例如，1987年5月5日公布的Williams的美国专利US4,662,877公开了一种尿布，它具有一个不透尿的面层片，面层片上具有一个孔，粪便材料能由该孔通过面层片而进入尿布的吸收部分。Williams尿布的空的空间由上凸形的芯构成。
形成空的空间的另一方法是从芯上取下材料以提供一个空腔。1936年6月9日公布的Jr.Jackson的美国专利US2,043,325公开了一种卫生垫，它具有一个贮袋，以容纳排出的粪便。从垫的吸收顶层除去松散填充的材料可形成所述贮袋。如1988年3月15日公布的Yamada的美国专利US4,731,065所描述的那样，这种结构在卫生巾领域中也是已知的。Yamada教导了一种卫生巾，它具有一个凹口，所述凹口界定了粪便元件，并且它由一个在柔性吸收元件上形成的空的空间形成。
形成空的空间的另一方法是使恒定厚度的芯成为一层。例如，1985年12月24日公布的Tharel的美国专利US4,560,380公开了一种尿布，它具有一个纵向中心开口，所述开口由反对称的S-形折形成。所述S-形折限定了三个重叠层，它们从纵向中心孔横向延伸至尿布的侧边部分。
1985年9月20日公布的LeFebvre的法国专利2,561,078和1990年2月28日公布的Enloe的欧洲专利申请0,355,740公开了一些尿布，它们具有一个限定该空的空间的U-形元件。特别是，LeFebvre教导了一种尿布，该尿布具有一个空气腔，以形成所述空的空间并与臀部相适应。Enloe教导了一种尿布，它具有由柔性泡沫形成的横向取向的凸边或-U-形元件，以防止粪便材料的运动。Enloe进一步教导的柔性泡沫凸边可以是直的，并且横向延伸。
1990年1月9日公布的以普通形式转让给DesMarais等人的美国专利US4,892,536中描述了一种改进型一次性使用的吸收制品，该制品具有一个空的空间。DesMarais等人教导的一次性使用吸收制品具有一个衬垫和一个从那里通过的通道。通过在不靠近所述通道纵向设置的松紧带使所述衬垫纵向收缩。这种结构改进了制品，特别是衬垫与使用者的配合情况。
1991年2月5日公布的以普通形式转让给FreeLand的美国专利US4,990,147中描述了另一种改进型一次性使用的吸收制品，该制品具有一个空的空间。FreeLand公开了一种具有一个衬垫和一个从其上通过的通道的一次性使用的吸收制品。该衬垫全部或部分由弹性的板片制成。弹性板片使通道与肛门开口对齐，降低将粪便材料移至所述空的空间的通道所必需的尺寸，使得可避免将不必要的皮肤暴露于集聚的粪便材料。
1991年8月6日公布的以普通形式转让给Allen等人的美国专利US5,037,416中描述了另一种对FreeLand技术的改进。Allen等人公开了一种一次性使用的吸收制品，它具有一个弹性的可伸展的顶片，顶片由一种能被拉长以适应使用者的形状的材料制成，在高度伸长条件下它可保持极低的接触压力。这种结构的顶片在不引起使用者不舒适或疼痛的情况下即可使顶片非常好地贴合于使用者。
按照Williams、Tharel、DesMarais等人，FreeLand和Allen等人的已有技术，其所存在的一个缺点是在使用过程中，空的空间不保持打开状态。而那些更加先进的使用弹性元件以确保形成空的空间并使其与肛门开口对齐的技术，当使用者坐着时可能会压扁所述空的空间。
按照Jr.Jackson、Yamada、LeFebvre和Enloe的已有技术的教导，可以使用支撑件使空的空间处于打开状态。但是，这些支撑件教导粪便的容器要靠近通道。当这些一次性使用的吸收制品严重加载时，继续加入的粪便材料可能会不通过开口而保持与使用者的皮肤接触。因为粪便材料未被隔开在空的空间中，因此这种结构不便于清洗使用者。
本发明目的在于提供一种能够易于从使用者皮肤上清洗粪便材料的一次性使用的吸收制品。本发明目的特别在于提供一种一次性使用的吸收制品，它不仅能够传送粪便材料使其离开使用者，而且最好也隔开位于一个空的空间中的粪便材料。
本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品具有：一个前腰围、一个后腰围和一个纵向中心线。所述一次性使用的吸收制品具有一个透液的顶片和一个不透液的底片，它们至少部分周边相互连接，以便在其间形成一个用于容纳粪便材料的空的空间。将一个吸收芯放置于顶片和底片之间。
顶片具有一个用于将粪便材料传送到空的空间中的孔。该一次性使用的吸收制品进一步包括一个当使用者的重量加于尿布上时保持所述空的空间的装置，使得不会阻断离开所述孔朝向后腰围转送粪便材料。
一次性使用的吸收制品的芯部可以包括：一个联于顶片的上层和一个联于底片的下层。用于保持空的空间的装置提供了一个位于所述上层和下层之间的Z-向的间隙。
用于保持空的空间的装置可以包括至少一个，最好是至少两个纵向取向的衬垫。两个纵向取向的衬垫可分别被设置于纵向中心线的两侧上，并且其取向是使其朝向后腰围方向岔开。可以进一步提供一个中心衬垫，它位于两个外侧衬垫的中间，并平行和重合于其纵轴。
而本说明书也包括特别指出和清楚地限定了本发明的权利要求书的内容，可以确信，通过参照附图进行的下述描述可以更好地理解本发明。

参照图1，“一次性使用的吸收制品”涉及到一种穿在使用者身体上能收集身体排泄物的衣服。一次性使用的吸收制品20一次使用后即将被丢弃，并不再浆洗或另外再使用(尽管可以回收其某些元件或使其用于制肥料)。
按照本发明的一个优选的一次性使用的吸收制品20由一个婴儿尿布构成。一次性使用的吸收制品20包括：一个透液的顶片22、一个不透液的底片24、以及一个位于顶片22和底片24之间的吸收芯26。顶片22和底片24至少部分周边相连，以确保使芯26处于所希望的位置。芯26可以包括两层，一个上层26U与顶片22并置，而一个下层26L与底片24并置。本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20进一步包括衬垫54和56，它布置在顶片22的底面和芯26的下层26L之间。
本发明一次性使用的吸收制品20可以进一步包括：弹性的腿根箍和/或阻挡用腿根箍，用于在使用时防止身体排泄物泄漏出一次性使用的吸收制品20的腿部开口。本发明一次性使用的吸收制品20最好进一步包括一个弹性腰带，以使其更适合于使用者的腰部。本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20可以进一步包括：胶带扣，用以方便地围绕使用者的腰部扣紧一次性使用的吸收制品20。为清楚起见，这些图中未示出弹性的腿根箍、阻挡用腿根箍、弹性腰带和胶带扣。
但是，如果希望把这些组件布置于一次性使用的吸收制品20中的话，可参考下述对比文件：1978年3月28日公布以普通形式转让给Buell的美国专利US4,081,301，它公开了在一次性使用的吸收制品20上使用松紧带制备腿根箍的方法和设备；1990年3月20日公布以普通形式转让给Aziz等人的美国专利US4,909,803，它教导了如何将阻挡用腿根箍装于一次性使用的吸收制品20上的方法，1974年11月19日公布的以普通形式转让给Buell的美国专利US3,848,594公开了如何制备胶带扣并将其装于一次性使用的吸收制品20上的方法，1989年3月28日公布的以普通形式转让给Foreman的美国专利US4,816,025公开了如何制备一次性使用的吸收制品20的合适腰带的方法。这四份专利被结合于此以作参考，以说明如何便利地将这些可任选的特征熔入本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20。
图1示出的本发明一次性使用的吸收制品20处于平的状态，它不具有弹性引起的收缩。顶片22和底片24通常界定了一次性使用的吸收制品20的周边。该周边是其外周边并且是一次性使用的吸收制品20的最大范围。该周边包括：一个前腰围32、一个后腰围34和两个纵向侧围。
前腰围32和后腰围34是一次性使用的吸收制品20的当其使用时围绕使用者腰部的那些部分，并且当使用者处于站立位置时它们通常位于一次性使用的吸收制品20的最高部分。所述纵向侧围是一次性使用的吸收制品20的连接前、后腰围32和34的那些周边部分。一次性使用的吸收制品20的跨裆是一次性使用的吸收制品20的位于前腰围32和后腰围34之间的那部分，当穿上时它通常位于使用者两腿之间。
一次性使用的吸收制品20的芯部26不延伸到前腰围32或后腰围34中，使得顶片22和底片24可在此区域相互连接和封合，或者可以在其他区域相互连接和封合。前和后腰围32和34最好从一次性吸收制品20边缘朝向一次性使用的吸收制品20的横向中心线延伸一次性吸收制品20的纵向尺寸的约5％长度。
在此使用的一次性吸收制品20的“纵向”尺寸、方向或轴是当穿上一次性使用的吸收制品20时相对于使用者与其从前到后相一致的。一次性使用制品20的“横向”尺寸、方向、或轴是当穿上一次性使用的吸收制品20时与所述纵向垂直或与其侧向相一致的。横轴TT将一次性使用的吸收制品20分为前和后部分40和42，它与相应前和后腰围32和34的位置相对应。“Z-向”通常垂直于所述纵向和横向，并且它不位于一次性使用的吸收制品20的该平面内。
此实施例所述制品适用于重量为7.5kg至约12.2kg(16至27磅)、坐骨间隔约3.0cm至约7.6cm(1.2至3.0英寸)的使用者使用。应该理解，如果想要使一次性使用的吸收制品给较小或较大尺寸的使用者(包括成年人)使用时，应该相应缩小或扩大所述一次性使用的吸收制品。
尺寸适合于上述范围使用者的一次性使用的吸收制品20可以具有如下尺寸：其顶片22的纵向尺寸约43.8cm(17.25英寸)；其底片24的纵向尺寸约46.4cm(18.25英寸)。顶片22和底片24其纵向尺寸的不同相对于底片24按透视法缩小了顶片24，在其间形成一个空的空间，既使当一个芯部26被放入在顶片22和底片24之间时也还是能形成它。本发明的顶片22和底片24在跨裆处具有的横向尺寸分别是约15.9cm(6.25英寸)和约21.3cm(8.4英寸)。
一次性使用的吸收制品20的组成部分可以本领域公知的各种结构形式组装。1975年1月14日公布的以普通形式转让给Buell的美国专利US3,860,003以及所述1990年3月20日公布的以普通形式转让给Aziz等人的美国专利US4,909,803中描述了优选的结构形式，这些专利以参考文献的形式结合于此以便充分公开和优选一次性使用的吸收制品20的结构形式。在一个更为优选的实施例中，一次性使用的吸收制品20的结构形式按照Buell等人的美国专利申请第07/715,152号的教导做，所述申请的申请日为1991年6月13日。
更细地观察一次性使用的吸收制品20的各组件可以看出，顶片22和底片24通常共同延伸，并且如上所注意到的，至少其部分周边相互联接。在此使用的术语“连接”涉及这样的状态，即一个第一元件或组件固定或连接于一个第二元件或组件的直接连接状态，或一个第一元件或组件固定或连接于一个中间元件或组件，而后者依次固定或连接于所述第二元件或组件的间接连接状态。第一元件或组件和第二元件或组件之间的组合是想要保持一次性使用的吸收制品20的寿命。
可使用本领域任何公知方法联接顶片22和底片24，例如，粘合剂粘合，或热封。把顶片22和底片24连接起来的一个特别优选的方法是：使用热熔粘合剂，例如俄亥俄州的哥伦布的世纪粘合剂公司生产和销售的商标名为Century 5227的粘合剂或明尼苏达的布尔大街的H.B.佛拉公司销售的HL 1258粘合剂(Century Adhesives，Inc of CoCumbus Ohio and marketed as Cen-tury 5227 or HL 1258 adhesive sold by the H.B.Fuller Companyof st.Paul，Minnestoa)。在此优选的实施例中，通过纵向取向的粘合剂条带实现粘合剂连接。
吸收芯26其纵向和横向尺寸小于顶片22和底片24的尺寸。吸收芯26的下层26L可以是各种尺寸和形状，例如矩形或沙漏形。芯26的上层26U通常与顶片22的后部42相适应。
在此使用的“芯”涉及一次性使用的吸收制品20的用于吸收和保持身体排泄物的任何元件。吸收芯26的上层26U和下层26L均具有对置的主端面，并且如果希望的话，可由一层或多层织物、塑料将其封装起来，或者也可以涂有一种释放剂，以便降低对粪便材料的摩擦力。
织物层改进了吸收芯26的拉伸强度，并且当湿时不易撕裂或结块。所述织物可以进一步改进横向转移液体的性能，并且可使吸收的液体更均匀地分布于整个吸收芯26。织物层的基本重量是接近16g/m2(每3,000平方英尺10磅)，空气透过率是接近30m3/分·m2(100立方英尺/分·平方英尺)，并且它具有13毫米的水压差(0.5英寸的水)，已经发现这样的织物层可以很好地工作。此外，顶片22可以是分开的，或也可以包裹住芯26。
吸收芯26可由各种通常使用的材料制成，例如：粉碎的木浆，通常称之为空气毡。如果希望的话，吸收芯26可以进一步包括本领域通常使用的吸收胶凝材料。特别是，可以按照1986年9月9日公布的以普通形式转让给Weisman等人的美国专利US4,610,678的教导制备吸收芯26，该专利被结合于此以作参考，用以说明如何制备适用于本发明的吸收芯26。已经发现，按照1988年4月19日公布的以普通形式转让给Brandt等人的再公告美国专利32,649制备的吸收胶凝材料适用于本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20。
如果希望的话，在一个特别优选的实施例中，吸收芯26的下层26L可以具有间断的贮存和栏截区域。贮存区域其平均密度和平均基本重量比栏截区域的要高，使得栏截区可以显著有效而快速地获得排出液，并将其转移到长期贮存的贮存区。可以按照1989年5月30日公布的以普通形式转让给Alenany等人的美国专利US4,834,735的教导制备这样的下层26L，该专利被结合在此以作参考，用以说明如何制备芯26的一个特别优选的下层26L。一种合适的芯26的材料是纤维质吸收胶凝材料，例如，加利福尼亚的洛杉矶市的大西洋富源公司(AtlantidRichfield Company of Los Angeles，California)出售的商品名为Fibersorb的材料。
如图2所示，芯26包括两个单独的层，即连于顶片22底侧的上层26U和连于底片24上侧的下层26L。可以通过本领域公知的连接方法使芯26的上和下层26U和26L分别粘连于顶片22和底片24。一种特别优选的连接方式是使粘合剂形成螺旋形，并且形成纵向和横向的粘合剂条带。特别优选的粘合剂是俄亥俄州的哥伦布的世纪粘合剂公司生产的商标名为Centu-ry 5277的粘合剂，明尼苏达的布尔大街的H.B.佛拉公司出售的HL-1258粘合剂，明尼苏达的布尔大街明尼苏达矿业生产公司制备的XPO-9-035粘合剂。
最好，芯26的下层26L延伸至一次性使用的吸收制品20的前腰围32和后腰围34之间的全部纵向尺寸，但其不挤入前腰围32或后腰围34。仅需在一次性使用的吸收制品20的后部42具有芯26的上层26U。
芯26的下层26L的一个对置端面面向上层26U和顶片22的底面。芯26下层26L的另一端面面向底片24，并且最好是与其相接触的关系。吸收芯26的下层26L最好粘连于底片24。
芯26的上层26U使使用者和内腔以及施加于衬垫的压力隔开，如下面将要讨论的那样，当穿着一次性使用的吸收制品20的使用者坐着时将发生所述情况。为此原因，芯26的上层26U应该出现于一次性使用的吸收制品20的后部42，并且特别是仅出现于后腰带和孔46之间。一次性使用的吸收剂制品20的前部40中不必有芯26的上层26U，这是因为在一优选实施例中，芯26具有足够的吸收能力，因此一次性吸收制品20的前部40中不需要芯26的上层26U。
最好，上层26U和下层26L的暴露端面(这些端面未分别联于顶片22或底片24)被很好地确定，并且不侵入空的空间52。显著量的松散纤维从芯26侵入空的空间52将影响(如果不堵塞)粪便材料在纵向上的输送，并且阻碍了所述粪便材料与使用者的皮肤隔开。
再参看图1，“顶片”涉及一次性使用的吸收制品20的任何透水的面层，当穿上一次性使用的吸收制品20时它与使用者皮肤接触并防止芯26与使用者皮肤实际接触。顶片22最好是依顺的、触觉舒适的并且不刺激使用者的皮肤。最好处理顶片22使其是亲水性的，以便更易于将身体排泄物转送到芯26。
一种合适的顶片22可由多孔泡沫、微孔塑料薄膜、天然纤维(例如木纤维或棉纤维)、合成纤维(例如聚酯或聚丙烯纤维)、或其组合物制造。一种特别优选的顶片22包括聚丙烯纤维，其尼尔为约2.2并且长度为约15.9毫米(0.62英寸)。可以按照若干技术生产顶片22，并且可以被纺织、无纺、纺粘、梳通等等。
一种特别优选的顶片22被梳通并被热粘合，并且其重量是约18至25g/m2，其最小干拉伸强度是约400g/cm(在机器方向上测出的)，而其最小湿拉伸强度至少为约55g/cm2(在机器横向测出的)。一种合适的顶片22由麻萨诸塞州(Massachuestts)的瓦尔布尔(Walpole)的国际公司(International Paper Company)的维瑞太克有限经营部(Veratec，Inc.，Division)经销，其牌号为P-8。
顶片22最好具有弹性板片48，它位于横向中心线和后腰围34中间。弹性板片48使顶片22保持接近于使用者，以有助于使孔46保持对齐肛门开口。可以按照1991年7月16日公布的以普通形式转让给FreeLand等人的美国专利US5,023,120的教导安置弹性板片48，该专利被结合于此以作参考，以说明如何制备适用于弹性板片48的材料并将弹性板件48装于顶片22上。
如果有弹性板片48，则它最好横向对称于纵向中心线设置，并且可以在一次性使用的吸收制品20的整个纵向侧围之间横向延伸，或者也可以仅是约3.8至4.5cm(1.5至1.8英寸)宽。弹性板片可从后腰围34纵向延伸至孔46。弹性板片48在未拉伸条件下其纵向尺寸最好是约1.3cm(0.5英寸)，并且当装到顶片22中时它可以伸长约200％，即达到纵向尺寸约5.1cm(2.0英寸)。弹性板片48最好至少纵向伸长约300％。所述材料每厘米(0.4英寸)宽、0.03毫米厚受到约6至8克载荷时应能伸长约200％。一种特别优选的弹性板片48可以按照1991年8月6日公布的以普通形式转让给Allen等人的美国专利US5,037,416的教导进行制造，该专利被结合于此以作参考，以说明一种用于弹性板片48的结构的材料。
透液的顶片22进一步包括一个以纵向轴LL为中心的孔46。孔46可以是任何所希望的形状，其特别优选的形状是肛门形状，具有约5.1cm(2.0英寸)的纵向尺寸和约3.8cm(1.5英寸)的横向尺寸。孔46的最后边缘设置于当穿上一次性使用的吸收制品20时至少离其后边约15.2cm(6.0英寸)距离处，最好是相距约17.8cm(7.0英寸)。孔46形成使粪便材料从肛门开口通过顶片22转移至空的空间52的通道。吸收胶凝材料最好不对齐孔46，使得当具有大剂量尿时不发生胶凝结块。胶凝结块可引起下层26L堵塞空的空间52并影响粪便材料移向后腰围34。
底片24不透过如尿那样的液体，并防止由吸收芯26吸收和容于其中的液体弄湿内衣、外衣和床铺。在此使用的“底片”涉及当一次性使用的吸收制品20穿上时位于芯26外表面上、并且包围住一次性使用的吸收制品20内吸收的液体的任何阻挡物。底片24最好是柔顺的，并且易于与使用者身体的形状和轮廓相适应。
底片24可以是一种聚烯烃薄膜，例如，聚乙烯，其厚度是约0.01毫米至约0.051毫米(0.0005至0.002英寸)。如果希望的话，可以使其压花或研磨裉光，以便提供衣服状的外表或具有逸出蒸汽的通道。约45至90％的线性低密度聚乙烯和约10至55％的聚丙烯的混合物可以制备一个合适的底片24。典型的底片薄膜由印第安纳州的特瑞海特的瑞德哥工业公司(Tredegar Industries，Inc.of Terre Haute，Ineiana)有售，牌号为RR8220，它是吹制薄膜的混合物，和RR5475，它是用于模制薄膜的混合物。
本发明的衬垫54和56通常为条形元件，其纵向尺寸显著大于其他两尺寸，并且通常纵向取向。对于此处，如果一个元件其取向是在纵轴LL的约±45°范围内，则将其考虑为“纵向”取向。在此所用的“衬垫”是一次性使用的吸收制品20的任何具有如下功能的组件，即当使用者的重量加在顶片22上时该组件使所述空的空间52保持打开状态。
至少可以使用两个外侧衬垫54，它可与其他所希望的衬垫54或56一起使用，以便在芯26的下层26L和上层26U之间提供一个最小至少是约0.64cm(0.25英寸)的自由空间——考虑到上层26U的任何凹陷或下垂物、以及从芯26侵入所述空间的任何松散纤维。当使用者坐着时使用者的重量加于所述制品上，此时在上层26U和下层26L之间保持最小空间是重要的。衬垫54可包以无纺纤维，以降低衬垫54和56断裂或破裂的可能性，并改进与其他组件的粘接性。
衬垫54和56可由任何刚性材料制备，只要它足以支撑使用者的重量并在上层26U和下层26L之间保持所述最小间隙即可，但它也不要太能抵抗压力，以使得会在使用者皮肤上产生红的压痕。已经发现具有下述性能的衬垫能够很好地工作：在约1,400公斤/m2(2磅/英寸2)的压力下压缩量接近10％，并且至少呈现90％的恢复性。
可由任何泡沫材料制备所述衬垫54和56，选用开孔泡沫比闭孔泡沫要好。这是因为开孔泡沫通常产生较小的红压痕。
衬垫54和56的合适的材料包括：高内相乳化泡沫吸收材料。可以按照申请日为1991年8月12日、公布批号为U40、以普通形式转让给DesMarais等人的申请号为07/743,947的教导制造高内相乳化泡沫吸收材料，该专利申请被结合于此以作参考，以说明本发明衬垫54和56的结构的一种适用材料。
高内相乳化泡沫吸收材料衬垫具有高抗压性的优点并且也具有很好地防止产生红压痕的优点。此外，高内相乳化泡沫吸收材料具有很好的吸收性，增加一次性使用的吸收制品20的总容量，并将尿的泄漏降至最低。
但是，使用高内相乳化泡沫材料制备衬垫54和56也有一些缺点。例如，某些材料可能不易于沿其主轴粘合，因此使一次性使用的吸收制品20不易于适应于使用者臀部的形状。此外，这些材料可能难于机加工或以其他方法形成所希望的结构形式，并且它也难于粘于一次性使用的吸收制品20的其他组件上。
也可以使用橡胶衬垫54和56。如果选用橡胶衬垫54和56，已经发现，罗德岛的布里斯托的福尔福来斯公司(the FulfexCompanyof Brustol，Rhode Island)销售的牌号为XNRF是适用的交联天然泡沫胶。
橡胶衬垫54和56的优点是沿衬垫的主轴非常柔顺。但是，橡胶衬垫54和56具有的缺点是既不透气也不能吸收，并且通常太抗压。
如果希望的话，衬垫54和56可以使用交联聚乙烯泡沫制造。麻萨诸塞州的罗伦斯市的斯肯苏的窝尔特克公司的一个部门(the Voltek Company，a division of Sekisui of Lawrence，Mas-sachusetts)销售的S型泡沫是合适的泡沫。这种泡沫的优点是价格便宜，并易于以模塑或其他机加工方法将其制成所希望的结构形式。但是，这种泡沫的缺点是不透气，并且也太不抗压。
本领域普通技术人员应该清楚，若干种其他的材料也适于制造本发明的衬垫54和56。例如，可以使用1991年5月24日申请的、公布批号为T39、以普通形式转让给Roe等人的申请号为07/705,451的美国专利公开的快速生效的液体稳定的集料，或1990年2月6日公布的以普通形式转让给Moore等人的美国专利US4,898,642公开的合胺、化学增强的纤维素纤维，该专利申请和专利被结合于此以作参考，用于公开适用于构成本发明衬垫54和56的其他材料。此外，也可以使用大西洋富源公司销售的Fibersorb牌材料制造本发明的衬垫54和56。
特别是，本发明一次性使用的吸收制品20可以包括两个外侧衬垫54，它们设置于纵向轴LL的两侧。外侧衬垫54如上所述那样通常是长条形的，并且纵向取向。每一外侧衬垫54最好位于与纵轴LL成约15°角的方向上，使得在外侧衬垫54之间形成一个约30°的包角。
外侧衬垫54提供了一个当在Z-向在一次性使用的吸收制品20上施加压力时用于在芯26的上层26U和下层26L之间保持有一个间隙的装置。特别是，外侧衬垫54是一个当使用者重量加于一次性使用的吸收制品20上时用于保持空的空间52的装置。通过保持所述空的空间52，通过孔46转移至空的空间52的粪便材料可更易于纵向转移，而不会堵塞、闭塞、或封闭所述空的空间52。粪便材料最好移向后腰围34，在此处粪便材料与使用者的皮肤隔开，并且不会从空的空间52通过孔46返回到使用者的皮肤上。
纵向取向的外侧衬垫54最好朝向一次性使用的吸收制品20的后腰围34岔开。在外侧衬垫54之间的任何阻挡物(特别是横向取向的元件)被降至最小尺寸是重要的，否则，将妨碍、影响或减少粪便材料离开孔46移向一次性使用的吸收制品20的后腰围34。外侧衬垫54最好至少纵向向前延伸约至孔46的前边处，并且从孔46纵向向后朝向后腰围34延伸几厘米的距离。
外侧衬垫54其纵向范围至少与孔46等大，使得空的空间52被沿孔46全部支撑并是打开的是重要的。外侧衬垫54不应纵向延伸入后腰围34，或横向延伸出芯26的范围，否则可出现泄漏。这样，芯26的尺寸和形状将影响外侧衬垫54之间的包角。
外侧衬垫54的形状比不应太大。如果外侧衬垫54相对于Z-向在横向太窄，在使用者重力作用下外侧衬垫54可被压折或压坏。相反，外侧衬垫54在Z-向不应太小，否则，不能支撑出上层26U和下层26L之间的所希望的最小间隙。
因此，应当折衷选择所希望的形状比，它所具有的外侧衬垫54宽度足以支撑使用者的重量，并且其高度足以形成上层26U和下层26L之间的所述最小间隙，而不是太薄以致于衬垫可发生压折或压坏。通常，粪便材料往往沿衬垫的边缘流动。因此，如果必须的话，通常最好以一个较大的横向尺寸为代价而使得空的空间52具有位于上层26U和下层26L之间的相对较大的Z-向间隙。
对于在此所述实施例，高内相乳化泡沫外侧衬垫54其纵向尺寸是约15.2cm(6.0英寸)，Z-向尺寸是约0.95cm(0.38英寸)，已经发现，它可很好地进行工作。
参照图2，外侧衬垫54最好连于芯26的上层26U的底面上。通过将外侧衬垫54连于上层26U上，外侧衬垫54通常紧靠着使用者，并且使外侧衬垫54相对于孔46保持很好地吻合状态，因此，使孔46可很好地与肛门开口对齐。
如果希望的话，外侧衬垫54可连于芯26下层26L的上表面上，但这种结构具有若干缺点。例如，本发明(或按照已有技术)一次性使用的吸收制品20的底片24可相对顶片22移动。如果衬垫连于底片24，虽然下层26L与孔46对齐，但最终也不能确保它与肛门开口对齐。
可使用本领域任何公知方法，最好是粘合法将外侧衬垫54连于上层26U或下层26L上。在一优选实施例中，使用位于衬垫和上层26U之间的一个纵向粘合剂条将外侧衬垫54粘连于上层26U上。已经发现，上述由明尼苏达矿业和生产公司制造的XPO-9-035粘合剂可以很好地用于此目的。
再参看图1，如果希望的话，本发明一次性使用的吸收制品20可以进一步包括一个中心衬垫56。中心衬垫56平行重合于纵向中心线，并且位于一次性使用的吸收制品20的后部42上。中心衬垫56其纵向尺寸可以是约5.1至10.2cm(2至4英寸)、横向和Z-向尺寸与外侧衬垫54的相同，并且从孔46的后边缘朝向后腰围34略微偏移。
参照图3，中心衬垫56的优点在于能降低使用者屁股股沟中的粪便量，当取下用脏的一次性使用的吸收制品20时，便于清洁使用者。中心衬垫56也平分外侧衬垫54之间的横向间隔，以防止芯26的上层26U凹陷或垂入空的空间52。中心衬垫56其Z-向寸应该不大于外侧衬垫54的尺寸，否则一次性使用的吸收制品20可能使使用者感到不舒适，或者中心衬垫56可被压折或压坏。
本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20可以具有若干变形。例如，如图4所示，从一次性使用的吸收制品20的后部42，以及从一次性使用的吸收制品20的前部40删去芯26的上层26U。这种结构具有的优点(特别是对女性使用者)在于：尿易于透过顶片22，但其缺点是：衬垫54和56更直接与使用者接触，增加了形成红压痕的可能性。此外，芯26的上层26U提供了横向稳定性——防止了外侧衬垫54相互相对向内移动，并且也不提供支撑使肛门开口与所述通道对齐。
如图5所示，一种本发明的一次性使用的吸收制品20，并且特别是按照上述不具有芯26的上层26U的变形的制品20可以具有横向取向的衬垫58，它位于两个外侧衬垫54之间。横向衬垫58可连于外侧衬垫54或与其断开。
但是，横向取向的衬垫58布置于一次性使用的吸收制品20的前部40中而特别不被布置于开孔46的后部是重要的。任何横向取向的衬垫58应不截断空的空间52，或者讲是不影响或阻止粪便材料从孔46移向后腰围34。
在不具有上层26U的一个实施例中，横向取向的衬垫58是极重要的，它提供了外侧衬垫54的横向支撑，同时降低了外侧衬垫54的不希望的横向移动。尽管横向取向的衬垫58可以防止外侧衬垫54的纵向靠近或位于孔46前方的部分向内移动和夹挤男性使用者的阴囊，但应该注意到不应将阴囊置于横向衬垫58之下而使其受夹挤。
如果希望在外侧衬垫54之间设置横向衬垫58，则横向衬垫58可不连于或连于外侧衬垫54。如果希望使横向衬垫58和外侧衬垫54相互连接，如图5所示，通常可使用U-形结构。图5所示实施例具有两个外侧衬垫54，在孔46前部由横向衬垫58使其相连，形成一个一般的U-形结构。U-形结构朝向后腰围34取向。
在另一变型中，如图5所示，与孔46并置的中心衬垫56的端部可以是锥形的。所述锥形可以降低中心衬垫56对粪便材料移向后腰带的流动阻力。这种结构也有助于将粪便材料分隔在中心衬垫56和轴LL的两侧，使得空的空间52的位于中心衬垫56和任一外侧衬垫54之间的部分均不变得过早过于充满。
很清楚，本领域普通技术人员还可以进行几种其他变型。例如，由中心衬垫56形成的空的空间52的横向区不仅限于如图1和3所示那样等分空的空间52。如果希望的话，可以在两个外侧衬垫54之间放入几个中心衬垫56，只要空的空间52保持打开而又不显著影响或阻塞上述粪便材料的转移即可。事实上，如果希望的话，可以装入许多中心衬垫56，它们从孔的后部扇形分布。
可以改进衬垫54、56和58，并且特别是纵向取向的衬垫54和56，使它们也能适应于使用者臀部的曲率。例如，外侧衬垫54或中心衬垫56在衬垫54和56的中性轴的拉伸侧可具有横向切逢或者具有横向取向的刻痕线。衬垫54和56的拉伸侧由围绕使用者臀部的衬垫54和56的曲率确定，并且拉伸侧是衬垫54和56的面向底片24的那一侧。这种结构使得衬垫54和56能沿纵向尺寸弯曲，从而能更容易、更准确地贴合于使用者的臀部。这种结构也易于折叠所述一次性使用的吸收制品20，以便包装和运输它们。
如果希望的话，中心衬垫56可以连于芯26的上层26U或下层26L，而外侧衬垫54则连于芯26的相对层26L或26U上。同样，横向衬垫58可以连于与其他衬垫54和56不同的层26L或26U上。
很清楚，本领域普通技术人员可以做出若干其他变型和变化。所有的都在所附权利要求的范围和意向中。

Claims (22)

1.一种一次性使用的吸收制品，它具有一个前腰围、一个后腰围和一个纵向中心线，所述一次性使用的吸收制品包括：
一个不透液的底片，
一个可透液的顶片，它至少部分周边连于所述底片，以便在所述顶片和底片中间形成一个空的空间，用以容纳粪便材料，所述顶片具有一个用于使粪便材料移至所述空的空间的孔；
一个位于所述顶片和底片中间的吸收芯；和
至少一个当使用者的重量加于所述一次性吸收制品上时位于所述空的空间中的纵向取向的衬垫，它不影响粪便材料离开所述孔移向所述后腰围。
2.如权利要求1所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述芯包括一个连于所述顶片的上层和一个连于所述底片的下层，而所述纵向取向的衬垫在所述上层和所述下层之间提供了一个Z-向间隙。
3.如权利要求1所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，
所述纵向取向的衬垫设置于所述一次性吸收制品的后部中且位于所述顶片和所述芯中间。
4.如权利要求3所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述至少一个衬垫包括两个衬垫，分别设置于所述纵向中心线的两侧。
5.如权利要求4所这的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述两个衬垫朝向所述的腰围岔开。
6.如权利要求4所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述芯包括连于所述顶片的上层和连于所述底片的下层，并且所述纵向取向的衬垫在一种布置中连于所述上层和下层中的一个，且位于所述上层和下层中间。
7.如权利要求6所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述上层仅出现于所述尿布的后部中，并且所述纵向取向的衬垫粘于所述上层。
8.如权利要求4所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述顶片相对于所述底片按透视法缩小。
9.如权利要求8所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述顶片在所述一次性使用的吸收制品的后部具有一弹性板片。
10.如权利要求4所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，进一步包括一个位于所述两衬垫中间的中心衬垫。
11.如权利要求10所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述中心衬垫纵向平行并重合于所述纵轴。
12.如权利要求11所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，与所述孔并置的所述中心衬垫的端部是锥形的。
13.如权利要求4所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，至少一个所述衬垫在其拉伸侧具有横向切缝。
14.如权利要求4所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，进一步包括一个横向取向的衬垫，它设置于所述尿布的前部。
15.如权利要求14所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述横向衬垫和所述两个衬垫相互连接，形成一个一般的U-形结构，所述U-形结构朝向所述后腰围取向。
16.一种一次性使用的吸收制品，它具有一个前腰围、一个后腰围和一个纵向中心线，所述尿布包括：
一个透液的顶片；
一个不透液的底片，它至少部分周边连于所述顶片，以便形成一个用于容纳粪便材料的空的空间；
一个位于所述顶片和底片之间的吸收芯，其中，所述芯具有一个与所述顶片并置的上层，和一个与所述底片并置的下层，以便在所述上层和下层之间形成一个用于容纳粪便材料的空的空间；
一个通过所述顶片的孔，用于向所述空的空间转移粪便材料；和

18.如权利要求16所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，它进一步包括：一个中心衬垫，它位于所述顶片和底片中间，所述中心衬垫平行和重合于所述纵轴。
19.如权利要求16所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述衬垫可选用下述材料制备：泡沫、橡胶、合股纤维素纤维和液体稳定的集料。
20.如权利要求19所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述衬垫包括高内相乳化泡沫。
21.如权利要求16所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述上层和下层在其间具有一个空间，在所述一次性使用的吸收制品的中心线上测量，在1,400公斤/m2压力下至少是0.64厘米。
22.如权利要求5所述的一次性使用的吸收制品，其特征在于，所述衬垫在所述孔的全部纵向尺寸上延伸。
