同步补偿装置
本发明涉及准备用于连接到配电或传输网络-下文称为电力网络的电气机器。更具体地说,本发明涉及用于上述目的的同步补偿装置。
无功功率存在于所有传输交流电流的电力系统中。许多负载不仅消耗有功功率,而且消耗无功功率,电力的传输和配电本身由于在变压器、架空线和电缆中串联电感的结果必然伴随有无功损失。架空线和电缆由于各相之间和各相与地电位之间的电容连接的结果也产生无功功率。
在交流电流系统稳态运行时,有功功率的产生和消耗必须一致,为的是得到标称频率。在电力网络中的无功功率平衡和电压之间存在着相等的强耦合。如果无功功率消耗和产生不以适当的方式平衡,其后果可能是在部分电力网络中的不能接受的电压电平。一个地区的无功功率过多会导致高电压,而过少则导致低电压。
与完全靠发电机的有功功率起动器控制的,有功功率在标称频率的平衡相反,借助同步发电机的可控激励以及分布在系统中的其他元件来获得适当的无功功率平衡。这种(相位补偿)元件的例子是并联电抗器、并联电容器、同步补偿器和SVC(静态式无功伏安补偿器)。

并联电抗器和并联电容器通常固定连接到或者经由一个机械断路器机构连接到电力网络上。换句话说,通过这些元件消耗/产生的无功功率不是连续可控制的。另一方面,通过同步补偿器和SVC产生/消耗的无功功率则是连续可控制的。因此这两个元件在需要高性能电压控制时使用。
下面简略叙述借助同步补偿器和SVC的相位补偿技术。
同步补偿器原则上就是一种无负荷运行的同步电机,也就是说,它从电力网络获取的有功功率等于机器的损耗。
同步补偿器的转子轴通常成水平状态并且转子一般具有六个或八个显极。转子的大小通常从热的角度选定,使得同步补偿器在过激励状态下能产生接近100%的视在功率,从热的角度选择定子的尺寸以获得无功功率形式的额定输出。在欠激励状态下,当同步补偿器消耗无功功率时,它消耗差不多60%的额定输出(随机器如何标定而变化的标准数值)。这给出差不多160%额定输出的控制范围,在这个范围内可以连续控制无功功率的消耗/产生。如果机器具有横向电抗相对较小的显极并且设置有既能正激励又能负激励的激励设备,则能够消耗比上述60%额定输出更多的无功功率,而不使机器超过稳定性极限。现代的同步补偿器通常都装备有快速激励系统,最好是通过滑环向转子供应直流电流的可控硅控制的静态式激励器。这个解决方案使上述正负电源两者都成为可能。
同步补偿器中的磁路通常包括一个叠层磁芯,例如具有焊接结构的钢片。为了提供通风和冷却,铁芯常被分成带有径向和/或轴向通风道的若干组块。对于较大的机器,叠片被冲成若干段附到机器的框架上。叠层磁芯用压爪和压环固定到一起。磁路的绕组放在磁芯的槽内,槽一般具有一个矩形或梯形的断面。
在多相电气机器中,绕组被做成单层或双层绕组。对于单层绕组,每槽仅有一个线圈侧边,而对于双层绕组,则每槽有两个线圈侧边,线圈侧边意味着一个或多个导体垂直或水平合并并起来并设置一个公共的线圈绝缘层,即被指定承受机器到地的额定电压的绝缘层。
双层绕组一般做成斜方形绕组,而本文中的单层绕组则可以做成斜方形或扁平形绕组。在斜方形绕组中仅存在一种(可以是两种)线圈宽度,而扁平绕组则被做成同心的绕组,即具有宽变化线圈宽度的绕组。线圈宽度表示属于同一线圈的两个线圈侧边之间的距离(以弧度计算)。
通常,所有大型机器都做成具有双层绕组和同一尺寸的线圈。每个线圈以一个侧边放在一层中并且以另一侧边放在另一层。这意味着所有线圈均在线圈的端部互相交叉。如果多于两层,这些交叉会使绕组工作变复杂,并且线圈端部不大令人满意。
考虑到用于旋转式机器的线圈可以制造成具有直到10-20kv的电压范围的良好结果。同步补偿器具有可观的短期过载能力。在电力系统出现机电振荡的情况下,同步补偿器能够短时供应无功功率达二倍的额定输出。同步补偿器还具有一个较长时间的持续过载能力,常常能够供应高于额定输出10至20%达30分钟。
同步补偿器的容量从几个MVA到几百个MVA。用氢气冷却的同步补偿器的损失量接近10w/kvar,而对于空气冷却的同步补偿器的相应数字则接近20w/kvar。
同步补偿器最好安装在长放射式传输线路的接收端以及在具有长传输线的屏蔽电力网的重重节点处,特别是在具有本地小型发电的区域。同步补偿器也用于增加HVDC转换站邻近的短路功率。
同步补偿器最经常地连接到电力网络中电压基本上高于同步补偿器的设计电压的位置。这就是说,除了同步补偿器之外,同步补偿装置一般还包括一个升压变压器、一个在同步补偿器和变压器之间的母线系统、一个在同步补偿器和变压器之间的发电机断路器,以及一个在变压器和电力网络之间的线路断路器,参看图1的单线示意图。
近年来,SVC因为其优点特别是考虑到成本优点,不过在某些应用中也因为技术上的优点而在新的装置中已经在很大程度上取代了同步补偿器。
今天,SVC原理(静态式无功伏安补偿器)是对于无功功率补偿的先进原理,并且在许多情形下取代传输网络中的同步补偿器,在电弧炉方面也具有工业应用。SVC与同步补偿器不同,在没有任何运动或旋转的主要元件这个意义上说是静态的。
SVC技术的基础是用半导体、可控硅建造的快速断路器。一个可控硅能在百万分之几秒内从绝缘体转变为导电体。电容器和电抗器能够借助可控硅电桥几乎没有延迟地接通或断开。把这两种元件结合起来,就能平滑地供应或提取无功功率。具有不同无功功率的电容器组使得能够以步进的方式控制所供应的无功功率。
SVC装置由电容器组和电抗器两者组成,并且由于可控硅产生谐波的关系,装置还包括有谐波滤波器。除了控制设备之外,在补偿设备和网络之间还需要一个变压器,为的是得到从大小和成本观点来看最佳的补偿。SVC装置可用范围从几个MVA到650MVA,标称电压达765KV。
按电容器与电抗器如何组合来命名,存在有各种不同的SVC装置,可能包括的两种常见元件是TSC或TCR。TSC是一个可控硅控制的无功功率产生电容器,TCR是一个可控硅控制的无功功率消耗电抗器。常见的型式是这些元件TSC/TCR的一个组合。
损失的大小在很大程度上取决于SVC属哪一种型式的装置,例如FC/TCR型式(FC意味着电容器固定)具有比TSC/TCR大得多的损失。后一型式的损失差不多可与同步补偿器的损失相比拟。
由相位补偿技术的上面概括说明显然看出,这可以分成两种基本原理,即同步补偿和SVC。
这些原理各有不同的优势和弱点。与同步补偿器相比,SVC具有价廉的主要优点。但是,它还允许稍快一点的控制,这在某些应用中也可能是一个优点。
SVC与同步补偿器相比,缺点包括:
·它没有过载能力。在其容量极限运行时,SVC基本上变成一个电容器,也就是说,如果电压下降,则无功功率的产量按电压的平方下降。如果相位补偿的目的是能够远距离传输功率,缺乏过载能力就意味着为了避免稳定性问题选用SVC装置时必须选择高于选用同步补偿装置时的额定输出。
·它在包含有TCR时需要滤波器。
·它没有带内部电压源的旋转物质,这是使用同步补偿器,特别是在HVDV传输的邻近使用时的一个优点。
本发明涉及一种新的同步补偿装置。
旋转式电气机器已开始被使用于例如产生/消耗无功功率,目的是获得网络中的相位补偿。
下面简短叙述这一技术-即借助同步补偿器的相位补偿和用于补偿无功功率的其他常规技术。
无功功率应当在消耗点局部补偿以防止无功功率被转移到网络上和引起损失的上升。并联电抗器、并联电容器、同步补偿器和SVC代表补偿传输和辅助传输网络中对无功功率的需求的不同途径。
同步补偿器原则上就是空载运行即从网络获取相当于机器损耗的有功功率的同步电机。机器可以是欠激励或者过激励,其目的分别是消耗或产生无功功率。其无功功率的产生/消耗可以连续调节。
在过激励状态,同步补偿器具有相对较大的10-20%持续达30分钟的短期过载能力。在欠激励状态,当机器消耗无功功率时,它通常能消耗差不多60%的额定输出(随如何选定机器尺寸而定的标准数值)。这给出一个差不多160%额定输出的控制范围。
如果机器具有相对较小的横向电抗的显极并配备有能够负激励的激励装置,则有可能消耗多于上述60%额定输出的无功功率,而不使机器超出其稳定性极限。现代的同步补偿器通常都装备有快速激励系统,最好是其中直流电流经由滑环供应到转子的可控制控制的静态式激励器。根据以上所述,这个解决方案还允许负激励。
今天,同步补偿器主要被用于产生和消耗与HVDC转换站连接的传输网络中的无功功率,这是因为同步补偿器具有增加其短路容量的能力(SVC就缺乏这个)的缘故。近几年来,SVC因为其在成本和结构方面的优点,在新的装置中已取代了同步补偿器。
本发明涉及首先提到的原理,即同步补偿原理。
针对这一背景,本发明的一个目的就是通过减少连接到包括36KV及其以上的电压电平的高压网络时所需要的电气元件数目来提供一种比使用已知技术所可能达到的更好的同步补偿器。
根据本发明的第一个方面达到这个目的,在于权利要求1的序言所述型式的装置包括该项权利要求的特征部分界定的专门特性。
由于同步补偿装置旋转式电气机器中的绕组用这种专门的固体绝缘层制造,机器可能达到的电压电平远高于实际上或财政上可能建造的这种型式的常规机器极限。电压电平可达到配电和传输的电力网络中应用的任何电平。因而,获得的优点是同步补偿器可直接连到这种网络上而不需要中间连接升压变压器。
去掉变压器本身必然带来成本、重复以及空间的大量节省,而且还具有胜过常规同步补偿装置的其他决定性优点。
装置的效率提高了,并且由于变压器消耗无功功率和最终的相位角偏移而引起的损失避免了。这对于系统的静态和动态稳定性余量方面都具有正面影响。再者,常规变压器含有必然会带来火灾风险的油。这在根据本发明的装置中被消除了,并且对各种型式的火灾预警要求降低了。许多其他的电气耦合元件和保护设备也被减少了。这一点带来了降低装置成本和更少的维护服务需求。
这些以及其他优点使得同步补偿装置大大小于常规装置,比常规装置花费更少并且由于维护少和损耗小,从根本上改善了运行的经济性。
由于这些优点,根据本发明的同步补偿装置将有助于提高这个原理与SVC原理(参见前面)的财政竞争力,甚至提供不亚于此的成本好处。
因此,本发明使同步补偿器原理与SVC原理相比拟的竞争力的事实使得能够回过头来使用同步补偿装置。于是,与SVC补偿相联系的缺点不再确切了。SVC装置中的复杂、庞大的电容器组和电抗器就是一种这样的缺点。SVC技术的另一个大缺点是其静态补偿不能给出和在旋转式电气机器中利用其关于电压和相位角的旋转电动势得出的惯性所达到的同样稳定性。因此,同步补偿器更能调节网络中的暂时性干扰和相位角的摆动。控制SVC装置的可控硅对相位角的偏移也很敏感。根据本发明的装置还能使谐波问题得到解决。
于是,根据本发明的同步补偿装置使同步补偿技术胜过SVC技术的优点得到开发利用,使得从装置投资和运行两方面的观点来看达到成本较这一技术更优的效率更高、更稳定的补偿。
根据本发明的装置与常规同步补偿器和SVC两者相比是一种小型、廉价、高效并且可靠的装置。
本发明的另一目的是满足对快速、连续控制直接连到辅助传输或传输电平的无功功率的需要,以便管理系统稳定性和/或对旋转物体与HVDC传输邻近的电动势的依赖性。装置将能够供应从几个MVA到几千MVA的一切。
通过满足所述目的赢得的优点是取消了其电抗以另一种方式消耗无功功率的中间变压器,这还使得能够取消传统的高功率断路器。由于有旋转式补偿的关系,还获得了网络质量方面的优点。借助根据本发明的装置,过载能力也增加了,使用本发明后过载可达+100%。根据本发明的同步补偿器给出的过激励运行中的过载能力无论在短时期还是长时期过载能力方面都高于常规的同步补偿器。这是最主要的优点,因为用于加热定子的时间常数在根据本发明的定子绕组电绝缘层的情况下是很大的。但是,转子的热范围必须使得它不限制开发利用这一过载能力的可能性。这使得能够利用更小的机器。控制区域可以比使用现有技术的更长些。
为了达到这一点,包括在同步补偿装置的电气机器中的磁路由所插入的固定绝缘电缆和所包含的地线组成。本发明还涉及制造这样一种磁路的过程。
于是已知技术和根据本发明的实施例之间的主要的本质区别就是这一点系通过一个配备有固体绝缘层的电气机器获得,绕组的磁路被安排得经由断路器和隔离器直接连接到20至800KV之间最好是36KV的高压电压源。于是,磁路包括一个具有一个绕组的叠层磁芯,绕组则由具有一个或多个固定绝缘导体的插入电缆组成,电缆在导体上和绝缘层外都具有半导电层,外层的半导电层连接到地电位。
为了解决电气机器直接连到各种型式的高压电力网络所引起的问题,根据本发明的装置中的机器具有上述许多显著不同于已知技术的特性,另外的特性和其他实施例界定在有关权利要求中并在下面讨论。
同步补偿装置以及其中所包含的根据本发明的电气机器的上述特性和其他基本特征包括如下:
·磁路的绕组用具有一个或多个固定的绝缘导体生产并在导体和包皮上都带有一个半导电层的电缆生产。这种型式的一些典型导体有PEX电缆或者带有EP橡胶绝缘层的电缆,但是,对目前的实际应用来说,它又在导体的绞合线和外包皮的特性两方面有了进一步地发展。PEX=交联聚乙烯(XLPE)。EP=丙乙烯。
·具有圆形截面的电缆较好,但为了例如说获得更好的封装密度,具有某些其他截面的电缆也可以使用。
·这样一种电缆允许叠层磁芯根据本发明以一种新的最佳方式对槽和齿进行设计。
·绕组最好制造得具有梯级的绝缘层,以达到最佳利用叠层磁芯。
·绕组最好制造成多层的同心电缆绕组,从而能够使线圈端部交叉的数目减少。
·槽设计得适合于绕组电缆的横截面,使得槽以若干圆柱形开口的形式顺着轴和/或径向互相在对方之外延伸并有一个开着的腰部延伸在定子绕组的各层之间。
·槽的设计调整到适合电缆的横截面和绕组的梯级绝缘层。梯级绝缘层允许磁芯具有不管怎样径向延伸都基本不变的齿宽。
·上面提到的在绞合线方面的进一步发展必然伴随着由若干碰触的层组成的绕组导体,即从电气机器的观点看绝缘的绞合线不必正确交叉、互相不绝缘和/或互相绝缘。
·上面提到的在外层包皮方面的进一步发展必然在顺着导体长度的适当地点,外层包皮被切断,每一切断部分的长度均被直接连到地电位。
使用上述形式的电缆允许绕组外层包皮的整个长度以及装置的其他部分保持在地电位。一个重要的优点是电场在外层半导电层之外的线圈端部区域内接近于零。由于外层包皮上的地电位,电场不需要控制。这意味着无论是在磁芯中、在线圈端部区域还是在它们之间的过渡区都不会出现电场集中。
绝缘和/或不绝缘的碰触绞合线或者交叉的绞合线的混合,其结果是产生低的杂散损失。
使用在磁路绕组中的高压电缆由一个具有多根绞合线的内芯/导体、至少两个半导电层构成,最内层被一个绝缘层包裹住,后者又被具有外径为20-250mm数量级且导体面积为30-3000mm2数量级的外半导电层包裹。
根据本发明的一个特别优选实施例,至少这些层的两层,最好全部三层具有同一样的热膨胀系数。如此获得的决定性好处是缺陷、裂缝等等都在绕组的热运动时失去了作用。
本发明还涉及对包括在同步补偿装置中的电气机器的磁路的制造过程。过程要求通过将电缆经由圆柱形开口插入槽中而把绕组放置在槽内。
根据本发明的另一个方面达到目的,在于权利要求35的序言中所述型式的装置被赋予这一项权利要求的特征部分界定的专门特性。
由于适当固定的绝缘系统被设计得根据热和电的观点将其范围定成36KV以上,所以装置可以不用任何中间的升压变压器就连接到高压电力网络,从而获得上面提到的优点。这样一种装置最好但不是必须建造得包括根据权利要求1-34的任何一条为装置界定的特性。
本发明的上述以及其他有益的实施例界定在相关的权利要求中。
在下面参照附图对建造同步补偿装置的电气机器磁路的优选实施例的详细叙述中,将更详细地叙述本发明,在附图中:

图1示出一个根据本发明优选实施例的同步补偿装置的单线示意图,其中机器被安排得不用任何升压变压器就以两个不同的电压电平直接连到电力网络。
在根据图2通过定子1的一个扇面的示意性轴向视图中,关于同步补偿装置所包括的电气机器,也示出了机器的转子2。定子1以常规方式用叠层磁芯组成。数字1示出相当于一个极距的机器扇面。若干个齿4从位于径向最外层的磁芯轭状部分3沿径向朝转子2延伸并被其中安排有定子绕组的槽5隔开。组成这个定子绕组的电缆6是高压电缆,它可以是基本上和用于配电的那些同一类型的电缆即PEX电缆。一个不同之处是通常包裹这种配电电缆的外层机械保护包皮和金属屏蔽被取消了,使得本申请的电缆仅由导体和绝缘层两侧的至少一个半导电层组成。这样一来,对机械损害敏感的半导电层就裸露在电缆的表面上。
电缆6示意性地示于图2中,仅画出每个电缆零件或线圈侧边的中央导电部分。正像所能看到的一样,每一个槽5具有宽部分7和窄部分8交替变化的横截面。宽部分7基本上是圆形并环绕电缆线,这些部分之间的腰部形成窄部分8。腰部的作用是径向固定每一根电缆的位置。槽5的横截面还沿径向朝内逐渐变窄。这是因为电缆零件的所在位置越是靠近定子1的径向内侧部分电缆零件上的电压越低的缘故。因此,那里可以使用较细的电缆线,而在更外一些的地方,则需要较粗的电缆线。在所述的例子中,使用了三种不同尺寸的电缆,分别安排在槽5的三个相应尺寸的部分51、52、53。一个辅助功率绕组9被安排在最外层。
图3示出用在根据本发明的电气机器中的高压电缆的一个逐级剥开的端视图。高压电缆6包括一个或多个导体31,每个导体包括一起给出例如说一个圆形的铜(Cu)截面的若干绞合线36。这些导体31安排在高压电缆6的中央部分,并且在所示的实施例中各自被一个局部绝缘层35包裹住。但是,在四个导体31中的一个上面省去局部绝缘层也是行得通的。当然,导体31的数目并不需要限定为4,而是可以更多或更少。用一个第一半导电层32将导体31一起裹住。在这个第一半导电层32周围的是绝缘层33,例如PEX绝缘层,后者又被一个第二半导电层34包裹住。这样一来,“高压电缆”的概念在本申请中,不需要包括通常包裹这种电力配电电缆的那一类型的任何金属屏蔽或外层包皮。

Claims (38)

1.一种同步补偿装置,至少包括一个具有至少一个绕组的旋转式电气机器,其特征在于这至少一个电气机器的绕组包括一个至少含有两个各自基本上构成一个等位面的半导电层并且还包含有位于其间的固体绝缘层的绝缘层系统。
2.根据权利要求1的装置,其特征在于至少一层具有基本与固体绝缘层一样的热膨胀系数。
3.根据权利要求1或2的任一条的装置,其特征在于绝缘层由准备用于高电压并且包括一个或多个用至少一个半导电层(32、34)和固体绝缘层的中间绝缘层(33)包裹起来的载流导体(31)的电缆(6)建造。
4.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于最里层的半导电层(32)处于基本上和导体(31)同一样的电位。
5.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于外层的一个半导电层(34)被安排得基本形成一个包围导体(31)的等位面。
6.根据权利要求5的装置,其特征在于所述外层半导电层(34)连接到一个选定的电位。
7.根据权利要求6的装置,其特征在于所选电位是地电位。
8.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于所述诸层中的至少两层具有基本一样的热膨胀系数。

10.根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于绕组由包括一个或多个载流导体(2)的电缆组成,每一个导体包括若干绞合线、一个被安排在每一导体周围的里层半导电层(3)、一个被安排在各个里层半导电层(3)周围的固体绝缘层的绝缘层(4)以及一个被安排在每个绝缘层(4)周围的外层半导电层(5)。
11.根据权利要求10的装置,其特征在于电缆还包括一个金属屏蔽和包皮。
12.根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于磁路被安排在一个旋转式电气机器中,其定子(3)被冷却在地电位。
13.根据权利要求1或2的装置,其特征在于电动机器的磁路包括一个放置在槽(5)中定子绕组,所述槽5被设计成顺着轴向和径向延伸并且互在外面的若干圆柱形开口(7),具有基本为圆形截面并在各圆柱形开口之间用一些狭窄的腰部(8)隔开。
14.根据权利要求13的装置,其特征在于定子绕组的各相是Y形连接的。
15.根据权利要求14的装置,其特征在于定子绕组的Y点与地电位绝缘或者经由一个高欧姆阻抗连接到地电位并借助浪涌放电器防止过压。
16.根据权利要求14的装置,其特征在于定子绕组的Y点经由一个三次谐波抑制滤波器接地,其抑制滤波器被设计成随着确定出装置中故障情况的极限电压和电流,同时大量减少或消除电动机器中的三次谐波电流。
17.根据权利要求16的装置,其特征在于抑制滤波器借助浪涌放电器防止过电压,后者与抑制滤波器并联。
18.根据权利要求3的装置,其特征在于构造定子绕组的电缆(6)具有一个从高压一侧向Y点看逐步减少的绝缘层。
