Abstract
一种在步行时刺激脚掌产生按摩效果的鞋的内
底或鞋底,在底板的上表面上,利用壁部构成凹部。
在该凹部内,沿垂直于该底板纵向的方向设置若干个
叶片。该叶片向同一方向倾斜,而且其高度大致与上
述凹部的深度相同。在该底板上表面的边缘部分熔
接着具有柔性的盖板,在该底板和上述盖板包围的空
间中注入流体,然后密封。
Description
本发明的鞋的内底或鞋底具有底板、若干个叶片、盖板、流体、腹板和沟部,底板作成鞋底的外形,在其上表面上利用壁部形成凹部;叶片设置在上述底板的上述凹部内,沿垂直于该底板纵方向的方向设置,并向同一方向倾斜,其高度和上述凹部的深度大致相同;盖板具有柔性,贴于上述底板的上表面的边缘部分;流体注入由上述底板和上述盖板包围的空间,并被密封在内;腹板用于将上述叶片的各个外端连接在上述底板的上述壁部的内端;沟部穿过上述叶片的中间部分,其大小可以使上述流体通过沟部流动。
本发明涉及可以刺激脚掌而产生按摩效果的鞋的内底或鞋底。
以往这种鞋的内底或鞋底是将上、下二块薄板的外周缘熔接在一起,形成空心,然后再将流体注入该空心部并密封而成。穿这种鞋步行时,由于体重的移动而使脚产生压力,从而使流体在两块薄板内流动。
对于这样的内底,流体的流动无方向性,稳定性欠佳,因此有时会发生晕船的感觉,反而容易产生疲劳感。另外,经过一段时间,流体还常常从内底中流出来。
本发明的目的在于使流体的流动具有方向性,使流体可以根据体重的移动向预定的方向流动,因而可以全面地刺激脚掌。
本发明的另一个目的在于防止流体从内底或鞋底中流出来。
本发明的特征是,鞋的内底或鞋底由底板、在该底板上形成的若干个叶片、与该底板外周缘熔接的盖板、注入上述底板和盖板构成的空心部分中的流体、上述叶片两端的腹板和在上述叶片上形成的沟所构成。
底板的形状作成鞋底的外形,而且在上表面上利用壁部形成凹部,该底板以可塑性的合成树脂为材料制作。在该壁部的外周通过台阶形成薄壁部。
在上述底板的上述凹部内,沿垂直于该底板纵方向的方向整体成形若干个叶片,该叶片向同一方向倾斜,其高度大致与上述凹部的深度相同。
上述叶片各自的外端通过腹板连接在上述底板的上述壁部的内壁上。另外,在上述叶片的中间部分具有沟,该沟的尺寸作得可以使上述流体沿其流动。
上述底板的上表面边缘部分熔贴具有柔性的盖板,制作该盖板的材料最好和制作上述底板的材料相同。在上述盖板的外周部分作成台阶使其形成厚壁部。将上述底板的薄壁部和上述盖板的厚壁部熔接在一起使底板和盖板贴合。
将流体例如水注入到由上述底板和上述盖板包围的空间,而后进行密封。
因此,根据本发明,当步行者体重移动时,流体主要在各叶片间的间隙中往返流动,同时也在腹板和沟沿垂直于上述叶片的方向往返流动。

下面参照附图说明将本发明应用于鞋内底的实施例。
在图1、2中,内底由具有鞋底外形的底板1、粘结在该底板外周上的盖板2、与该底板整体成形的若干个叶片10和注入上述底板与上述盖板之间的流体例如水W构成。
底板1用热可塑性树脂的聚氯乙烯制作,如图1所示,底板1具有鞋底的外形,而且在其上表面上形成了相当于脚掌面积的凹部11,该凹部由壁部12包围着。另外,底板1的上半外周部(即下面要说明的底板1的薄壁部13和盖板2的厚壁部21)作得比较宽大,这是为了适应鞋的不同尺寸,便于剪裁,因而可以调整,裁剪成各种尺寸。
如图2所示,在底板1的壁部12的外部通过台阶形成薄壁部13,所谓薄壁是指比壁12薄。
在凹部11的底面的上表面上整体成形许多叶片10……,各叶片的各自的两个端部形成腹板10a、……,该腹板与框体1的壁部12的内壁相连接。腹板10a,如图3所示,比叶片10薄,也比叶片10低,因此这种腹板可以使水W流动。
叶片10垂直于底板1的纵向方向(即在图1的左右方向),并如图2所示,叶片10向一定方向,即向下方(向脚后跟)倾斜,该叶片的高度比壁部的高度稍微高一点。在叶片10的中间部分具有3条沟10b,为了使水W容易流通,该沟(图4)的尺寸必须足够大。
在底板1的外周上用高频加热熔接具有柔性的盖板2。盖板2用与底板1相同的材料聚氯乙烯制作,在其外周也作成台阶形成厚壁部21。所谓厚壁当然也是相对于盖板2的厚度而言,该厚壁的厚度和底板1的薄壁部13的厚度大致相同。
如果用高频加热熔接的方法将盖板2熔接在底板1的外周缘上,则由该底板和该盖板包围的空间便形成密封状态,内部形成空心。随后,通过在底板1的薄壁部13与盖板2的厚壁部21的熔接面上形成的注水口(未图示)将水W注入到该空心部,然后使其密封。
这样,底板1的薄壁部13和壁部12形成台阶状,在盖板2上,厚壁部21也通过台阶变厚,如果将该壁部的外周面或薄壁部和盖板2的厚壁部熔接,因为该底板和盖板是用相同材料制作的,则靠溶接,两者可以完全一体化。另外,壁部12的外周面和厚壁部21的接合面之间的熔接面非常大,所以进一步增强了熔接强度。
在步行中,随着步行者体重的移动,名叶片10、……和腹板10a、…被压塌了,因而水W沿图1的左右方向在叶片间的间隙中往返流动,另外,也沿垂直于叶片方向的方向,即图1的上下方向往返流过腹板和沟10b、…。由于有腹板10b、…,叶片10、…容易弯曲,所以流体可以顺利地流动,而且使流体的流动具有方向性,所以可以增加对脚掌的按摩效果。
Claims (5)
1、一种鞋的内底或鞋底,底板(1)具有鞋底的外形,在底板(1)上表面的外周缘部分熔接着具有柔性的盖板(2)而形成空心部分,在该空心部分中注入流体(W)后密封,其特征在于:在上述底板(1)的上表面上,利用壁部(12)构成凹部(11);在上述底板(1)的上述凹部(11)内,沿垂直于该底板纵向的方向设置了若干个叶片(10);上述叶片(10)向同一方向倾斜,而且其高度大致与上述凹部的深度相同;上述叶片各自的外端通过腹板(10a)连接到上述底板的上述壁部(12)的内壁上;在上述叶片(10)的中间部分具有沟(10b),该沟(10b),该沟(10b)的大小可以使上述流体流动。
2、如权利要求1所述的鞋的内底或鞋底,其特征在于:底板(1)和盖板(2)用相同的热可塑性树脂材料制作。
3、如权利要求1所述的鞋的内底或鞋底,其特征在于:在上述底板(1)的上述壁部(12)上通过台阶形成薄壁部分(13),在上述盖板(2)的外周部分上,也通过台阶构成厚壁部分(21)。
4、如权利要求1所述的鞋的内底或鞋底,其特征在于:上述腹板(10a)具有可以使流体流动的形状。
5、如权利要求2所述的鞋的内底或鞋底,其特征在于:底板(1)的薄壁部分(13)和盖板(2)的厚壁部分(21)其厚度大致相同。
