层压材料10有相互垂直的纵向和横向。花样60的图案可以有相对于纵向和横向成一定角度排列的主取向。例如图3中示出的图案有成45度角排列的菱形的任一侧的主取向,该取向平分平行于纵向和横向的矢量。
基本连续的粘合剂30的图案,可以排列成这样的主取向图案,该主取向只在相对于纵向和横向的对角线上排列。这种排列使得网在粘合剂30相邻线之间的间距对应花样60相邻行之间的间距。
如果粘合剂30的基本连续网只在纵向和横向排列,并与花样60完全重合,或与至少绝大部分重合的话,粘合剂30的线将有相对紧密的间隔。过于紧靠在一起的粘合剂30的线将是不希望的,这是因为该间隔将增加最终层压材料10的成本,大大降低层压材料10的吸收性,并将使使用者对层压材料10的柔软度感觉产生负面影响。
如果希望的话,可以将具有平行于纵向和横向的主取向的粘合剂30的基本连续的网叠置于具有只在相对于纵向和横向对角线上排列的主取向的粘合剂30的第一基本连续的网上。这种图案使得两种不同的间距可以使用。第一间距相应于花样60相邻重复单元格之间的间隔。第二间距相应于花样60相邻行之间的间隔。
参考图4A,粘合剂30的图案还可以包含独立的闭合的图形。当然,如上所述,独立的闭合的图形可以与花样60的相同的图案对准。这种排列保证了第一层12和第二层12粘结至一起,而无需过量的粘合剂30来连接紧密间隔的花样60。这种排列使用了最少量的粘合剂30,借此减少了柔软度和吸收性的损失。
参考图4B,应理解的是,对于相同图案的花样60,可以使用不同的粘合剂图案。图4B中的粘合剂30的图案相对于花样60形成的闭合的图形扩大了,所述粘合剂30向外延伸至闭合图形之外,而不是同样地且紧密地沿着花样60形成的图案。这种排列提供了这样的优点,即获得了更为接近的等间隔的粘合剂30的线。实际上,应理解的是,对于预定的距离,粘合剂30的线是相互平行的。
参考图4C,对于与图4A和4B中示出的花样60相同的图案,示出了混合的粘合剂30图案。在图4C的粘合剂30图案中,交错的闭合图形具有完全沿着该闭合图形轮廓的粘合剂30图案。另外的闭合图形具有放大至使相邻粘合剂30线之间间隔相等的粘合剂30图案。就柔韧性而言,这种排列预期在具有粘合剂30的围绕线的图形处或之间提供铰接线这样的优点。
应理解的是,在所要求保护的本发明中,有许多其它的组合,变更和变化。例如,无需将花样60局限于椭圆形,而可以是任何希望的形状。此外,花样60的图案无需由许多并置的独立花样60组成,以形成一图案。代之以,所述图案可以通过如本领域熟知的方法,通过连续的花样线60而形成。所述这些组合,变更和变化均被下面的权利要求所覆盖。

Claims (14)

1.一种层压材料,包括有:
以面对面关系用粘合剂连接在一起的两层或多层,
其特征在于,所述粘合剂以基本连续网的形式夹在所述层之间;且
所述层压材料还包括许多花样,所述花样垂直于所述层压材料变形并且用粘合剂连接至所述层上,所述花样与粘合剂的基本连续网相一致。
2.根据权利要求1的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样包括有序重复的图案。
3.根据权利要求2的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样是相互独立的。
4.根据权利要求3的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样的图案包括菱形图案。
5.根据权利要求4的层压材料,其特征在于,所述层压材料有相互垂直的纵向和横向,并且所述花样的图案有相对于所述纵向和所述横向的对角线处进行排列的主取向。
6.根据权利要求5的层压材料,其特征在于,所述粘合剂的所述基本连续的网有大致与所述纵向和所述横向对准的主取向。
7.根据权利要求6的层压材料,其特征在于,还包含粘合剂的基本连续的网,所述粘合剂的所述基本连续的网有相对于所述纵向和所述横向的对角线处排列的主取向。
8.根据权利要求2的层压材料,其特征在于,还包含与所述花样的相同的独立图案对准的粘合剂的独立的闭合图形。
9.根据权利要求1的层压材料,其特征在于包含两层,即第一层和第二层,所述第一层和所述第二层通过以突出物对突出物的花样,用粘合剂连接至一起,所述第一层和所述第二层各自有花样,所述第一层的所述花样与所述第二层的所述花样对准。
10.一种包含以面对面关系连接至一起的两个层的层压材料,每个所述层均有朝所述另一层取向的内表面,和与之相对并远离所述另一层取向的外表面,其特征在于,每个所述层均包含花样和非压花区,所述花样朝向另一所述层的非压花区取向,压在其上并用粘合剂连接至其上,借此,用粘合剂将所述两层连接至一起,所述粘合剂以基本连续网的形式夹在所述两层之间。
11.根据权利要求10的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样包括有序重复的图案。
12.根据权利要求11的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样是相互独立的。
13.根据权利要求12的层压材料,其特征在于,所述花样的图案包括菱形图案。
14.根据权利要求13的层压材料,其特征在于,所述层压材料有相互垂直的纵向和横向,并且所述花样的图案有相对于所述纵向和所述横向的对角线处进行排列的主取向。
