Abstract
本发明提供一种旋转刷装置以及使用了该装置的吸尘器。把电机安装在构成旋转刷的筒状体内部,通过电机转子的旋转直接或者经过减速齿轮机构驱动旋转刷,同时,在筒状体内通过冷却风谋求电机的冷却和保护安全,使旋转刷装置以及使用了其装置的吸尘器小型化轻量化,提高使用操作性。

本发明涉及吸尘器等中使用的旋转刷装置以及使用了该装置的吸尘器。
背景技术
以往的立式吸尘器中使用的旋转刷装置,由安装在吸尘器主体内的驱动吸引用电送风机的电机经过皮带和齿轮驱动安装在地面吸嘴内的旋转刷,或者用在地面吸嘴内另外设置的旋转刷用电机从旋转刷外部进行驱动。
然而,在这样以往的结构中用于传递旋转力的机构占据很大的空间,限制了设备的小型化,轻量化,使用操作上也不理想。
发明内容
本发明是为解决上述问题而作出的,目的在于提供谋求了设备的小型化、轻量化,并且使用操作性能也很出色的旋转刷装置以及使用了该装置的电气设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的一种旋转刷装置,其特征在于:具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋来转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
本发明提供了一种吸尘器,其特征在于:具有吸尘用电动送风机和至少一个旋转刷装置,该旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
本发明提供了一种吸尘器,其特征在于:具有:前后各配置一对的行走轮、检测地面种类的地面检测装置、与上述地面检测装置联动的开关、以及旋转刷装置,该旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部,并根据地面的种类使所述筒状体旋转。
本发明提供了一种吸尘器,其特征在于:设置:把旋转刷装置安装在其内部并且设置有向下方开口的吸入室的地面吸嘴、吸尘用的电送风机、捕集尘埃的集尘室、以及在上述地面吸嘴上倾斜自由地设置的操作件,当上述操作件沿着垂直方向立起的时候,停止上述旋转刷装置的筒状体的旋转;所述旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。

以下使用附图说明本发明的实施例。图1中,1是筒状体,2是在筒状体1的外圆周面上呈V字形地植毛的刷,由这两者构成旋转刷。另外,根据目的和用途代替刷状还可以是薄板状的搅拌件和擦拭件等。另外,还可以通过把刷状的搅拌件,薄板状的搅拌件,擦试件进行适当组合构成旋转刷。3是构成减速机构的减速齿轮架,4是支撑安装在筒状体1内的电机的电机架,5是碳刷,6是第1开口,是设置在筒状体1的外周的通气用的通孔。第1开口6形成在筒状体1的端部圆周面上,设置在与安装电机架4的筒状体1的端部相反一侧的端部上。32是设置在电机架4上的通气用的第2开口。刷或搅拌件2的植设不限于V字形也可以通过采用螺旋形等提高集尘搅拌效果。图2中,7是电机的转子,8是电机的定子,该定子8安装在电机架4的内表面上,配置成与转子7的圆周面之间设置间隙。9是转子轴,与转子7成一体地旋转。10是整流子,该整流子10安装在转子7的端部,而且在其圆周面上滑动接触碳刷5,经过碳刷5、整流子10向转子7供电。11是第1轴承,其内环中压入电机架4的外周,外环压入到筒状体1的左端(电机侧的端部)的内周,旋转自由地支撑筒状体1的电机一侧。碳刷5设置在第1轴承11的外侧,即从筒状体1的电机一侧的端部向外侧突出的电机架4的一部分上。在碳刷5上进行用于供电的布线,通过配置在旋转的筒状体1的外侧,使得能够进行良好布线作业。另外,磨损了的碳刷的交换作业也很容易。12是设置在电机架4右侧面(与碳刷5相反一侧的端部)的第3开口,能够进行向电机内的外气流通,谋求电机的冷却。13是第2轴承,压入到减速齿轮架3中,用其内环支撑转子轴9的右端(与电机相反一侧的端部)。14是第3轴承,外环压入到筒状体1的一部分(筒状体1的与电机相反一侧的侧面的凹部),在其内环中压入转子轴9。15是第1齿轮,固定在转子轴9上用第2轴承13和第3轴承14夹住其左右两侧。16是第2齿轮,支撑设置在减速齿轮架3上的轴17,使得第1齿轮15的旋转传递到形成在筒状体1内周侧的第3齿轮18,对筒状体1进行减速驱动。19是设置在转子7两侧的电机轴承,由电机架4支撑。通过这样的结构,即使采用减速齿轮机构筒状体1也能够用第1轴承11和第3轴承14支撑,以高精度得到平稳的旋转,极少产生噪声。另外,如果用导磁性材料形成筒状体1,则能够进一步提高电机的效率。能够在筒状体1的两个端部平衡地配置作为重物的电机和减速齿轮以及其托架,在使筒状体1旋转的情况下由于重量平衡良好因此难以发生旋转振动,而且由于重物靠近端部即轴承侧因此很少发生旋转振动。20是检测装置,检测吸引通路内的压力或者电机的温度或者流过电机的电流,如果检测的压力,温度,电流异常,则切断对于电机的通电,是电机保护或者防止发热的安全装置。例如,在旋转刷挂住了垃圾等成为不动的状态下,电机的温度或者流过电机的电流过大,通过检测到该异常能够进行电机保护,防止发热。另外,为了冷却电机利用了吸引风(后述),而根据通路(可以是吸引通路)内的压力来检测配置在吸尘器主体的集尘室(图10的48)中的过滤器网眼堵塞等导致的吸引风的吸引力的降低,一旦压力下降电机的冷却不充分,则切断对于电机的通电,也能够防止发热。21是外气导入室,用于向设置在筒状体1上的第1开口6的外气的连通。22是地面吸嘴,在该地面吸嘴22内配置旋转刷。23是软管,软管23的一端连接在设置到地面吸嘴22的后方的吸引口38上,与倾斜自由地安装在地面吸嘴22的后方的吸尘器主体内的集尘室48,吸引用电送风机43(参考图10)相连通。27是在地面吸嘴22的主体内突出设置的,并包围筒状体1的两个端部的隔板,其把吸引用电送风机的吸引力作用的吸入室28,设置在筒状体1的端部的第1开口6所在的外气导入室21以及设置在电机架4上的第2开口32隔离的同时,通过在第2开口32一侧的隔板27的一部分上开口的连接口27a可以得到吸入室28中的吸引作用。即,通过吸引作用使外气通过外气导入室21,第1开口6,筒状体1内,电机架4内,第2开口32,进行电机的冷却。本实施例中记述了具有两条软管23的图面,而在软管23是一条的情况下,通过在第2开口32一侧的隔板27的一部分上开口的连接口27a与吸入室28相连通则在第2开口32上吸引力直接作用,将提高电机冷却效果。这种情况下,吸引口38和连接口7a相互靠近,可以得到吸引口38的强有力的吸引力。另外,在软管23是一条的情况下如果使得软管23位于在第2开口32一侧的隔板27的一部分上开口的连接口27a的相反一侧上,则通过第2开口32从连接口27a吸引的空气在吸入室28内沿横向移动,高效地把通过刷2收集的尘埃移送到软管23。使软管23位于该连接口27a的相反一侧,而在地面吸嘴22的宽度方向把吸引口38和第1开口6设置在相同一侧。另外,旋转刷位于吸入室28内,在与该旋转刷的下方对应的地面吸嘴22的底部上设置开口45,使得旋转刷与地面一侧相对。
图3中由于把碳刷5收容在筒状体1内采用更紧凑的结构,因此能够更有效地利用地面吸嘴22的宽度或者进一步小型化。另外,图3示出代替减速机构进行直接驱动的同时,作为用于在筒状体1内向电机内部送风获得冷却效果的装置,在转子轴9上设置风扇A24,或者使风扇B25向筒状体内周突出以及使风扇C26向筒状体1的侧壁突出的情况。根据冷却效果,各风扇A24,B25,C26既可以单独设置也可以组合起来设置。图4作为检测装置示出使用了手动恢复型热敏保护装置29的情况,30是其热敏部分,31是手动恢复按钮。从而,在使用过程一旦发生温度上升等异常情况则自动停止,然后,即使在温度自然下降后也不能够再次开始动作,在确认并消除了异常原因后必须操作手动恢复按钮31。由此,使得只能通过手动开始再次动作。
图5示出把外齿轮型电机安装在内部的旋转刷装置,与图3相比较最大的不同点在于在筒状体1的内周嵌入由磁铁组成的转子33,在用地面吸嘴22支撑固定两个端部的电机轴35上固定定子34,通过把定子座36的外周压入到内环的第1轴承11的外环上旋转自由地支撑筒状体的左端,在筒状体1的右端经过轴承37旋转自由地支撑筒状体1的侧壁。38是用于从地面吸嘴22的吸入室28通过软管23吸入空气的吸引口。本实例中示出使用了两条软管23的情况,但也可以使用一条,这时的吸引口是在单侧的一个。
图6中,39是设置在地面吸嘴22的上面的外气取入口。设置外气取入口39的部分对应于用隔板27与吸入室28隔离的外气导入室21的空间F(参照图2),另一方面设置在电机架4上的第2开口32与把外气取入口39和相反一侧的吸入室28隔离开的空间E相对。该空间E的隔板27的一部分上由于设置着连通图7a所示的吸入室28的连接口27a,所以如果吸引用的电送风机43的吸引力作用到吸入室28中,则在连接口27a上吸引力产生作用,接着,吸引力对于第2开口32,筒状体1内,第1开口21,空间F产生作用,从外气取入口39取入外气。而且,使用该被取入的外气冷却电机。图7(a)中,42是清扫地面。另外,如图7(b)所示,在对应于空间E的地面吸嘴22的主体底面上设置凹部40,通过在该凹部40中设置连通空间E以及吸入室28的开口41,吸入室28的吸引力在空间E中作用,产生箭头所示那样的空气的流路,如上所述可以进行电机冷却。这种情况下,还能够把凹部40所处的地面的尘埃一起吸引到吸入室28一侧。另外,通过把外气取出口39设置在地面吸嘴的上面,能够抑制吸入由旋转刷拢起的尘埃,能够在冷却风内不混入尘埃,进行电机的冷却。在图8、9中,G是把集尘室48以及电送风机43安装在内部的吸尘器主体,把其下部倾斜自由地安装在地面吸嘴22的后部。
图10中,43是吸引用的电送风机,44是位于集尘室48内的集尘袋,45是设置在地面吸嘴22的底面上的吸尘吸入口,46是设置在地面吸嘴22内的旋转刷。该地面吸嘴以及旋转刷采用图1至图7所示的装置。图11中,46a是螺旋状植毛的旋转刷,47是设置在吸入口45的左右侧的刷体,固定着具有方向性地植毛了的刷状体,在这里也能够拾取线头等。
另外,实施例中使用了一个旋转刷,但也可以是具有多个的旋转刷装置。
图12(a)中,46是上述各实施例的旋转刷,49是作为具备了本发明的旋转刷装置的电设备的吸尘器,在前后各具有1对行走用轮54。50是地面接触用轮,设置在用弹簧51压向下方的调节器52的下端,通过地面检测动作而上升,闭合原来为断开状态的开关53使得安装在旋转刷装置内部的电机动作。42是地面。图12(b)示出检测敷设在地面42上的地毯55,开关53成为接通状态的情况。图12(c)示出其电路,57是电源,53是检测开关,56是安装在旋转刷装置内部的电机,58是后述的电机旋转控制用的可变电阻器。由于这样的结构,因此地毯用的吸尘器能够在地毯55上当地面接触轮50被上压时进行动作。
图13(a)中,59是由地面吸嘴22倾斜自由地轴支撑的操作件,在垂直状态下直立时把开关60断开,切断对旋转刷装置的通电。61是设置在操作件59上的操作单元,操作上述的可变电阻器58控制旋转刷46的旋转速度。62是设置在吸尘器48中的过滤器,捕集用旋转刷46拢起的尘埃。63是由发光,感光元件等组成的尘埃检测装置,根据吸入到集尘室48中的尘埃通过时的感光元件的输出变化进行检测,根据尘埃的量使旋转刷46的旋转速度变化。图13(b)示出其电路,64是相位控制装置,根据上述尘埃检测结果进行电机56的旋转速度的控制。相位控制装置64根据操作单元61中的设定如果选择了基于尘埃检测的速度设定,则进行上述的控制,而为了使得使用者能够任意选择转数,还可以进行与基于尘埃检测的旋转速度设定不同的高·中·低的旋转速度设定。
通过这样的结构能够提高使用操作性,进行电力利用率高的清扫。
Claims (20)
1.一种旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋来转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
还具有把该电机的旋转减速后使上述筒状体旋转的减速齿轮机构。
3.如权利要求2所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
在保持电机的定子的电机架的外周旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,通过连接到电机的转子轴上的减速齿轮机构连接所述筒状体的另一端部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
用把电机架的外周压入到第1轴承的内环后的第1轴承的外环支撑所述筒状体的电机架一侧的端部,而在所述筒状体的减速齿轮机构一侧的端部由在减速齿轮架上压入了第2轴承的外环后的第2轴承的内环旋转自由地支撑转子的轴。
5.如权利要求4所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
用固定在转子轴上的第1齿轮,位于第1齿轮与所述筒状体的内周侧所设置的第3齿轮之间啮合旋转的第2齿轮,支撑上述第2轴承和上述第2齿轮的减速齿轮架形成减速齿轮机构的同时,设置在转子的轴上旋转自由地直接支撑所述筒状体的第3轴承,把上述第1齿轮夹在上述第3轴承的内环与上述第2轴承的内环之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
用磁铁形成定子,把保持上述定子的电机架与所述筒状体之间设置间隙。
7.如权利要求6所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
用导磁性材料形成所述筒状体。
8.如权利要求1所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
在与电机内部连通的部位上设置检测压力或者温度的检测装置,根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制对于电机的通电。
9.如权利要求1所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
设置检测流过电机的电流的检测装置,根据上述检测装置的检测结果控制对于电机的通电。
10.如权利要求1所述的旋转刷装置,其特征在于:
在所述筒状体的外周以螺旋形或者V字形设置搅拌件或者擦拭件。
11.一种吸尘器,其特征在于:
具有吸尘用电动送风机和至少一个旋转刷装置,该旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
12.如权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
作为检测温度的检测装置使用手动恢复型热敏保护装置,把其热敏部分设置在电机一侧,把恢复按钮设置在设备主体的外部。
13.如权利要求11所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
具有设置了与吸尘用电送风机相连通的同时向下方开口的吸入室的地面吸嘴,在上述吸入室中设置所述旋转刷装置。
14.如权利要求13所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
在地面吸嘴的上面设置外部空气取入口。
15.如权利要求13所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
设置检测压力的压力检测装置,根据上述压力检测装置的检测结果控制对于电机的通电。
16.如权利要求13所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
在地面吸嘴底部的两侧端部与旋转刷之间设置刷体。
17.一种吸尘器,其特征在于:
具有:前后各配置一对的行走轮、检测地面种类的地面检测装置、与上述地面检测装置联动的开关、以及旋转刷装置,该旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部,并根据地面的种类使所述筒状体旋转。
18.一种吸尘器,其特征在于:
设置:把旋转刷装置安装在其内部并且设置有向下方开口的吸入室的地面吸嘴、吸尘用的电送风机、捕集尘埃的集尘室、以及在上述地面吸嘴上倾斜自由地设置的操作件,当上述操作件沿着垂直方向立起的时候,停止上述旋转刷装置的筒状体的旋转;所述旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
19.如权利要求18所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:
所述操作件上配置有控制所述旋转刷装置的筒状体的旋转的操作单元。
20.一种吸尘器,其特征在于:
设置:把旋转刷装置安装在其内部并且设置有向下方开口的吸入室的地面吸嘴、吸尘用的电送风机、捕集尘埃的集尘室、以及在连通上述吸入室与电送风机的吸入通路上配置的尘埃检测装置,根据上述尘埃检测装置的输出控制所述旋转刷装置的筒状体的旋转;所述旋转刷装置具有在圆周面上设置刷状的搅拌件或薄板状的搅拌件或者擦拭件的至少一种的筒状体、以及设置在该筒状体内并使所述筒状体旋转的电机,并把上述电机配置在上述筒状体的一端部分,由设在电机的外周面的轴承旋转自由地支撑所述筒状体的一端部分,同时在电机的转子的一侧配置整流子,把与上述整流子滑动接触的碳刷设置在所述筒状体外部。
