Abstract
一把电池盒(80)闭锁于一电器装置(70)的锁件(10),在加到一偏斜的悬臂梁(52),(54)的压力去掉后锁件(10)自动锁住就位,锁件(10)可以从电池盒闭锁于电器装置的第一位置移到电池盒从电器装置开锁的第二位置。
Description
本发明一般与手提式收音机的电池组有关,更具体地说,与收音机电池组的固位锁有关。
手提式收音机和电话一定要设计成电池组和其它电源能很容易地连到上述装置上,当然,一旦电池接上就应该很难发生不经意地脱开电池,也就是说应需要有一特意的手动动作把电池从上述电器装置上脱开,这是由于诸如电话和收音机等电器装置的用户不希望电池会偶然脱开,因为这种电池脱开会引起电器装置的电源中断因此也就中断了通讯联系和收听。
然而由于巨大的消费市场的需要,一电池组容易卸下和装上是一个受欢迎的特点,因此以前提出了许多不同类型的电池啮合的闭锁机构。
此处,非整体构成的闭锁组件包含有二个弹簧和一止动销体,把闭锁件(简称锁)装入一成品的电池组合件产品内是很难的,因为所用的弹簧非常小而且难于松开和插入,况且该弹簧往往在最后装配前从闭锁组件盒内落出。因此需要有一闭锁装置,它能方便把电池组连到一电器装置诸如一收音机壳体或“大哥大”内,并且还要能容易地从上述壳体内取下。这种闭锁也可使不经意或偶然的电池脱开或落出提供保护,同时还能容易地装上且非常可靠。
图1是根据本发明的电池闭锁件的顶视图;
图2是根据本发明的处于自由弹回状态下包括一电池闭锁件的壳体的顶视图;
图3是根据本发明的处于动作状态下包括一电池闭锁件的壳体的顶视图。
本说明书文本以限定本发明具有新颖性特点的权利要求书结尾,结合附图认真思考下文说明书可更好理解本发明,附图中的部件都标上相应的标号。
现参照图1;图1说明本发明的电池闭锁件的顶视图。电池闭锁件(10)包括一其上有第一主面(14)和第二主面(16)的止动销体(12),销体(12)还包括至少四个侧部(18,20,22和24)。销体(12)可由多种已知材料中的任一种来制作,例如包括塑料,聚酯材料,金属以及它们的组合。另外,销体可由一模制塑料件来制作,该模制塑料件包括一金属构件和一个模制塑料件。
一抬起部分(26)安置在上述销体(12)的第一主面(14)上,该抬起部分(26)是用于通过其内装有闭锁件的壳体上的开孔,而且,上述抬起部分(26)适于挡住电池壳体内的闭锁件(在下文会更详细说明)从而防止闭锁件不会从电池壳体内脱开。该抬起部分(26)还包括至少一手指伸入的槽(28),另外还可以有在其内形成若干槽(28,30和32)的一个或多个抬起脊部。该槽和/或脊部(28,30和32)是提供让用户的手指去触及闭锁件的区域以致可使闭锁件滑移从而使它与诸如“大哥大”或收音机电器装置脱开。在此实施例中,指槽(28)可允许用户沿箭头方向(34)滑动闭锁件(10),从而可从上述电器装置上使例如一电池组脱开,这在下文还要详细说明。
一适于与例如一电器装置槽部分啮合的啮合件(36)从侧部(22)伸出。啮合件(36)包括从上述啮合件另一侧形成啮合件(46)的侧部(42)和(44)伸出的第一肩(38)和第二肩(40),上述第一肩和第二肩还可以用于使闭锁件不过于伸入一例如电器装置的槽内。
至少一个用来伸入一电池或电器装置的槽区的啮合柱从远离侧部(22)的方向伸出,如图1所示,电池闭锁件(10)包括三个啮合柱(46)(48)和(50)。其中一个上述啮合柱例如(48)还可以呈钩形(49)(虚线示出),啮合柱使电池组和收音机壳体之间提供可靠的连结,当然上述钩子应足以保证可靠的连结,但是也不可过份钩住以致使电池组不能容易地从电器装置中脱开。另外上述啮合柱也可以是一细长的单个啮合柱。
啮合件还包括至少一个从其每一侧部伸出的偏斜的悬臂梁,具体地说,啮合件(36)包括从侧部(42)伸出的第一悬臂梁(52)和从侧部(44)伸出的第二悬臂梁(54)。在下文中从图2和图3的细阅中,悬臂梁会变得更明显。如图1所示,当偏斜的悬臂梁处于放松情况下,啮合件,特别是啮合柱远远地被推离内装闭锁件的电池盒而啮合在“大哥大”和双向收音机的槽内。为了把电池组从电器装置上脱开,一使用者的手指啮合住脊背(28)(30)(32)而沿箭头方向(34)来滑动闭锁件(10)以便从槽区移开啮合柱,而当压下时,电池组与电器装置相互滑动脱开。
现参照图2,此处图示一电器装置(70)和包括本发明闭锁件(10)的电池组盒(80)。闭锁件(10)处于自由状态或弹回状态,因此,啮合柱(46)(48)和(50)伸入一电器装置(70)的开槽区(72)。电池盒(80)还包括一与抬起件(26)啮合的止动槽(82)以便防止闭锁件(10)与壳体(80)脱开。而图2示出在电池盒(80)内的闭锁件(10),可以理解,锁(10)也可装在电器装置内,锁(10)处于自由状态或弹回状态,因为在不偏斜的情况下,偏斜的悬臂梁(52)和(54)停靠在电池盒(80)的侧部(84)和(86)上。
相反,如图3所示,当一使用者的手指啮合抬起部(26)形成的脊背(28)(30)(32)并以箭头方向(34)压下,啮合柱(46)(48)和(50)就从槽区(72)退回,因此电池组(80)和电器装置(70)就相互可滑动脱开。从图3明显地看出,一旦使用者不加压即从槽中撤回他的手指时,那么悬臂梁(52)和(54)将回到其自由状态或弹回状态,如图2所示,这样在抬起件(26)与槽(82)啮合时,防止锁件(10)离开电池盒(80)。
在说明和叙述本发明最佳实施例的同时,很清楚,本发明并不局限在此,对本专业的普通技术人员只要不偏离本发明的精神和权利要求书所限定的保护范围,可以有多种修改,改型替换和等同物。
Claims (9)
1.一把电池盒连到一电器装置的锁件,该锁件有:
—有第一和第二主面和四个侧部的锁体;
—形成在上述第一主面上的抬起部,上述抬起部有在其内形成的至少一个脊部;
—从上述锁体其中一上述侧部伸出的啮合件,上述啮合件包括至少二个侧部和至少一个远离锁体安置的呈钩形的端部,上述呈钩形端部适于啮合一凹槽区;
和至少一偏斜的从上述啮合件的每一侧部伸出的悬臂梁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述锁件安置在上述电池盒上而上述凹槽区安置在上述电器装置内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述锁件安置在上述电器装置上而上述凹槽区安置在上述电池盒内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述锁件由金属、塑料、聚酯材料以及它们的组合来制作。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述锁件是由一模压塑料来制作。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述抬起部分有在其内形成的多个脊部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于上述啮合件还包括安置在邻近上述至少一呈钩形端的至少二个啮合柱。
8.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于抬起部适于啮合在上述电池盒内形成的凹腔。
9.根据权利要求1所述的锁件,其特征在于抬起部适于啮合在上述电器装置内形成的凹腔。
