技术领域
本发明涉及无衬标签的处理方法和设备,特别涉及把一面有粘胶的无衬标签从其卷材上分割下来的切割或拉断方法和设备。
现有技术
公知有多种分离或拉断连续公事表格的设备(例如见Reissue专利No.30398和美国专利No.3,741,451)以及把其上有可撕下纸片的普通标签从一折叠标签纸堆上拉断下来的设备,例如可见美国专利No.5,100,040和4,375,189。但是,把无衬标签从其一面为粘胶面、另一面为光滑面的标签卷材上切断下来提出了新的问题,而且分离或拉断连续公事表格或拉断其上有可撕下纸片的普通标签的典型设备不适合于分离无衬标签。
本发明概述
按照本发明,提供一种处理一卷材上的无衬标签的分割装置,该卷材一般从一卷无衬标签展开而成,该卷材的一面上有粘胶,另一面为光滑面。本发明装置把标签从该卷材上切割或拉断下来。无论是切割还是拉断,切割或拉断位置由标签卷材上预先印制的定时记号控制。例如,切割时,卷材上的定时记号控制切割线的位置。在从卷材上一张张拉断标签时,用定时记号启动拉断装置。因此,标签卷材上预先印制有定时记号,若使用拉断,还预先冲出与定时记号同步的孔。请注意,对于标签纸堆或在其中向前传送卷材的分割装置,不使用页边冲孔。

在拉断方式下,不使用其上有一刀刃的围绕枢轴转动的切割滚筒,而是用一光滑的拉断棒与冲孔卷材配合。输出辊轮可在检测到定时记号时加速,从而卷材碰撞拉断棒而沿着冲孔切断标签。
按照本发明一优选实施例,提供一种分割器,包括其间形成一压区的一对输入辊轮、其间形成一压区的一对输出辊轮和这两对辊轮之间的一分割件;还提供一种切断一卷材上的无衬标签的方法,该卷材的第一面不容易与其第二面上的粘胶粘接在一起,该方法包括下列步骤:(a)以第一方向送进该卷材的前部而使卷材穿过输入和输出辊轮对的压区并通过这两对辊轮之间的该分割件,(b)在分割件的上游位置检测卷材的一个表面上的定时记号,(c)随着周期性地检测到定时记号移动该分割件而抵靠该卷材,从而把该卷材分割成一张张标签。
按照本发明另一优选实施例,提供一种从一卷材上分割无衬标签的设备,该卷材的一面上有光滑涂层,另一面上有粘胶涂层,该设备包括:可围绕两平行轴线转动、其间形成一压区的一对输入辊轮,这两辊轮中的至少一个辊轮有一紧抵卷材的该光滑面的高摩擦表面,另一辊轮有一与卷材的粘胶面接触的不粘面;可围绕互相平行并与输入辊轮的轴线平行的两轴线转动的一对输出辊轮,其中至少一个辊轮有一与粘胶接触的不粘表面;这两对输入和输出之间、把卷材分割成无衬标签的一分割装置;一位于上述分割装置上游用于检测卷材上的记号并在检测到该记号时输出一信号的传感器以及按照该输出信号驱动该分割装置而形成无衬标签的装置。
因此本发明的一个主要目的是提供一种新颖、改进的分割装置和分割方法,用于将具有不同长度的不同类型的无衬标签从标签卷材上切断下来,从而使产量提高、可靠性提高、寿命延长。

本发明的最佳实施方式
各附图、特别是图1示出从一标签卷材W上形成一张张无衬标签的本发明分割器10。该分割器可以切割方式工作,也可以拉断方式工作。无论哪种方式,标签卷材的一面上预先印制有定时记号T,以便控制卷材的切割或拉断位置,这在下文交代。因此用定时记号可启动该分割装置。在拉断方式下,标签卷材W上有横向伸展的冲孔线,这些冲孔线在受拉时断开而形成一张张无衬标签。如图所示,卷材W最好由一卷卷材材料R展开而成。如图所示,该卷材W的底面为一粘胶面A,而其顶面为一光滑面,即涂有硅酮。当卷材卷成一卷时光滑面不会与粘胶面粘在一起。如前所述,标签纸堆不使用页边打孔。

在图7所示拉断工作方式下,大致使用同样的装置。但在拉断方式下,转动刀刃用一拉断棒80代替。固定刀刃40可保持原位,也可用一边缘光滑的刀杆代替,向前行进的卷材冲撞该刀杆,同时转动的拉断棒不断进行切断。但此时卷材上须有横向伸展的冲孔,从而这些冲孔断开而从卷材上切断下一张张标签。在拉断方式下,在形成一张张标签时卷材的送进无需停止。即拉断工作可连续进行。此外,在拉断工作方式下,一旦检测到定时记号即可使用控制器加速转动输出辊轮而沿冲孔线从卷材上拉断标签。
上面结合当前来说最实用和最优选的实施例说明了本发明,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,还包括在权利要求的精神和范围内作出的各种修正和相当结构。

Claims (18)

1、在一分割器中切断一卷材上的无衬标签的一种方法,其中该卷材的第一面不容易与其第二面上的粘胶粘接在一起,该分割器包括其间形成一压区的一对输入辊轮、其间形成一压区的一对输出辊轮和这两对辊轮之间的一分割件;该方法包括下列步骤:
(a)以第一方向送进该卷材的引导部而使卷材穿过输入和输出辊轮对的压区并通过这两对辊轮之间的该分割件;
(b)在分割件的上游位置检测卷材的一个表面上的定时记号;以及
(c)随着周期性地检测到定时记号移动该分割件而抵靠该卷材,从而把该卷材分割成一张张无衬标签。
2、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,卷材上的标签靠冲孔线切断;且步骤(c)包括移动分割件而沿冲孔线拉断输入辊轮对与输出辊轮对之间的标签。
3、按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,该分割件包括一刀刃,它安装成可围绕一轴线转动,其长度至少等于标签卷材的宽度;步骤(c)包括围绕所述轴线转动该刀刃而切割该卷材,从而从卷材上切割下一张张标签。
4、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,包括在沿卷材进行的两相继切割之间,该刀刃转动一整圈。
5、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,包括在沿卷材进行的连续切割之间,围绕所述轴线振荡该刀刃。
6、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,包括使该刀刃抵靠一润滑件而清洁该刀刃,从而至少减少标签上的粘胶在刀刃上的积累。
7、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在从卷材上切割下每张无衬标签前停止送进卷材。
8、按权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,分割件包括一固定刀刃;还包括下列步骤:在从卷材上切割下一标签后,反转输入辊轮而以与第一方向相反的第二方向相对固定刀刃移动卷材。
9、按权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:在以所述第二方向移动所述卷材的同时开动输出辊轮对以所述第一方向送进一切割下的标签。
10、按权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,分割件包括一固定刀刃,而该转动刀刃与所述轴线形成一螺旋角;包括下列步骤:在切割卷材之前停止送进卷材,然后正对所述固定刀刃围绕所述轴线转动该螺旋形刀刃,从而从卷材的一边连续切割到卷材的另一边。
11、从一卷材上分离无衬标签的设备,该卷材的一面为光滑表面,另一面为粘胶面,该装置包括:
可围绕两平行轴线转动、其间形成一压区的一对输入辊轮,这两辊轮中的至少一个辊轮有一紧抵卷材的该光滑面的高摩擦表面,另一辊轮有一与卷材的粘胶面接触的不粘面;
可围绕互相平行并与输入辊轮的轴线平行的两轴线转动的一对输出辊轮,其中至少一个辊轮有一与粘胶接触的不粘表面;
所述两对输入和输出辊轮之间、把卷材分割成无衬标签的一分割装置;
一位于上述分割装置上游用于检测卷材上的记号并在检测到该记号时输出一信号的传感器;以及
按照该输出信号驱动所述分割装置而形成无衬标签的装置。
12、按权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,该卷材在沿该卷材的相间距纵向位置上有横向伸展的冲孔,所述分割装置包括一可移向和移离卷材的拉断棒,从而沿冲孔把卷材拉断成无衬标签。
13、按权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述分割装置包括一固定刀刃和一围绕一轴线转动的刀刃,该转动刀刃与所述固定刀刃配合而把卷材切割成一张张无衬标签。
14、按权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转动刀刃以一方向转动,从而在一圈圈转动时从所述卷材上相应切割下一张张无衬标签。
15、按权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转动刀刃在零位与切割位置之间振荡,从而从卷材上切割下一张张无衬标签。
16、按权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述转动刀刃安装成与其转动轴线形成一螺旋角,从而所述转动刀刃与所述固定刀刃配合,从卷材的一边连续切割到卷材的另一边。
17、按权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述输入辊轮在从卷材上每切割下一张标签后反转而使卷材脱离该固定刀刃。
18、按权利要求17所述的设备,其特征在于,输出和输入辊轮对分别由输出和输入电动机驱动,在从卷材上每切割下一张无衬标签后开动所述输出电动机,以从该设备中送出该张无衬标签的方向转动输出辊轮对,同时开动所述输入电动机,使两输入辊轮反转,从而使卷材脱离固定刀刃。
