Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种用于电信和数据技术的电插塞连接器,该连接器包括设置在外壳中的RJ接触件、绝缘移位接触件、和连接该绝缘移位接触件的接触条。
上述类型的插塞连接件可以从EPO,445,376A1中得知。这种插塞连接器包括:一个带有装容该插塞件的腔体的外壳、按绝缘移位工艺设计的第一组接触件、以及与该第一组接触件相连接的第二组接触件(RJ接触件),该组接触件由细长的各接触条构成,这些接触条插入上壳体部分的沟槽中,并且互相靠近、平行而整齐地被导引入可供插入该插塞件(RJ插塞件)的容腔中。这些接触条在长的平行路径内被导引,并且它们彼此间距很小,这就使得在各接触轨道之间产生电容效应,从而导致较差的串话衰减值。
在US5,186,847中描述了一种用于高频领域的电插塞连接器,该插塞连接器的各接触轨呈弯开的形状并被设置成互相交叉的形式。通过这种方式,串话衰减值得以降低,但却不能保证在100兆比特/秒或100兆赫以上频率的传输通路中的话音或数据传输所需的值。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供比上述类型电插塞连接器有所改进的电插塞连接器,使其电参数有显著改进并满足高数据速率的传输要求。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:各接触条在RJ接触件和绝缘移位接触件之间形成多个不同角度,并且至少在接触舌区内各接触条的走向不是互相平行地处在一个平面之内。根据这一技术安案,各接触件结构之间的电容不平衡大大地降低。
本发明的其他有益的实施例是按照如下方式规定的:
(1)一种用于电信和数据技术的电插塞连接器,包括设置在外壳中的RJ接触件、绝缘移位接触件、和联接该绝缘移位接触件的接触条,其特征在于,在各接触条之间设有影响电容的装置。
(2)如上面本发明技术方案段落中所述的那种电插塞连接器,其特征在于,将各接触条在导板中埋置和导引。
(3)如上面本发明技术方案段落或(2)中所述的那种电插塞连接器,其特征在于,各接触条互相地部分交叉,在各接触条的交叉区内导板具有遮断件。

图1    所示的EPO,445,376A1中公开的插塞连接器包括一个模制外壳,它具有上部分10和下部分11。上部分10具有对置的、基本上呈矩形的侧壁14和15,它们各设有通孔16以便将下部分11上的楔型凸块43锁入。在上部分10的上侧接近各侧壁14和15的部位延伸出两排构成紧固元件的柱形延伸部件18,各柱形延伸部件18之间形成缝隙20,用以容纳导电连接件80,这些导电连接件80各带有整体形成的、呈一定角度的扁平脚部85。上部分10的前侧端壁22设有一排平行的沟槽24,它们与形成在上部分10的下壁的类似的沟槽26相联。各沟槽26一直延伸到接近于由各柱式延伸部件18限定的缝隙20的下部。前侧端壁22还包括对置着的、模制成一定角度的、突翼形的侧向部件28和29,它们各自构成通道30。在相反的前侧,上部分10设有整体形成的钩部34,它构成各导线的紧固元件。
下部分11设有基本上扁平的端部40,它具有对置着的两个侧壁42,侧壁42的外侧表面上设有楔型凸块43。在各侧壁42的内侧上设有一朝向内部的凸缘44。下部分11的前端部45包括一个用以限定空腔50的模制部分,该空腔50用以容纳一个插塞件,例如装设在接至电话机或计算机终端的软线尾部的那种插塞件。在紧靠第一端部40并接近下部分11的中央部位,相对地设有各垂直的立柱杆件56。下部分11在其前部具有一个垂直延伸的、其高度接近立柱件56之高度的平壁58。壁58的另一端终止在各侧壁42的凸起部分60处。下部分11可接纳一个安置在各对置的侧壁42之间并借助各凸缘44的夹持而就位的罩盖70。该罩盖70可以安置在这样两个位置之间:在第一位置,该罩盖70阻挡住对空腔50的进入;在第二位置,空腔50敞开。罩盖70上固定有片簧72,以便使罩盖70预张紧到闭合位置。
成组的8个电连接件80在由柱式延伸部件18在上部分10中所形成的缝隙20内延伸。每个连接件80都设有一个绝缘移位接触件81,该缘位移接触件81呈叉状并限定一个较窄的触件缝隙82,该触件缝隙82收尾于一个宽的插入部分83处。这种配置适合于如下的情况,当一条绝缘的导线插入于插入部分83并压入窄触件缝隙82之中时,该导线的绝缘被自动割开从而导线的芯线和连接件80的材料之间建立接触关系。绝缘移位接触件81基本上呈扁平形,设置成与一条贯通柱式延伸部件18的直线成45°左右的夹角,即与各缝隙20的平面为45°的夹角。各连接件80还设有脚部85,它与绝缘移位接触件81一体形成。
第二组连接件90包括一排8个接触舌92,它们各与一个脚部85相焊接。从各接触舌92上延伸出一个细长的接触条93。各接触条93互相平行地延伸。作为RJ接触件,该接触条93的终端连接一个供容纳在本图中未详细示出的终端的RJ插塞件用的容纳部分。
先有技术的插塞连接器将被考虑是一个8线/4对插塞连接器,其中包括接触件1至8、可以例如以下列的组态呈现:

图3中处在位置120的8个插塞接触件是RJ接触件,它们与空腔50中的插塞件的接触条93建立联接。这些接触条93互相平行地延伸到与绝缘移位接触件81相适配的连接件80处。
对这种结构的分析显示出一种过分简单化的数学模型,其中的接触件对可看作为一个电桥电路。相应的等效电路,例如对1和对3的等效电路,如图2所示。在该电路中:

在规定接触件3与5间的电容C1为1的情况下,电容C2和C3之值为2,而电容C4之值也为1(图2)。
为了避免串话,电阻R1中不应有电流流过,即图示而电桥应该是平衡的。这样,就随着因而要求满足以下条件:

C2    C4
然而,如果该电桥如例子中所示的那样,各电容之值分别为:C1和C4为1,C2和C3为2,则显然电桥不平衡。这种情况既存在于对1和3之间,也存在于对2和3之间、对3和4之间。发生串话的主要原因是各对间的电容不平衡。
当插塞连接器的RJ接触件能够使电容不平衡降低,或者使元件与接触件相联接,使得能提供受到控制的容量并从而降低不平衡,这种情况下可将串活减至最小。RJ接触件的结构可以构制成使得不仅该内部电容不平衡得到补偿,而且各个被分配的、合适的插塞件的内部电容不平衡也得到补偿。
如图4所示的本发明的插塞连接器在结构上与如图1所示的、包括上部分10和下部分11的插塞连接器的外壳相对应。但是其接触条93适于采取这样的形式,它们在部分的延伸路径中不是相互平行,而是在从空腔50至连接件80或至接触舌92的范围内分别采取具有多种角度的路径。各接触舌92都设置在一个平面内。各接触条93从该接触舌92都设置在一个平面内。各接触条93从该接触舌92的所在平面开始,在该接触舌92的范围内,部分地按着向下和上以及向左或右的方向折成多种角度,部分地互相交叉。例如,RJ接触件1跨过其接触条93.1与接触舌92.2相连接,RJ接触件2跨过其接触条93.2与接触舌92.1相连接,RJ接触件3跨过其接触条93.3与接触舌92.3相连接,RJ接触件4跨过其接触条93.4与接触舌92.5相连接,RJ接触件5跨过其接触条93.5与接触舌92.4相连接,RJ接触件6跨过其接触条93.6与接触舌92.6相连接,RJ接触件7跨过其接触条93.7与接触舌92.8相连接,以及RJ接触件8跨过其接触条93.8与接触舌92.7相连接。
在图5中以原理图的形式显示出:按照这种接触条93的结构,由于各RJ接触件紧靠在一起,因而接触件3和5之间的电容C1和接触件6和4之间的电容增大。因此达到了电容补偿。这样的补偿也可通过将RJ接触件元件3和4互相靠远一些设置,使得电容C2和C3减小,从而获得实现。其余的上述各对组态中的电参数也可以进行改变。
本发明的第二实施例如图6所示。在图6中没有表示出外壳。各接触条93按不同的方式形成角度,然后再互相平行。
图7示出本发明的根据图4所示的连接件90和92的第三实施例。这些连接件90和92与第二接触件95电联接。该第二接触件95可以是印刷电路板或者以高介电材料绝缘起来的金属元件。这种高介电材料设置在该接触件95上的某些部位,以便对其余的接触件位置提供受控制的电容量及补偿内部电容平衡。
图8示出有关接触舌92和接触条93之间的联接的另一实施。在该实施例中,各接触条在与接触舌92的联接区之内部分地相互交叉。接触条93.1被引向接触舌92.2并与被引向接触舌92.1的接触条93.2相交叉。接触条93.3被引向接触舌92.3而不与其他接触条交叉。接触条93.4与接触舌92.5相连接,并与接触条93.5及接触舌92.4之间的联接互相交叉。接触条93.6与接触舌92.6相联接。接触条93.7被引向接触舌92.8并与接触条93.8及接触舌92.7之间的联接相交叉。接触条93和接触舌92设置在外壳下部分11的导板57中的插塞连接器区之内。在各接触条93的交叉区中,导板57具有一些遮断件59。各接触条93和接触舌92仅在交叉区被设置在两个平面内,而一般情况被设置在同一平面内。这些接触条93在塑料材料的导板57中被导引成的部分交叉的结构降低了相互间的电容效应。

Claims (4)

1、一种用于电信和数据技术的电插塞连接器,包括设置在外壳中的RJ接触件、绝缘移位接触件、和连接绝缘移位接触件的接触条,其特征在于,
各接触条(93)在RJ接触件(1-8)和绝缘移位接触件(81)之间形成多个不同角度,并且至少在接触舌(92)区内各接触条(93)的走向不是互相平行地处在一个平面之内。
2、一种用于电信和数据技术的电插塞连接器,包括设置在外壳中的RJ接触件、绝缘移位接触件、和连接该绝缘移位接触件的接触条,其特征在于,
在各接触条(93)之间设有影响电容的装置。
3、如权利要求1所述的电插塞连接器,其特征在于,将各接触条(93)在导板(57)中埋置和导引。
4、如权利要求1或3所述的电插塞连接器,其特征在于,各接触条(93)互相部分地交叉,在各接触条(93)的交叉区内导板(57)具有遮断件(59)。
