Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种联接装置,这种联接装置使螺纹构件能迅速啮合和拆卸。常规的螺母和螺栓之类的螺纹联接装置,在高度专门化的应用中,例如在要求速度、或者在不希望有延续的转动的场合中,常常被证实其效果是很差的。人们曾经努力去设计各种螺纹联接装置,这些联接装置在进行组装时,可以通过快速直线运动之后将其中一个构件相对另一个构件转动以便最后拧紧。和要求快速和方便地组装螺纹构件时的情况一样,还要求简化和加速拆卸螺纹联接装置的过程。
本发明的联接装置包括一个设有外螺纹的第一构件和一个在其上具有开孔以便插入第一构件的第二构件。第二构件设有多个可移动安装的内螺纹元件,用以容纳第一构件的外螺纹。提供一种结构,由此使第一构件可通过预定距离的直线滑动运动插入第二构件中。之后,可转动第一构件以与第二构件紧密啮合。实现第一构件的释放时,可以简单地按相反方向稍微转动第一构件,之后简单地手工操纵第二构件,解除螺纹元件的啮合,使第一构件可以从第二构件滑动卸下。因此,应用本发明,可以用最少的转动动作来快速地装拆螺纹联接装置。

实施本发明的最佳模式
从图1中可看到,本发明的联接装置包括一个设有螺纹的第一构件10和一个开有螺纹孔的第二构件12,第一构件10可按照锁紧关系插入该螺纹孔中。更具体地说,在最佳的实施例中,该第一构件10是一个螺栓,设有螺栓头14和在其轴部上的螺旋螺纹16。下面参照图2、3和6说明第二构件12。
第二构件12包含一套筒18,其中滑动安装一圆筒体20。圆筒体20设有一系列槽孔22,各相应的键24穿过其中。键24用紧固件26固定在套筒18上。
从图3中可清楚地看到,圆筒体20上设有截头圆锥面19。更具体地说,截头圆锥面19是一个旋转面,与套筒18和圆筒体20的纵向轴线成一锐角α地延伸,第一构件10沿着该纵向轴线移动。圆筒体20内设有第二截头圆锥面21,与套筒18和圆筒体20的纵向轴线成一锐角α地延伸。
多个由标号28泛指的可移动安装的外螺纹元件配置在圆筒体20底腔内。可移动安装的螺纹元件28在本实施例中的数量是3个,它们由垫圈32保持在位和被向下推压在腔30内,这一点在后面要进行说明。如图4中所示,可移动安装的螺纹元件28设有与圆筒体20同轴的内螺纹29。该内螺纹29具有顶角β。
第二构件12具有一盖34,可相对套筒18移动。盖34具有肩部36,其上设有螺纹38,与圆筒体20的螺纹39啮合,使盖34可在圆筒体20内螺接在位。肩部36上设有孔35,用以容纳穿过圆筒体20的孔21的锁销37。按此方式,确保了盖34、带有槽孔22的圆筒体20、键元件24、套筒18及螺纹元件28之间的正确对齐。从图2、3中可见,螺旋弹簧40配置在盖34外壁和套筒18内壁之间的空隙42中。螺旋弹簧40在常态下按相反方向推压盖34和套筒18。
第二螺旋弹簧44配置在盖34的肩部48与垫圈32的凸缘50之间的腔46内。第二螺旋弹簧44常态下向下推压垫圈32,使其凸缘50啮合可移动安装螺纹元件28的上缘54,如图5中所示。
各可移动安装内螺纹元件28的断面示于图3、5和6中。各螺纹元件28内表面顶部上具有截头圆锥面52,其上部终止于上缘54,垫圈32的凸缘50的底面与该上缘54抵接。每个元件28还设有截头圆锥面55,与套筒18的轴线成一锐角α地延伸,这样使截头圆锥面21和55之间易于滑动。
另外,各可移动安装内螺纹元件28的靠近其底部处设有截头圆锥面56,与圆筒体20的轴线成一锐角α地延伸。从而使可移动安装的螺纹元件28的截头圆锥面56适于在圆筒体20的截头圆锥面19上轴向抵接和滑动。此外,各元件28的截头圆锥面56抵接各键24的倾斜面58。
在本发明的最佳实施例中,上述各截头圆锥面的锐角α(图3)比元件28的螺纹29的顶角β小。这样,螺纹29的倾斜表面与圆筒体20的截头圆锥面相比,以相对圆筒体20的轴线的更大的锐角延伸。下面仅作为一个实例,当螺栓的螺纹16和元件28的螺纹29的顶角为60°时,有利的是使上述截头圆锥面的角α为大约45°。
下面说明键24和可移动安装内螺纹元件28的结构关系及其工作情况。各个键24穿过形成在圆筒体20上的槽孔20并啮合在可移动安装螺纹元件28的斜面56上。如图5中所示,每个螺纹元件28上设有槽口57,限定了向下倾斜接触面区56,它们的构形与键24的向下倾斜接触面58互补。这样,当用人工将盖34移近套筒18时,键24向上移动,导致螺纹元件28向外移,使其螺纹29与第一构件10的螺纹16脱开啮合。
图6示出了在第一构件或螺栓10插入第二构件12之前,可移动安装内螺纹元件28的位置情况。显然,螺纹元件组28被第二弹簧44的弹簧力沿着轴向向内彼此相互推压。图7示出了当第一构件或螺栓10通过滑动、即螺栓10不被旋转而只被向内推动而移入第二构件时,各个零件的位置情况。很明显,当第一构件10的螺纹16与各螺纹元件28的螺纹29相啮合时,使元件28沿径向向外移动。参照图10的示意图,可以看出,在螺栓10的滑动过程中,螺纹16和29处于牙顶对牙顶的关系。螺纹16和29处于该位置时,需要时可使螺栓10通过旋转而前进,但是按照本发明的目的,只采用滑动移动。
图8示出了第一构件或螺栓10完全插入第二构件之中。在第一构件或螺栓10被完全推入第二构件12之中或者按照需要或实际尽可能接近之后,用人工转动螺栓头14直至螺栓头14的内面61抵接套筒18的底面62,从而将第一构件10锁紧在第二构件12内。应该理解,由于螺纹元件28是可移动地安装在圆筒体20内,即使当螺栓10正被插入在元件28内,还存在一些移动能力。这样,当螺栓10的螺栓头14被转动,螺纹16和29之间的摩擦力被螺纹元件28和螺栓10之间的弹性啮合而增大了。也就是说,因为螺纹元件28不是如大多数紧固螺母的情况那样被刚性地配置在圆筒体20内,因此螺栓10的转动而引起的拧紧就会向下弹性推压螺纹元件28,提供了非常紧的锁紧作用。因此提供了安全性能以防止意外的松开。盖34是基板上的连续金属,以防止“冲击释放”。套筒18的肩部35必须被拉向盖34以实现释放。而且,直到螺纹之间的张力被释放,套筒的肩部35才能被移向盖34。
图9示出第一构件10的释放。具体地说,当盖34和套筒18的肩部35顶着第一螺旋弹簧40的力而被相互移近时,键24的向上移动和由此引起的键24的支承面58与螺纹元件28的支承面56之间的滑动,使各螺纹元件28沿着径向彼此向外离开,从而将第一构件10的螺纹16和螺纹元件28的螺纹29之间的啮合释放开,这样使第一构件10可以通过直线滑动而卸下。返回至图8,应该注意,如前文所述,第一构件或螺栓10是通过旋转而被牢固锁紧在位的。因此,在第一构件10能够被释放之前,必须逆时针方向稍微转动第一构件10,将螺纹16和29之间的销紧作用释放开。考虑上述情况,在将第一构件10稍微逆时针方向转动之后,将套筒18的肩部35向盖34移动,这样拉开螺纹元件28以释放第一构件10。举例来说,如果本发明的联接装置是如图9所示那样垂直定向,在拧松螺栓10并且将套筒18的肩部35向着盖34上移,螺栓10实际上就会在重力的作用下从该组件自由下落。
虽然上面已经描述了本发明的一个最佳实施例,应该理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以存在其它的各种实施例和进行变化。

Claims (7)

1、一种用于快速啮合和脱开分别带有外螺纹和内螺纹的第一和第二联接构件的方法,包括以下的步骤:
将第一联接构件插入第二联接构件之中;
将第二联接构件的内螺纹彼此相互移开;
通过滑动运动将第一联接构件继续在第二联接构件中移动;
稍微转动第一构件,使其外螺纹紧密啮合第二联接构件的内螺纹,将联接构件锁紧在一起;
按相反的方向转动第一联接构件,将第一联接构件的外螺纹和第二联接构件的内螺纹之间的紧密啮合释放开;
将第二联接构件的内螺纹彼此相互移开;
通过滑动运动将第一联接构件从第二联接构件上卸下。
2、一种联接装置,包括:
一个设有螺纹的第一构件;
一个具有沿纵向轴线的开孔的第二构件,所述第一构件可以插入该开孔中;
可相对所述第二构件移动安装的螺纹元件;
一个装置,在所述第一构件被插入所述开孔中并通过滑动运动沿着所述轴线移动时,可使所述螺纹元件沿径向向外移动,在此之后,所述第一构件的稍微转动可使所述第一构件与所述第二构件进入紧密啮合;
将所述螺纹元件沿径向向外移动的装置,使所述第一构件可以通过滑动运动沿着所述轴线向外移动。
3、如权利要求2的联接装置,其中所述螺纹元件包括多个内螺纹元件,它们具有截头圆锥面,与第二构件内的相应截头圆锥面配合,从而使所述螺纹元件可以沿着径向相对第二构件向内和向外移动;还包括将所述螺纹元件在所述第二构件内向内偏压的装置。
4、如权利要求3的联接装置,其中将所述螺纹元件沿径向向外移动的所述装置,包括一个与每个所述内螺纹元件相关连并且设有一倾斜支承面的可移动安装的键元件,每个所述螺纹元件具有一相应的倾斜支承面,使所述键元件的移动引起所述螺纹元件沿着所述倾斜支承面的结合面的滑动,将所述内螺纹元件向外移动。
5、如权利要求4的联接装置,其中将所述螺纹元件向外移动的所述装置还包括:一个与所述第二构件相关连的盖,将所述盖从所述第二构件偏移开的装置,所述螺纹元件可随所述盖移动,而所述键元件随所述第二构件移动,使得所述盖和所述第二构件顶着所述偏压装置的力而相互移近的移动,可引起所述键元件的上述移动。
6、如权利要求2的联接装置,其中所述第二构件包括:一个其上设有多个槽孔的圆筒体;多个螺纹元件;安装使得所述螺纹元件可在第一内部位置和第二外部位置之间进行移动的装置,在该第一内部位置时,使元件的螺纹配置成与所述第一构件的螺纹相啮合,而在该第二外部位置时,使元件的螺纹与所述第一构件的螺纹脱离啮合;将所述螺纹元件压向所述第一内部位置的装置;所述螺纹元件内的槽孔部具有倾斜支承面;其中将所述螺纹元件向外移动以使所述第一构件可通过滑动运动沿所述轴线向外移动的装置,包括键元件,它穿过所述圆筒体的所述槽孔延伸,并具有与所述螺纹元件的支承面相啮合的倾斜支承面;还包括将所述键元件向上移动的装置,当键元件的支承面和螺纹元件的支承面之间存在滑动运动时,使所述螺纹元件向着所述第二位置向外移动。
7、如权利要求6的联接装置,其中将所述键元件进行移动的装置包括:一个套筒,所述键元件固定在所述套筒上;一个与所述圆筒体相连的盖;将所述盖和套筒彼此推开的弹簧装置,使得用人工将所述盖和套筒相互移近时可将所述键元件进行移动,所述键元件和螺纹元件的所述支承面之间的滑动动作将所述螺纹元件移动至其第二外部位置。
