Abstract

一种背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕,包括以所述投影屏幕的光轴为中心使入射光集中的菲涅耳透镜和使从所述菲涅耳透镜接收到的光发散的双凸透镜,由于其外侧的表面部分由玻璃构成及其外表面用强化玻璃制作,故能提供宽广的视野角及如阴极射线管那样的图象质量,不易受伤或破损,又因该屏幕由板状体构成,故易于大型化,通过象阴极射线管那样地给外廓部分提供规定的曲面就能确保宽广的视野角。

Description

背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕
本发明涉及一种背面(rear)投影电视装置的投影屏幕,特别是涉及背面投影电视装置的玻璃屏幕(glascreen),这种背面投影装置的使从阴极射线管(CRT)及投影透镜等所构成的投影器来的图象光成象的屏幕具有宽广的视野角及具有从阴极射线管来的直视感。
背面投影电视装置的屏幕一般由菲涅耳透镜和双凸(lenticular)透镜构成。图1中的10是屏幕。菲涅耳透镜11位于阴极射线管一边,它使通过偏离屏幕10中心的四周部分的光线集中到屏幕10的中心附近。双凸透镜12如图2所示,它扩展屏幕的水平方向特性并使亮度在屏幕10的全部周边范围内均匀一致。
在现有的背面投影电视装置的场合下,由于菲涅耳透镜及双凸透镜用丙烯材料制作,所以其屏幕存在这样的问题,即视野角因视听角度不同而差别很大,并且从整体说视野角变窄。
此外,该屏幕也由于材料特性的强度弱而容易受伤和破损,从而引起图象质量恶化的问题。
因此,本发明的目的是为解决上述问题而研制的,其目的在于提供一种用玻璃制作光图象成象表面的背面投影电视装置投影屏幕。
为了达到本发明的上述目的,背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕包括有以上述投影屏幕光轴为中心使入射的图象光集中的菲涅耳透镜及使自上述菲涅耳透镜接收到的图象光发散的双凸透镜,其外表面含有由玻璃构成的光发散构件。
附图的简要说明如下:
图1是表示一般背面投影电视装置的屏幕构造的透视图。
图2是用于说明图1的双凸透镜功能的说明图。
图3A是表示本发明涉及的背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕的一个实施例的侧面断面图,3B是表示本发明涉及的投影屏幕的另一实施例的侧面断面图,3C是表示本发明涉及的投影屏幕的又一实施例的侧面断面图。
图4A和B是用于说明图3A至图3C的投影屏幕分别制作成圆拱形及平面形情况的图。
下面根据附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
图3A至图3C是分别说明本发明涉及的背面投影电视装置用投影屏幕,例如,玻璃屏幕(glascreen)的实施例的侧面断面图。在图3A所示的投影屏幕中,菲涅耳透镜30由具有菲涅耳透镜特性的紫外线硬化树脂膜或透明片构成。该菲涅耳透镜具有面向投影电视装置内侧的齿节31。光发散构件201由位于其外侧的强化玻璃层20与位于其内侧的双凸透镜21组成。双凸透镜层21具有双凸透镜的功能,即,由具有光发散和成象功能的光发散材料或光发散膜做成。双凸透镜21在由光发散材料做成的场合下被涂敷在强化玻璃层20上;而在由光发散膜做成的场合下,则被安装在强化玻璃层20上。如此形态的光发散构件201用加压成形的方法使与菲涅耳透镜30成为一体。
在表示本发明涉及的另一实施例的图3B中,光发散构件203由强化玻璃层20及用腐蚀强化玻璃层20的方法作出的双凸透镜面23做成。所述双凸透镜面23与图3A不同,是涂敷了能实现全息图象的特殊物质和构件并加以装配而构成的。因此,双凸透镜面23具有全息物质的光学特性。光发散构件203采用其与插入双凸透镜面23及菲涅耳透镜30之间的强化树脂25一起加压成形的方法与菲涅尔透镜30成为一体。
在图3C所示的又一实施例中,双凸透镜层27由结合图3A说明的具有双凸透镜功能的光发散材料或光发散膜或由图3B说明的全息物质构成。双凸透镜层27被涂敷或被安装在强化玻璃层20上。光发散构件205通过空间隔离构件41与菲涅耳透镜30隔离;菲涅耳透镜30通过固定片42附着在光发散构件205上而加以固定。
图4A及图4B是表示在图3A至图3C中说明的投影屏幕的外观的透视图。
图4A表示光发散构件201、203或205如现有的阴极射线管表面那样,制作成圆拱形的情况。光发散构件201、203或205具有在其四角附近将其固定到电视装置前方的固定构件22A至22D。图4B表示光发散构件201、203或205制作成平面形的情况。
如上所述,本发明涉及的背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕由于其外表面用强化玻璃制作,所以能提供宽广的视野角和如阴极射线管那样的图象质量,发生受伤及破损等情况较少,增强了对外部环境的耐受性。此外,由于屏幕由板状体构成,所以容易大型化;又由于通过象阴极射线管那样地给外廓部分提供规定的曲面,故能确保宽广的视野角。

Claims (6)

1、一种背面投影电视装置的投影屏幕,其特征在于,包括:
以所述投影屏幕的光轴为中心使入射的图象光集中的菲涅耳透镜;使从所述菲涅耳透镜接收到的图象光发散的双凸透镜;以及其外侧表面部分由玻璃构成的光发散构件。
2、根据权利要求1所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述光发散构件中双凸透镜是通过对玻璃进行腐蚀处理而形成的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述光发散构件中的双凸透镜是在所述玻璃表面涂敷了具有光发散功能的物质。
4、根据权利要求1所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述光发散构件中的双凸透镜是安装在所述玻璃表面上的微透镜和膜之中的一个。
5、根据权利要求1所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述玻璃是强化玻璃。
6、根据权利要求1所述的投影屏幕,其特征在于:所述菲涅耳透镜和所述光发散构件通过加压成形成为一体。
