Abstract

Description

无线电话头戴设备
本发明涉及无线电话领域,具体涉及无线电话机的头戴设备(headset)。
业务员和秘书广泛使用电话,并且通常必需一边用手记录或做其它事情,一边还要打电话交谈。手持电话手机通常限制这样的用户高效地工作的能力,还导致耳朵和手臂疲劳。常规的陆线电话的头戴设备已对大量用户提供了一种解决方案。然而,随着蜂窝电话或无线电话的出现,愈来愈多的电话对话是通过无线电话而不是通过常规的陆线电话进行的。
因无线电话不能按照与常规的陆线电话相同的方式工作,故常规的头戴设备不能与无线电话一起配合工作。在用户使用他自己的无线电话机时该用户经常是移动的,因而他需要一种能与无线电话机一起配合工作的头戴设备,这比对常规的电话机的需求还更迫切。据此,现在需要一种能与无线电话相兼容的头戴设备。
过去业已为右手用户或左手用户设计了头戴设备。这不仅增加了产品成本,而且还为适应左手和右手用户要花额外的费用。为此,现在需要一种能使左手和右手用户相兼容的头戴设备。
本发明是一种与无线电话机一起使用的头戴设备,包括:一个连接器,一条具含有多条导线的塞绳,一个壳体,一个枢轴和一个弯杆。连接器固定到无线电话机的插口中;塞绳具有第一端固定到上述连接器上;壳体连接在塞绳的第二端并且具有一个扬声器连接在第一导线与第二导线之间,该第一导线接到无线电话机的音频输出端,该第二导线接到无线电话机的地;枢轴连接到壳体的一端并且壳体具有一个开关,该开关连接到与无线电话机的地相接的第二导线的第一端上。弯杆在其近端处连接到上述的枢轴上,在弯杆的远端处具有一个话筒。所述的话筒在其第一端电连接到开关的第二端上,其第二端电连接到第三导线上,而第三导线接到无线电话机音频输入端和摘机检测电路上。该开关的一个状态是当弯杆与壳体对齐时,开关打开;并且另一个状态是当弯杆顺时针或逆时针旋转时开关闭合,其中话筒处在用户嘴的前方。

图1示出与无线电话机12一起配合使用的头戴设备10。头戴设备10具有一个壳体13,壳体13由一个枢轴14连接到一个弯杆16上。话筒18设置在弯杆16的端部。扬声器20设置在枢轴14内。头戴设备10通过塞绳22连接到无线电话机12上,塞绳22具有一个连接头24,该连接头与无线电话机12上的插口26相配对。
图2和图3示出使用中的头戴设备10。当用户将弯杆16在用户头顶上从其存放位置旋转到工作(active)位置时,一个开关30(参见图4)闭合。开关30的闭合使无线电话机12置于摘机位置,在该位置时电话呼叫可被接收到。从这些图可以看到,这可使用户不用其双手就能电话讲话。
图4示出头戴设备10及其有关的无线电话机12的部分电路图。插口26具有与无线电话机12内的三条导线的连接。第一条导线32将扬声器20连接到无线电话机12的音频输出端上和头戴设备检测电路33上。当头戴设备10与插口26相连接时,头戴设备检测电路33的输出34是“真”。当头戴设备10连接到无线电话机12时,头戴设备检测电路33能检知电压或电流的变化。
第二条导线35连接到无线电话机的地、扬声器20和开关30的一个端子上。开关30的另一个端子连接到扬声器18的一个端子上。第三条导线36连接到无线电话机12的音频输入端、摘机电路38和扬声器18的另一个端子上。
根据用户是左手习惯者还是右手习惯者,弯杆16可以顺时针或是逆时针旋转。开关30是三位置开关,无论弯杆16顺时针或反时针旋转,它都能闭合。开关30闭合时,电流流经发光二极管40。发光二极管40发出的光可使电流流过光敏晶体管42,使摘机线44变为“低”或“真”。
图5示出图4所示电路的另一实施例,它具有闪拍叉簧(flashhook)特点。该电路与图4中电路的差别在于,它有一个电容器52和一个瞬时开关54。瞬时开关54与电容52并联组合连接在扬声器20与地之间。瞬时开关54被偏置使它平时是闭合的,因而该电路的平常状态类似于图4中所示的电路。当瞬时开关54打开时,由头戴设备检测电路33检测到电压变化或电流的变化。因瞬时开关54或头戴设备10摘掉而引起的电压或电流的变化使输出34变为“假”。连接在输出34的微处理器60(参见图6)判断该“假”状态是瞬时的还是持续的。如果是瞬时的,则微处理器60执行闪拍叉簧特点,就象三方呼叫和呼叫转移特点一样。否则,头戴设备10被确定为已经摘掉。
图6示出无线电话机12的方框图。插口36内含三个导体32、34、36。第三导体36连接到摘机检测电路38,该检测电路38通过导线44连接到微处理器60。微处理器60控制无线电话机12。具体地说,微处理器60连接到键盘和显示器62、一对可控制开关64、66、发射机68、接收机70和本机振荡器72上。发射机68和接收机70通过双工器76连接到天线74上。如果该无线电话机工作在时分双工系统内,则双工器76可以省掉。发射机68连接到可控制开关64上,该开关64或是接通到插口26的导线36上,或是接通到无线电话手机内的话筒78上。接收机70连接到第二个可控制开关66上,该开关66或是连接到插口26的导体32上,或是连接到无线电话手机内的扬声器80上。当微处理器60从头戴设备检测电路33的输出34接收到一个“真”信号时,开关64接通到导体36上,第二开关66接通到导体32上。按照这种方式,无线电话手机的话筒78和扬声器80允许工作,或头戴设备扬声器20和话筒18允许工作,但这两方面不能同时工作。此外,当头戴设备检测电路的输出34为“真”时,一个警示或振铃信号传送到头戴设备扬声器20。当用户完成电话呼叫时,他只需简单地将弯杆16向上翻转,使它与壳体13并齐在一起。这就向微处理器60发送出一个挂机信号,由微处理器60终止该电话呼叫。
无线电话机12和头戴设备10可让用户只需将弯杆16翻转下来,就能方便地接收无线电话呼叫。这就容许无线电话用户不用手操作该无线电话机。头戴设备10中的三位开关30可使头戴设备由右手用户或左手用户使用。再一个实施例能让用户在使用头戴设备10时具有闪拍叉簧特点。本发明提供了设计得可与无线电话机一起使用的头戴设备,它具有当今的电话用户所期望的全范围的特点。
显然,对于本领域内的技术人员来说,在不违背本发明精神的情况下对本发明作出许多改动是显而易见的。例如,扬声器20可以设置在壳体13的另一端上,而不设在枢轴14内。或者,瞬时开关54可以是任一种平时被偏置呈闭合的开关。任何这样的修改都被认为是本发明中发明人专有权利的一部分。为了充分理解本发明的范畴,应参见所附的权利要求书。

Claims (5)

1.一种与无线电话机一起使用的头戴设备,包括:
一个连接器,用以固定到无线电话机的插口中;
一条塞绳,具有多条导线,其第一端固定到上述连接器上;
一个壳体,连接在塞绳的第二端,具有一个扬声器连接在第一导线与第二导线之间,该第一导线接到无线电话机的音频输出端,该第二导线接到无线电话机的地;
一个枢轴,连接到具有一个开关的壳体的一端,该开关连接到与元线电话机的地相接的第二导线的第一端上;
一个弯杆,在其近端处连接到上述的枢轴上,在弯杆的远端处具有一个话筒,所述的话筒在其第一端电连接到开关的第二端上,其第二端电连接到第三导线上,而第三导线接到无线电话机音频输入端和摘机检测电路上;及
所述开关具有两个状态,当弯杆与壳体对齐时,开关打开,当弯杆顺时针或逆时针旋转时开关闭合,其中,话筒处在用户嘴的前方。
2.根据权利要求1的头戴设备,其特征在于,当开关闭合时,摘机检测电路给出一个“真”输出。
3.根据权利要求1的头戴设备,其特征在于,还包括一个电容器和一个瞬时开关,这二者在电气上是并联的;该瞬时开关和电容器连接在第一扬声器与接地的第二导线之间,所述瞬时开关平时是闭合的。
4.根据权利要求3的头戴设备,其特征在于,还包括一个头戴设备检测电路,它检测瞬时开关何时打开。
5.根据权利要求1的头戴设备,进一步包括:
一个电容器;及
一个瞬时开关,并联到所述电容器上,
其中该并联的电容器和瞬时开关被串联在该扬声器及该开关的第一端之间。
