Abstract

用和吸着其它电子零件相同的吸嘴可靠地吸着被着色的罩掩盖发光体的照明装置并将其安装在基片上。
设置保持灯泡等的发光体2的壳体1,发光体2被着色罩20掩盖着。罩20的顶部(亻)形成着平坦面23。用自动安装机的吸嘴25吸着平坦面23,能可靠地吸着照明装置2后移送到电路基片上。由于在罩20的圆筒部21和平坦面23之间设置曲面部24,向斜上方透过该曲面24部分的光成分的透射率变好,设置平坦面23能防止配光功能的下降。

Description

照明装置
本发明涉及照明例如车载用电子仪器的照明装置,更详细地是涉及能吸着保持盖在灯泡等发光体的罩顶部外面并安装在电路基片上的照明装置。
图6是已有技术照明装置的纵剖面图。
该照明装置A被配置在车载用电子仪器的操作部(头部)的内部,用于从内部照明在操作部所设置的操作按钮和在操作面板上形成的显示部。
在这种已有的照明装置中,使从灯泡等发光体2延长的引线端子4,4插入电路基片B的通孔内并进行软钎焊。这样将引线端子4,4插入的结构使发光体2的实际装配作业的效率下降。因此,在图6所示的照明装置A中,设置了保持发光体2的壳体1,使壳体1相对于电路基片B能进行平面安装。
上述壳体1由硬质树脂制造,在中心部形成着凹状的安装部1a。在壳体1的安装部1a的底面形成着通孔1d。同样,从壳体1的底面到侧面形成着连通上述通孔1d的沟1b,1b。发光体2被保持在上述安装部1a内。从发光体2延长的引线端子4,4被插入在上述通孔1d内,在上述沟1b,1b内被卷绕,引线端子4,4的前端部被钩搭在壳体1周围的上边部1e,1e。
在发光体2的外侧和壳体1的安装部1a的外周面装着着色的罩5。罩5由软质合成树脂制造,着色成红色系列或蓝色系列。从发光体2发出的白色光透过罩5,所以就可能用罩5的着色光进行照明。
在该照明装置A中,将壳体1的底面设置在电路基片B所形成的导电膜的凸缘部L,L上,将壳体1的底面和侧面露出的引线端子4,4和凸缘部L,L进行软钎焊。软钎焊作业由用膏状钎焊料(糊状软钎料)的软溶焊接2序进行。
如图6所示的照明装置A将壳体1的底面平面地安装在电路基片B上,但由于用人工进行将壳体1安装在凸缘部L,L的作业,所以作业效率低。
因而,与其它接头零件的安装等相同,用自动装配机的真空吸嘴保持壳体1或罩5,就能很好地运送到电路基片B的凸缘部L,L。但是,如图6所示的已有技术例,由于罩5的顶部(イ)是球面形状,所以用真空吸嘴吸着保持该顶部(イ)是因难的。为了用真空吸嘴保持球面状的顶部(イ),所以必须将吸嘴前端的形状制成特殊的形状。
同样,我们认为,使用有与罩5外周尺寸几乎相同的内径尺寸的吸引口的真空吸嘴6,也能吸着保持罩5的外周面(口)。但在该场合,由于无法避免罩5的外周面和吸嘴吸着口的内周面之间的间隙,所以用吸着口稳定地吸着保持罩5是困难的。
或者,使用吸着口的内径尺寸足够大的吸嘴7,也能吸着壳体1周围部上面(ハ)。该方法与使用上述吸嘴6的情况相比,能稳定地吸着。但是,由于使用的吸嘴7的外周从壳体1的侧面向侧方突出,所以吸嘴7的外周面易于触及邻接地装配在照明装置A上的电子零件。因此要限制照明装置A周围的零件装配。
本发明的目的在于解决上述课题,提供一种使用和吸着其它电子零件相同的吸嘴并能吸着保持罩的顶部那样的照明装置
本发明的照明装置,备有发光体、保持该发光体的壳体、盖在发光体上的罩,上述壳体被装配在电路基片上,其特征在于将上述罩的顶部外面形成为平坦面。
作为将壳体装配在电路基片的形式,最好是将壳体的底面或侧面平面地设置在电路基片的凸缘上,也可以使端子片从外壳突出,使该端子片弹性地插嵌在电路基片上所形成的通孔中那样地装配壳体。
同样,上述罩最好有包围发光体周围的筒部,在上述筒部的外面和比该外面的直径更小的上述平坦面缘部之间形成曲面部,而且在包含上述筒部的中心轴的纵剖面上最好将曲面部的外面和内面形成为规定半径的圆弧形状。
在上述装置中,由于盖住发光体的罩的顶部外面形成平坦面,所以使用吸着通常的电子零件例如接头型电子零件等的吸嘴,就能吸着罩的顶部外面。用吸嘴吸着罩顶部外面的平坦部,所以能稳定地吸着。从而能将照光装置简单且可靠地移送到电路基片上并进行装置。
罩包围发光体的周围的筒部的顶部全体也可以是平坦面形状,但在使用仅由筒部和平坦面构成的罩的场合,从发光体向斜上方的光对筒部的入射角变大,使光对该部分罩的透射率下降。因此,通过将筒部的外周面和平坦面的边界部分做成盖住发光体倾斜上方的曲面部,使向斜上方的光的透射率变高,光的配光效率也变高。

图1是表示本发明第1实施例的照明装置的分解斜视图,图2是本发明第1实施例的照明装置的纵剖面图。
在该实施例所示的照明装置A1中,壳体1和发光体2与图6所表示的已有技术相同。即,在硬质树脂制的壳体1上形成凹状的装着部1a。在装着部1a的底面形成通孔1d,在壳体1的底面和侧面形成着沟1b,1b。
在上述壳体1的装着部1a上插入发光体2。发光体2是直径约3.0mm的灯泡。该发光体(灯泡)2的用透明玻璃形成中空的内部被抽真空。2根引线端子4,4通过下端的封口部2b延长到发光体2的内外。在发光体2的内部,在两引线端子4,4之间连接着灯丝2a。
由发光体2向外部引出的引线端子4,4从装着部1a的底部通孔1d向底部外方突出,从底面直到侧面部插在上述沟1b,1b内且被卷绕着。引线端子4,4的前端被钩搭在壳体1周围的上缘部1e、1e。
符号10是罩。该罩10由软质合成树脂形成,并被着色成红色系列或蓝色系列。从发光体2发出的白色光透过罩10,就能得到红色系或蓝色系的照明光。
罩10有圆筒部11和嵌着部12,该圆筒部11几乎贴紧在直径d的发光体2的周围部分并包围着该周围部分,嵌着部12比圆筒部更接近基端侧。嵌着部12是圆筒形,其内径尺寸稍微小于壳体1的装着部1a所形成的筒部外面1c的直径。嵌着部12被弹性地嵌着在筒部外面1c上,所以罩10和壳体1相互间被弹性地固定。
在图1和图2所示的第1实施例中,罩10顶部(イ)的外面的几乎全部是平坦面13。即,盖住发光体2部分的罩10的形状由圆筒部11和平坦面13构成。但是,在圆筒部11和平坦面13的边界部设置着微小曲率半径(0.5mm~0.8mm程度)的小曲面r。
如图1所示,在该照明装置A1中,壳体1的底面被平面地安装在电路基片B的凸缘部L、L上。在该安装作业中,如图2所示,使用能吸着罩10的平坦面13的直径真空吸嘴15。在自动安装机中,用该吸嘴15吸着罩10的平坦面13,吸着并悬挂如图2所示那样装配好的照明装置A1的全体,移送到电路基片B上。在电路基片B的凸缘部L、L上预先图案成形着膏状钎焊料(糊状软钎料)层,用膏状钎焊料暂时粘结壳体1的底面,也可以用粘结剂将壳体1的底面固定在电路基片B。
在电路基片B上设置壳体1,在安装各种接头零件等后,再将电路基片B移送到加热炉,膏状钎焊料熔化,对引线端子4,4和凸缘部L,L进行软钎焊。
图3表示本发明第2实施例照明装置的纵剖面图。
第2实施例中的壳体1和发光体2和图2所示的第1实施例相同。
第2实施例的罩20的材料和着色也和图2所示的第1实施例相同,但罩20的形状和盖10不一样。该罩20设置着几乎贴紧在直径d(约0.3mm)的发光体2外周部的圆筒部21,该圆筒部21的高度大致被限定在1.5mm左右。并且,罩20的基端形成着弹性地嵌着在壳体1的筒部外面1c上的筒状嵌着部22。
罩20的顶部(イ)的外面形成着平坦面23。但该平坦面23的直径D3也颇小于圆筒部21的外径D1。例如,D1是4.0mm,则D3为2.5mm~3.0mm左右。从高度为H的圆筒部21到顶部(イ)的直径D2的部分形成着曲面部24。图3是包含圆筒部21的中心轴的纵剖面图,但在该剖面图中,曲面部24的外面形成为一定曲率半径R(例如3mm~4mm)的圆弧形状。曲面部24的内面也是一定曲率半径R的圆弧曲面。
平坦面23的周缘部(直径D3的部分)和直径D2的部分之间,在纵剖面图中是外面被形成为0.4mm~0.5mm左右曲率半径的曲面的小曲面r。
在图3所示的照明装置A2中,利用小径的吸嘴25吸着在顶部(イ)形成的平坦面23,由于这样的吸着,图3所示那样地装配的照明装置A2全体被悬挂,移放到图1所示的电路基片B的凸缘部L,L上,进行软钎焊。
如图2和图3所示的实施例的照明装置A1和A2,由于使用吸嘴15或25能吸着并保持罩10或20的平坦面13或23,所以该吸嘴15或25不必是特殊的形状,能使用吸着接头型电子零件等的通常形状的吸嘴。使用吸嘴15或25吸着罩的顶部(イ)的平坦面13或23,所以能稳定地吸着装配成图2或图3的状态的照光装置并可靠地向电路基片B移送。
但是,这种照明装置A1、A2,由于发光体2发出的白色光透过着色的罩10或20,所以罩的形状对发光体2发出的透过罩的光的分布特性有影响。
图4表示第1实施例的照明装置A1,图5表示着第2实施例的照明装置A2。
如图4所示,在车载用电子仪器的操作部等中,在照明装置的前方往往对向地设置由透明树脂材料形成的导光构件30的凹部31。从照光装置发出的光入射到导光构件30内,该光在导光构件30内传播,能在导光构件30延长的广泛领域对操作部等进行照明。
因此,在如图4所示的第1实施例的照明装置A1中,包围发光体(灯泡)2部分的罩10的形状几乎是圆筒部11和平坦部13。在发光体发出的光中,若着眼于向平行于圆筒部11的中心轴O的方向射出的光成分41,该光成分41由于垂直地入射到平坦面13,所以光对于罩10的透射效率良好。
但若着眼于图4中从发光体2向斜上方(斜前方)照射的光成分42,该光成分42透过圆筒部11。由于该圆筒部11的内面几乎与中心轴O平行,所以相对于圆筒部11内面的光成分42的入射角α变大。因而,由圆筒部11的内面所反射的光量变多,光对圆筒部11的透射效率下降。
因此,在图5所示的第2实施例的照明装置A2中,发光体2的斜上方部分被规定曲率半径的曲面部24掩盖着。在图5中,若着眼于与图4所示的相同照着角度的光成分42,该光成分42入射在曲面部24的内面,故入射角β变小。与图4比较,光成分42被曲面部24的内面反射的比率减少,光透射率变好。因此,通过设置平坦面23,能使配光功能的下降控制在最小限度内。还有,在图5中h是曲面部24的内面的切线,v是该面的法线。
因而,在图5的照明装置A2中,用斜上方(斜前方)的(二)表示的范围的光透射率比图4所示的照明装置A1更高。图5所示的照明装置A2在向中心轴O的周围均匀地配光的功能方面,比图4所示的照明装置更优良。特别在使用图4所示那样的导光构件30的场合,必需要将尽可能多的光量送入到导光构件30之内的广泛范围内,在设置导光构件30的构造时,最好使用图5所示的照明装置A2。
当着眼于上述配光功能时,最好是使平坦面23的直径D3尽可能小,这样能宽广地确保曲面部24的范围。但由于用吸嘴25吸着并悬挂照明装置A2全体,所以平坦面23的直径D3的最小界限是1.5mm~2.0mm左右。并且为了宽广地确保曲面部24的范围,最好设D3的最大值在2.5mm以下。
图4所示的照明装置A1在上述配光功能方面也比图5所示的稍差,但相反,对于与中心轴O平行的光成分41的透射光量却比图5所示的多。在集中地照明位于与中心轴O平行的前方的照明部的照明构造的场合,图4所示的照明装置A1比图5所示的照明装置A2在实用性方面更优越。
还有,在本发明的照明装置中设置的发光体2不限于灯丝式的灯泡,也可以是其它构造的灯泡或灯泡以外的发光体。同样,该照明装置能适用于车载用电子仪器以外的电子仪器操作部等的照明。
如以上那样根据本发明,由于在掩盖发光体的罩顶部形成平坦面,所以用自动装配装置的吸嘴能可靠地吸着保持罩的顶部并进行移送,这样就能安装在电路基片上。

Claims (4)

1.一种照明装置,其具有发光体、保持该发光体的壳体和罩住该发光体的罩,所述壳体安装在电路基片上,所述罩具有在其顶部外面形成的平坦面和可围住所述发光体周围的筒部;
其特征是:所述筒部比平坦面的外缘直径大,在该筒部的外面和平坦面的缘部之间形成曲面部,在包含所述筒部中心轴的纵断面上,曲面部的外面和内面形成规定半径的圆弧形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征是,在所述罩的筒部的基端侧上,形成可嵌着在所述壳体外面的嵌着部。
3.如权利要求1所述的照明装置,其特征是,所述壳体由硬质树脂制成,在壳体上形成的凹状的装着部用于插入、保持所述发光体。
4.如权利要求3所述的照明装置,其特征是,所述壳体具有在所述装着部底面形成的通孔和连通此通孔、形成在壳体的底面和侧面的沟,从所述发光体引出的引线端子从所述通孔突出、插入所述沟内并被卷绕着。
