枕32和由透明的或半透明的材料形成的任何其他层,该透明的或半透明的材料允许医护人员无需去除敷料组件30就得到有关伤口愈合的视觉提示。
如前所述,柔性的敷料垫枕32适于允许柔性的敷料垫枕32与可活动的组织部位例如与下面的关节18相关的组织部位一起弯曲、或活动和拉伸,同时向切口12提供减压。切口12上所产生的压缩力和表皮14下任何损坏的区域以及提供到切口12的减压有助于去除任何空隙或缺损且有助于接近下面的组织,以及组合效应是减轻水肿并促进愈合。闭合力可以有助于加固切口12。
有许多方法来形成弯曲式接合部且以其他方式有助于促进柔性的敷料垫枕32的弯曲。在第一侧面34上形成相关垫枕模件42的凹陷44或凹口有助于柔性的垫枕32随关节18弯曲。垫枕模件42之间的角度是凹陷44内的角度,该角度刚开始是α,而当柔性的垫枕32弯曲时,该角度成为新的角度β,其中大于β>α。在一个例证性的实施方案中,角度α是约60度且角度β是约90度。在另一个例证性的实施方案中,角度α是约30度且角度β是约60度。宽范围的可能的角度中的任一个对于角度α和角度β都是可能的。
盖布62可以被连接到垫枕模件42。当人的关节18处于竖直或伸展位置时,盖布62可以从一个敷料组件42径直行进到下一个,如图2所示。在可选的实施方案中,盖布62可以被向下连接到凹陷44中。在另一个实施方案中,盖布62可以在凹陷44上形成泡沫脊。

根据另一个例证性的实施方案,制造用于在可活动的组织部位如患者关节上使用的柔性的减压敷料组件的方法包括下述步骤:形成具有第一侧面和第二侧面的垫枕主体,形成垫枕材料;以及在垫枕主体的第一侧面上形成第一多个垫枕模件。每一个垫枕模件具有垫枕脊。该方法还包括在垫枕主体的第一侧面的垫枕脊之上布置盖布的步骤。盖布由弹性材料形成且可操作来纵向拉伸至少80%。

Claims (40)

1.一种用于在患者的关节上使用的柔性的减压敷料组件,所述敷料组件包括:
柔性的垫枕主体,其具有第一侧面和第二侧面,所述垫枕主体由垫枕材料形成;
第一多个垫枕模件,其在所述垫枕主体的第一侧面上形成,每一个垫枕模件具有垫枕脊;以及
盖布,其在所述垫枕主体的所述第一侧面的所述垫枕脊上延伸,其中所述盖布由弹性材料形成且可操作来纵向拉伸所述盖布的未拉伸长度的至少80%。

第二闭合构件,其在所述中心伤口区域的第二纵向侧面上在所述垫枕主体上形成;以及
其中当所述闭合敷料垫枕被置于减压下时,所述第一闭合构件和所述第二闭合构件可操作来产生向内的闭合力。
7.如权利要求6所述的闭合敷料垫枕,其中所述弯曲式接合部由狭缝形成,所述狭缝通过所述第一侧面上的、所述垫枕主体的一部分形成。
8.如权利要求6所述的闭合敷料垫枕,其中所述垫枕主体由透明的材料形成。
9.如权利要求6所述的闭合敷料垫枕,其中所述垫枕主体由硅树脂形成。
10.一种用于向组织部位提供减压伤口治疗的系统,所述系统包括:
柔性的敷料垫枕;
盖布,其至少部分地覆盖所述柔性的敷料垫枕;
其中所述盖布包括多个皱折以有利于所述组织部位的弯曲;以及
减压源,其可操作来将减压经由所述柔性的敷料垫枕传送至所述组织部位。
11.如权利要求10所述的系统,还包括具有孔的中间盖布层,且其中所述盖布的外周被连接至所述中间盖布层以至少部分地包围所述柔性的敷料垫枕。
12.一种用于向组织部位提供减压伤口治疗的装置,所述装置包括:
柔性的敷料垫枕,其具有第一表面和第二表面;
其中所述柔性的敷料垫枕包括多个弯曲式接合部;
盖布,其至少部分地覆盖所述垫枕;以及
其中所述盖布包括多个盖布延伸设备以有利于所述装置的弯曲。
13.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述盖布延伸设备包括在所述盖布中的皱折。
14.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述盖布延伸设备包括额外的盖布材料的脊,所述额外的盖布材料的脊为所述盖布提供在更长的距离内拉伸的能力。
15.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述盖布包括在所述盖布的外周周围的盖布延伸部分;还包括具有孔的中间盖布层;且其中所述盖布的所述盖布延伸部分被连接到所述中间盖布层以至少部分地包围所述柔性的敷料垫枕。
16.如权利要求12所述的装置,
其中所述盖布包括在所述盖布的外周周围的盖布延伸部分;
还包括具有孔的中间盖布层;
其中所述盖布的所述盖布延伸部分被连接到所述中间盖布层以至少部分地包围所述柔性的敷料垫枕;以及
其中所述中间盖布层具有第一侧面和第二侧面,且所述中间盖布层的所述第二侧面可操作来粘附到所述组织部位。
17.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中当所述柔性的敷料垫枕弯曲时,所述皱折可操作来打开。
18.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述皱折包括至少一个横向皱折。
19.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述皱折包括至少一个纵向皱折。
20.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述皱折中的每一个从所述盖布的第一边缘延伸到所述盖布的第二边缘。
21.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述盖布具有第一侧面和第二侧面,以及其中所述盖布的所述第二侧面的至少一部分与所述柔性的敷料垫枕接触。
22.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述盖布具有第一侧面和第二侧面;其中所述盖布包括接近所述多个盖布延伸设备的多个结合部位;以及其中所述多个结合部位中的每一个粘附到所述盖布的一部分。
23.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述皱折中的每一个在所述盖布内形成各自的凹陷。
24.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中所述组织部位是关节,且其中所述多个盖布延伸设备促进所述关节的关节式运动。
25.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中所述皱折中的每一个是通过使所述盖布的一部分成环而形成的。
26.如权利要求13所述的装置,其中:
所述皱折包括第一皱折和第二皱折;
所述第一皱折和所述第二皱折每一个具有纵向长度;且
所述第一皱折与所述第二皱折之间的距离超过所述纵向长度。
27.如权利要求12所述的装置,其中:
所述多个盖布延伸设备包括第一皱折和第二皱折;
所述第一皱折和所述第二皱折每一个具有纵向长度;且
所述第一皱折与所述第二皱折之间的距离实质上等于所述纵向长度。
28.如权利要求12所述的装置,还包括组织-接驳体层,所述组织-接驳体层被布置在所述柔性的敷料垫枕与所述组织部位之间。
29.如权利要求12所述的装置,还包括:
中间盖布层,其具有孔;
盖布延伸部分,其在所述盖布的外周周围,其中所述盖布的所述盖布延伸部分被连接到所述中间盖布层以至少部分地包围所述柔性的敷料垫枕;以及
组织-接驳体层,其被布置在所述柔性的敷料垫枕与所述组织部位之间;其中所述组织-接驳体层至少部分被布置在所述中间盖布层的所述孔内。
30.一种用于向可活动的组织部位提供减压治疗的系统,所述系统包括:
柔性的敷料垫枕,其具有第一侧面和面朝内的第二侧面;
多个弯曲式接合部,其在所述敷料垫枕上形成;
密封子系统,其用于在所述柔性的敷料垫枕上提供流体密封;
减压子系统,其用于将减压传送至所述密封子系统;
其中所述密封子系统和所述减压子系统可操作来将减压传送至所述可活动的组织部位;
其中所述柔性的敷料垫枕可操作来允许所述可活动的组织部位的活动。
31.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成的第一多个分隔的垫枕模件。
32.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成的第一多个分隔的垫枕模件和在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第二侧面上形成的第二多个垫枕模件。
33.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成的第一多个分隔的垫枕模件,且其中所述第一多个分隔的垫枕模件形成第一多个垫枕凹陷。
34.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成的第一多个分隔的垫枕模件和在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第二侧面上形成的第二多个分隔的垫枕模件,其中所述第一侧面上的所述第一多个分隔的垫枕模件形成第一多个垫枕凹陷,且其中所述第二多个垫枕模件形成第二多个垫枕凹陷。
35.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成的第一多个分隔的垫枕模件和在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第二侧面上形成的第二多个垫枕模件,且还包括在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的第一侧面上形成的第一侧面凹陷和在第二侧面上形成的第二侧面凹陷。
36.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述多个弯曲式接合部包括:
第一多个分隔的垫枕模件,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成;
第二多个分隔的垫枕模件,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第二侧面上形成;
第一侧面凹陷,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的第一侧部上形成;以及
第二侧面凹陷,其在所述第二侧部上形成;
其中所述第一侧面上的所述第一多个分隔的垫枕模件形成第一多个垫枕凹陷;
其中所述第二多个垫枕模件形成第二多个垫枕凹陷。
37.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述密封子系统包括:
盖布,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕上延伸;以及
密封装置,其用于提供患者的表皮与所述盖布之间的流体密封。
38.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述密封子系统包括:
盖布,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕上延伸;
密封装置,其用于提供患者的表皮与所述盖布之间的流体密封;以及
其中所述盖布包括可操作来拉伸其初始横向长度的至少80%的柔性弹性体。
39.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中所述减压子系统包括:
减压源,其用于提供减压;
减压接驳体,其连接到所述密封子系统;
减压导管,其用于将减压从所述减压源提供到所述减压接驳体。
40.如权利要求30所述的系统,其中:
所述多个弯曲式接合部包括:
第一多个分隔的垫枕模件,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第一侧面上形成,
第二多个分隔的垫枕模件,其在所述柔性的敷料垫枕的所述第二侧面上形成,
其中所述第一侧面上的所述第一多个分隔的垫枕模件形成第一多个垫枕凹陷,以及
其中所述第二多个垫枕模件形成第二多个垫枕凹陷;
所述密封子系统包括:
盖布,其由可操作来拉伸其初始横向长度的至少100%的柔性弹性体形成,以及
密封装置,其用于提供患者的表皮与所述盖布之间的流体密封;
以及
所述减压子系统包括:
减压源,其用于提供减压;
减压接驳体,其连接到所述密封子系统;
减压导管,其用于将减压从所述减压源提供到所述减压接驳体。
